Abstract

Furniture a usual term that has been used for household needs which can be used for storing items, place to sit, place to sleep and place to do something like tables or something that its surfaces can hold things. Because of so many kinds of furnitures have made many furniture stores  demands for a bigger space. This has caused for many furniture stores that doesn’t have much space, not able to display all of their products. As a result stores made products catalog every week or month. Obviously, this made the store have to spent more costs. Based on that circumstances this application was made as a shopping catalog and a shopping cart. This application is Android based, considering it’s function beside a mobile phone , it has many  modern function such as its wifi and its camera for barcode scanning that can be connected to the company database Server. The application that has been made, have some list of features such as product search that can be used by accessing the Server through wifi, giving the information of ongoing promos, can do product barcode scanning with the mobile device camera, can act as a shopping cart to contain the list of products, and can send the shopping list to the Server, so that we can do the transaction later with ease.

Abstract

Technology is developing very rapidly create business processes that run with the conventional system began to be abandoned by the businesses. Technology makes business processes run more efficiently, quickly, accurately, and reduce the chances of problems by human error. This system is aimed at one of the business people in the fitness field. The system built is believed will make business processes better, as well as businesses can monitor his business handled from anywhere and anytime.Based on the experimental testing of the system, the system has been able to run as desired fitness businesses. The system that has been integrated between the systems with each other to make businesses can monitor and run its business processes better. The data has been computerized data that makes the data easier to back up, so the possibility of data loss can be minimized.

Abstract

Technology is now growing rapidly in the world, namely smartphones, making us easy to do many things in daily life - today. The number of smartphones with Android Operating System helped us in many ways, including in the field of work. Along with the development of smartphone technology that requires a data connection, the computer network becomes a matter that needs to be developed. For the sake of ease of development of the network, the need for computer network design simulation software.This application helps in the manufacture of computer network that have personal computer components, switches and routers. IP on each component mounting aided by the function checks the correct format, subnet calculator that can help calculate IP quickly, and alsothe function of static routing on the router. This application is built using the Java programming language with the android his studio as an IDE.Results of the testing system, component in ease of application make some form of assistance filling of each object. The main canvas which has rescaling makes it easy to adapt the application with device that based on Android. The function of the switch which automatically takes the IP from each end of the interface. The search function is an automatic way data transmission and will identify existing static routing makes us also can map the data transmission device.

Abstract

Today many manufacturers are competing to introduce their products. This triggers creativity in advertising. These ads are made in a variety of formats, ranging from print, video or any other media. But with the advent of various media formats of this ads, there is also a variety of constraints. One problem is that operating costs are also high enough to affect the price of the product is higher as well. The workings of this application is to scan the logo image objects and sent to the server for processing. The results of the process will be immediately sent back to the user of smartphones in the form of image information. Another function is to share information about the logos to others by using social media which connected with the internet. Based on the test results, the application can perform object recognition in the form of logos and displays related information. Accuracy of the normal scan success of 68.75%, accuracy in dim state of 0%, on a slope of 5 ° -30 ° by 60%, on the state of the logo is cut off by 20%, in landscape orientation by 40% and the small logo by 20%. Users can also add logos and information needed, and can also interact with other users through the comment feature.

Abstract

Established on July 10, 1991 in Sidoarjo, East Java, PT X is a company engaged in the field of general printing, especially printing commercial documents. In carrying out its business processes, the company is using software, hardware, network, and machines used for the production process. But the company was less concerned about security for asset and data owned companies. Though the data and information are now becoming a very important asset. Thus the required audit information system that aims to analyze the extent to which extent the company's information system security.This thesis analyzed informationsystem security audit of IT in PT. X. The steps in the audit analysis is by using COBIT 4.1 standards. Problems were found in the company of, among others, there is no assignment letter given to employees of IT in PT X, no monthly report on IT security made by the IT division of PT X, there is no IT security standards as the reference in the company, not using cryptographic key features implemented in protecting data and information.The response given to the company that the company should make a task and make monthly reports on IT security. Soon also to make IT security standards and create cryptographic keys for protecting and and information held by company.In this study discusses one domain that Deliver and Support of 4 domain in COBIT the discussion is limited to Ensure systems security (DS5).

Abstract

The development of information technology has developed very rapidly following the needs of the times that require speed and accuracy in all aspects of life. Follow developments in terms of hardware, software, and in terms of human resources to operate. At this time almost all areas of life require information technology and human behavior are already accustomed to applying information technology in everyday life. With computers we can perform data processing and data storage. Can also perform data input, edit data, save it, and others. So that the data is managed more effectively and efficiently. With rapid advances in technology today, led to an idea or notion of the writer to try to computerize medical record recording in Maternal and Child Health Center Puji Astuti. The author tries to build an application that will help to facilitate the processing of medical data is more optimal and effective.The system will be made is "Design and Manufacture System Administration Information on Maternal and Child Health Center Puji Astuti". The system is built with a Web-based application for data processing and database PhpMyAdmin clinic as data storage.

Abstract

The presence of computer laboratory is really helpful in terms of supporting the learning process in the college scope. But the user of the computer itself tend to irresponsibly making change(s) the computer’s configuration. The configuration made by the laboratory’s assistant itself can sometimes be wrong, making the fix to the configuration itself has to be made on each of the computer.The use of Active Directory can be spread easily via server. The limitations of a user group applied based on its own functions. The users itself get their personal space for storing their data in the server, in which if one user uses another computer in the lab, he / she still can access his / her data. Administration also centered on the server thatfacilitate lab’s assistants on helping their task. The re-installation of the computer’s operating system is made easy by using the remote install hosted by server.The result from the usage of Active Directory system is that it will help the administration tasks done by the lab’s assistants, especially on the limitations that should be applied to the groups of users. Personal storage space in the server also helps the students on the availability of their data, regardless where or which computer they are using.

Abstract

PT X is a company engaged in manufacturing personal care products. The company has used production information system to support their business process. A fraction of the business processes in PT X still has information system that is recorded manually. In this thesis, analysis and design of enterprise architecture for creating information systems to support the company’s business process uses the framework of enterprise architecture planning. The first step begins with analyzing the business model and business strategy. The second step is observing the condition of information technology in company right now, what problems that have to be faced and the need of information technology in the future. The last step is designing data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture that is accordance with purpose, business strategy and business process in company. The results of the data architecture design are data entities and information sub-systems that exist in the company. The design of application architecture is application list. As for the technology architecture design using Client / Server Architecture, Message Bus and Service Oriented Architecture Pattern.

Abstract

There are a lot of card games or card games circulating today and demand a lot of circles, one of which is CardFight Vanguard. But some enthusiasts of this game wants to play but with the price of the card is quite expensive so often they only see or borrow from others.With the use of smartphones are widely used today by children and adults, an application designed to help these card players.This application provide cards that can be used by users of this application to make a deck that will be used to play, by using Wi-Fi technology users can play with other users during both connected to the same network connection.Based on testing, this application can run the DeckEdit function where users can create decks and functions as the original game on the Play menu where the user can play with other users.

Abstract

CV.XYZ is a small size company that works on software engineering.The worker in this company is not many, between 5 – 8 people only. The problem in this company is there are no identification of risks that can happen. The examples of the problems are the clients suddenly request some features for their software, no milestone on the project, no data about clients’ system and no monitoring on the ongoing projects. These things can hold back the company’s performance. Thus, risk analysis is needed for analyzing risk faktors that can disturb software development.In this thesis, identification on how the company works is performed, analysing for any existing risk and response for those risks. The risk assessment process is done based on NIST 800-30 that explains about ten steps of risk assessment, determining risks based on ISO 29110 about how to create software on a company that works in software engineering with less than 25 workers in it, and OWASP Risk Rating Methodology about determining the value of every risk based on certain criterias. OWASP is used as guidelines for determining weight of each risks that has been found using ISO 29110. Based on analysis, those methods used are useful for searching and responding existing risks. Result shows 1 high risk, 2 medium risks and 19 low risks. For high risk there  is no risk identification on the company that makes the company does not know what risk can impact them. The response is avoid by doing risk identification.
