This study uses panel data analysis with the selected model Fixed Effect Models (FEM) with the Eviews 10 application. This study also uses the Location Quotient (LQ) method to see the role of the base sector. The results of this study indicate that the agricultural sector is the basis sector in the provinces of Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung, Kep. Bangka Belitung, Central Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku and North Maluku. Abstract

Indonesian society is confronted with the significant issue of poverty. The Indonesian government has implemented measures to address the issue of poverty, one of which is the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) programme. The objective of this study is to assess the utilisation of indicators for the 6T Non-Cash Food Assistance Programme (BPNT) in Taman Asri Village. The research methodology employed is descriptive qualitative. The data collection strategies include observation, structured interviews through the distribution of questionnaires, and documentation. The research findings indicate that across all factors, including target, amount, price, time, quality, and administration, the outcomes achieved a score of 79.83% and were classified as effective. Based on the on-target measure, 27.59% of Beneficiary Families (KPM) receiving non-cash food aid (BPNT) can be categorised as affluent families. According to the precise price indication, 21% of respondents said that there was no disparity in the cost of fundamental ingredients at e-warungs compared to other stalls. Abstract

Poverty is a state of being unable to meet fundamental necessities. This study seeks to examine districts that are classified as disadvantaged areas based on the classen typology and analyse the factors that impact the extent of poverty in these regions. The classen typology employs secondary data consisting of the rate of economic growth and per capita income. This dataset includes information on 154 districts in Sumatra from 2015 to 2022. It examines the elements that contribute to poverty, such as RLS data, GRDP per capita, TPT, and poverty levels in 46 districts classified as undeveloped according to the classen typology during the same period. The research use classen typology and panel data regression as analytical techniques. According to the classen typology, the results indicate that there are 46 districts classified as relatively underdeveloped areas. The implementation of TPT has a beneficial impact on alleviating poverty in impoverished regions on the island of Sumatra. Conversely, GRDP per capita and RLS exhibit a detrimental impact. The combination of these three elements together impacts poverty.
