Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis resiko kebangkrutan perusahaan perbankan pemerintah dan swasta yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia menurut Altman Z-Score serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang memiliki tingkat resiko kebangkrutan paling besar. Penelitian ini menganalisis laporan keuangan 10 bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2006–2016 berdasarkan assets terbesar pada tahun 2016 dan telah menjual sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tahun 2005. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang menjadi objek penelitian dikategorikan mengalami ancaman kebangkrutan karena nilai cut-off di bawah 1,81 dan Bank Permata memiliki tingkat resiko kebangkrutan paling besar dengan nilai Z-Score rata-rata sebesar 0,288. Abstract

his study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress on the assumption of employee turnover intention of PT. Asiatrust Technovima Qualiti Samarinda branch works either partially or simultaneously. The sample of this research is 132 employees of PT. ATQ who are still actively working are selected using random sampling technique. The method used is quantitative method, data collection is carried out using primary data through direct questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed with validity and reliability tests, as well as multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and classical assumptions. The results showed that H1: job satisfaction (X1), organizational commitment (X2), and job stress (X3) had a simultaneous effect on the assumption of turnover intention. H2: job satisfaction (X1) has a positive and significant effect. The results of this study also support previous research from Setiawan, et al. (2018) which states that job satisfaction (X1) has an effect on turnover intention (Y), and rejects the results of Saeka, et al. (2019) which states that job satisfaction (X1) has no effect on turnover intention (Y). H3: organizational commitment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the assumption of turnover intention (Y). The results of this study also support previous research from Kurniawati, et al (2018) which stated that organizational commitment (X2) had an effect on turnover intention (Y), and rejected the results of Saeka's research (2019) which stated that organizational commitment (X2) had no effect on turnover. intention (Y). H4: work stress (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the assumption of turnover intention (Y). This study also supports previous research from Saeka, et al. (2019) which states that work stress (X3) has a significant and significant effect on turnover intention (Y), and rejects the results of research by Kurniawati, et al. (2018) which states that work stress (X2) has no effect on turnover intention (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Google Classroom on learning outcomes. This research uses literature study by searching relevant journals and articles through online databases that focus on the use of Google Classroom as a distance learning media. The results of the study show that the use of Google Classroom is effective in improving student learning outcomes. The use of Google Classroom provides many benefits, such as facilitating communication between teachers and students, speeding up the assessment process, and enriching learning material with features such as videos and images. Although there are some obstacles faced in using Google Classroom, such as limited internet access and the need for training to operate the platform, the use of Google Classroom is still considered an effective alternative in the process of distance learning. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the use of Google Classroom in the educational environment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, by considering several important factors such as infrastructure and teacher qualifications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, disiplin kerja, dan pengalaman terhadap kinerja berdasarkan persepsi karyawan PT. Nusa Teknik Nusa Bersama secara parsial dan simultan. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan hasil kinerja karyawan selama 3 tahun yaitu periode 2019 – 2021 dengan jumlah 53 orang karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas (pendidikan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap (kinerja) diperoleh nilai thitung 3,014 > ttabel 2,009 dan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < nilai (α) = 0,05. Variabel bebas (disiplin kerja) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap (kinerja) diperoleh nilai thitung 3,210 > ttabel 2,009 dan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < nilai (α) = 0,05. Variabel bebas (pengalaman) secara parsial (pengalaman) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap (kinerja) diperoleh nilai thitung 3,072 > ttabel 2,009 dan nilai signifikansi 0,003 < nilai (α) = 0,05. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan, disiplin kerja, pengalaman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja diperoleh nilai Fhitung 31,220 > Ftabel 2,79 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < nilai (α) = 0,05

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih mahasiswa menulis artikel pada mata kuliah ekonomi makro dengan pendekatan problem based learning. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan secara online menggunakan platform Google Meet. Sasaran kegiatan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah ekonomi makro. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan menulis artikel pada mata kuliah ekonomi makro ini menggunakan pendekatan problem based learning. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan penulisan artikel dengan pendekatan problem based learning pada mata kuliah ekonomi makro berjalan lancar dan melahirkan strategi penulisan artikel yang mencakup mengembangkan pemikiran kritis, kemampuan riset, dan kemampuan kreativitas dalam penyampaian ide secara terstruktur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of the balance scorecard as a measuring instrument for performance assessment at the PT. XYZ. Performance assessment analysis is carried out on 4 perspectives, namely: (1) financial perspective, (2) customer perspective, (3) internal business perspective, and (4) learning and growth perspective. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The results of study showed that: (1) The financial perspective is measured by 3 instruments, namely the economic ratio is at the “economic” level, the efficiency ratio is at the “less efficient” level, and the effectiveness ratio is at the “very effective” level. (2) The customer perspective shows “very satisfied” at 90% and “satisfied” at 10%. (3) Internal business perspective is measured by 5 instruments, namely the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) is at the “ideal” level (69.48%), the Average Length of Stay (ALOS) is at the “ideal” level (6 days), Turn Internal Over (TOI) is at the “efficient” level (3 days), the Net Death Rate (NDR) is at the “ideal” level (22 people per 1,000 patients), and the Gross Death Rate (GDR) is at the “ideal” level ( 43 people per 1,000 patients). (4) The growth and learning perspective is measured by 2 indicators, namely the employee retention rate with a “good” score and the employee's training level with a “good” score.
