Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar curahan tenaga kerja dan upah yang diperoleh petani, biaya penerimaan dan pendapatan petani serta pengaruh curahan tenaga kerja dan teknologi pertanian terhadap produksi padi pada usahatani padi lokal di Desa Tanjung Harapan Kecamatan Alalak Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2023. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling sebanyak 30 orang. Jumlah curahan tenaga kerja pada usahatani padi lokal sebanyak 2.517 HOK dengan sistem upah harian. Dalam pelaksanaan usahatani biaya total rata-rata/petani Rp. 10.806.582/musim, produksi padi lokal rata-rata/petani 4.933 kg/musim dan harga jual rata-rata/kg Rp. 3.500, penerimaan rata-rata/petani Rp.12.775.000/musim, pendapatan rata-rata/petani Rp. 8.935.683/musim. Pengaruh curahan tenaga kerja (X1) dan teknologi pertanian (D) terhadap produksi (Y) padi secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan. Pengaruh curahan tenaga kerja (X1) dan teknologi pertanian (D) terhadap produksi (Y) padi secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan. Kata Kunci : Curahan Tenaga Kerja; Usahatani; Padi Lokal

Abstract

Pertanian adalah kegiatan pemanfaatan lahan untuk menghasilkan produk tanaman pangan, hortikultura, perkebunan, maupun peternakan. Kegiatan pertanian identik dilakukan di wilayah pedesaan sehingga akan menjadi salah satu faktor dalam ketidaktertarikan generasi muda pada sektor pertanian. Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) merupakan generasi muda yang memiliki tingkat curiosity yang besar dengan semangat yang masih dan energi yang tinggi, serta mereka memiliki akses terhadap teknologi informasi yang lebih luas jika dibandingkan generasi sebelumnya, Urban farming merupakan kegiatan bercocok tanam di daerah perkotaan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memanfaatkan lahan yang terbatas di perkotaan untuk menghasilkan pangan dan produk pertanian lainnya. Urban farming memiliki banyak manfaat, antara lain meningkatkan ketahanan pangan, Peserta Kegiatan ini adalah siswa/I kelas XI SMAS PGRI 1 Kota Banjarmasin. Pelaksanaan kegiatan terbagi atas penyampaian materi dan diskusi atau tanya jawab, pengenalan alat dan bahan hidroponik sistem wick serta praktik dan demonstrasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diharapkan mampu menambah wawasan pengetahuan generasi muda di kota Banjarmasin tentang pertanian terutama budidaya dengan hidroponik sistem wick.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the process of making raw noodles, analyze costs, revenues, profits, business feasibility, and the challenges faced during production. The research uses a case study method focused on the home industry business Widodo Food. Data collected includes both primary and secondary sources. The noodle-making process involves ingredient preparation, mixing, sheet formation, noodle cutting, rolling, and packaging. The results show the total cost of the raw noodle business is IDR 158,510,329 per month, with a production volume of 20,020 kg per month and a selling price of IDR 13,000 per kg. Consequently, the business generates a monthly revenue of IDR 260,260,000 and a profit of IDR 101,749,671. With an R/C Ratio of 1.64, the business is considered feasible. Challenges include damage to the roll press machine, power outages, and the lack of complete personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees.

Abstract

Fish is a perishable food so special handling is required to maintain its quality. Post-harvest handling of agricultural and fishery products is an activity downstream agribusiness subsystem. Post-harvest handling has an impact on selling prices. This Research aims to analyze the added value of the processing of milkfish (Chanos chanos) into “Amplang” (Indonesian traditional snack) in Rampa Manunggul Village, Sampanahan Subdistrict, Kotabaru Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Data analysis in this research used the Hayami method. Data was collected using the case study method on Amplang processing business "Sinar Laut". The results of this research show that based on the Hayami method analysis. The added value of milkfish processing in the "Sinar Laut" amplang business is IDR. 101,226/ kg of raw materials with a business owner's profit of 65.02% and a value added ratio of 72.30%, the value added ratio is included in the high category, because the value ratio is more than 40%.

Abstract

One way to develop superior agricultural products in the livestock sub-sector in the region is to identify the dominant sub-sector of livestock products in the region. This study aims to identify the leading livestock sector in Barito Kuala Regency. The process of collecting data was carried out using a survey method based on secondary data. Secondary data collection was sourced from documents and data from the livestock sub-sector owned by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Barito Kuala Regency and South Kalimantan Province. The method used for data analysis is in the form of Location Qoutient (LQ) analysis to determine the base and non-base subsectors. The input data in the calculation is the number of livestock populations in a times series from 2017 to 2020. Based on the results of Location Qoutient (LQ) analysis, the LQ value of dairy cattle, horses, sheep and laying hens is 0, broilers with an LQ value of 0, 51 and ducks at 0.95 were categorized as non-basic commodities, while the largest LQ value was (1). Free-range chicken by 6.19 then (2). The Muscovy duck is 5.74, (3). Pig of 4.72, (4). Buffalo cattle of 4.13, (5). Beef cattle of 3.01, and (6). Goat by 1.30. The livestock commodities are categorized as basic commodities. The potential of livestock commodities can not only be developed for the needs of the area itself but can also be fulfilled in the surrounding area.
