Abstract

The business process in this company starts when there is an order requested by the customer. Then the order will be processed on working hours that is at 08.00 until 16.00 and salary will be given every week according to the work distribution given to the employees. The main problem in this company is company data recorded manually by using paper so that the accuracy of data is not guaranteed. Another problem is the lack of responsibility and discipline of employees in performing the jobs given. Both of these lead to less effective business processes and lack of productivity.Based on the background of the problem, the authors designed the system and application of payroll and attendance that can overcome the problem. The process of making it using Mysql and Visual Basic.The results obtained from application that has been made are the company can use the method of a fingerprint in attendance, have a good management of the division of work to employees, and calculation of salary is easier and can be done automatically. The company has better time management because it has been assisted by a system that can tidy up the data - the division of work.

Abstract

In the process of logistics distribution for natural disasters, PMI faces several obstacles. obstacles in the face of the management of logistics information systems run manually or physically. Thus, the data entered is not actual and appropriate and spend more time. Therefore, in this paper made web that will help record every logistics process that happened.Before starting the application development, analysis and design of the existing logistics system in PMI East Java province. The analysis and design stage generates the number of modeling used to create the application. This web uses HTML, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX and view using Bootstrap template. To get Latitude and Latitude feature using Google API.The end result of the creation of this application is an application that includes features to record the necessary data in the logistics information system required by PMI East Java with features that tend to work for PMI-administrations, donors, and supermarkets because it is difficult for volunteer to open or bring electronic devices.

Abstract

Development and competition in the University of Indonesia is extremely tight. Petra Christian University is also the University's long-standing and well known to many people in Indonesia. Prospective students would like to see more clearly the form and facilities owned by the University. The difficulties that exist in prospective students who reside outside the island, as it requires large transportation costs if you want to visit Petra Christian University. Based on thisproblem, so in this study will be the creation of applications. This application aims to facilitate students who saw virtually Petra Christian University. Results in this application, the position and shape of the object on the building resembles the original state that existed at Petra Christian University.Barriers time of making a major factor, so it cannot make the building more in detail. The whole room labs and classrooms on the 2nd floor of the building and lecturer room in the 3rd floor already done, there are only a few sections still proceed example at the laboratory assistant room, and a small part.Disadvantages of this application, requires a computer specification high enough to run the application. This is because the memory is generated in this application can be fairly large.

Abstract

Organization X is currently using a manual system to manage the execution of procurement. The system, however, is ineffective to the efficiency and human error in the process of recording and loss of collections. Analyzing this problem, a new application was designed to assist with the workflow in Organization X. The application supports the lifecycle in the library trough circulation, maintenance, and reports. The application is using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 for programming language and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as data storage media. Based on the results of tests performed, the application could launch collection monitoring and manage the opname book. The application is open for develop with more features in the future such as automatic printing for borrowing slip and booking order by phone

Abstract

Effectivity and efeciency is one of the most needed factory by human, it is because of their growing activity to do their business. This is surely increase the human needs of more effective and efficient technology. There are so many business that have already harness the technology advances, it can be clarified from the business transaction that arecomputerised. Because technology usage can help business to work effectively and effecintly. From the background above Gloria Comp Shop tried to improve ther effectiveness and effciency from their business process by making a web application. Hopefully, this website could ease the administration process that are happening in Gloria Comp Shop. All the feature such as purchase, sale, and report can be accessed from one system so it will decrease the human error risk. From the conducted research, administration web application built already fulfill the basic needs of the user. User canfeel the effectiveness and afficiency in the Gloria Comp Shop administration data processing process.

Abstract

Website e-commerce is the purchase and sale, marketing and services and delivery of products, services and information on the Internet and other networks, between companies networked with customers, suppliers, and other business partners through the website. This website is made for customers who stay away from UD. Pawon Kue Surabaya to see the product catalog, and make any product purchase transaction anytime and anywhere.In the website there are several features that can make easy for customers at UD. Pawon Kue Surabaya in making a purchase transaction. This application is created using the programming language HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL database. Web view using Bootstrap template.The final result of this website creation can search the list of products quickly, can make purchase transactions easily, and can know the status of the order easily. Owners can also view important reports such as income statements, sales reports, and product stock reports.

Abstract

LUGZ Shoes Collezione is a store that sells products such as shoes as the main product and stand in Malang since July 23, 2005. To resolve an issue which a customer is not able to use some of the functions on the website, then in this thesis an user-friendly E-Commerce website for LUGZ Shoes Collezione is made.This website is made by using HTML and PHP programming language for the pages, AJAX and Javascript for the functions, and MySQL for the database. The features which are developed in this website include: a login system for the access rights, the tracking system to track the status of the purchased goods and payment systems to conduct online transactions.The result of making this website is customers can easily see the products sold and make purchases of products on the website at the same time then make the payment confirmation online. Administrators can also perform Tracking order, so there is interaction between the store and online shoppers.

Abstract

Unit Perbekalan Universitas Kristen Petra adalah salah satu biro pada Universitas Kristen Petra yang bertugas untuk mengadakan kebutuhan barang ataupun ruangan untuk staf dan dosen yang bekerja pada Universitas Kristen Petra. Untuk harga yang cukup tinggi maka diadakan tender untuk permintaan barang-barang ataupun renovasi agar dapat mendapatkan harga yang sesuai dengan keinginan atau harga seminimal mungkin yang bisa didapat. Oleh karena itu, pada skripsi ini dirancang sebuah sistem tender yang dapat membantu unit perbekalan untuk melaksanakan proses tender. Sistem tender juga didukung oleh metode AHP yang digunakan untuk membantu unit perbekalan dalam memutuskan pemenang dari setiap tender. Hasil akhir dari pengembangan aplikasi ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu unit perbekalan dalam menjalankan proses tender dari awal permintaan hingga diputuskan pemenang dari tender tersebut. Hasil dari pengujian metode AHP membuktikan bahwa setiap kategori tender yang dijalankan memiliki kriteria yang berbeda, maka dari itu kriteria-kriteria yang digunakan harus disesuaikan dengan setiap kategori tender yang akan dijalankan.

Abstract

The game is already a daily activity of the community. There are several types of games but the most playable game types today are mobile games where they can be played wherever and whenever. This thesis aims to perform the manufacture and similar research on mobile game battleship. Legitimate research has been done about battleship games on the PC platform by using LAN network. In this thesis will examine about mobile game battleship using BFS method and firebase database on mobile phone platform. The problem of this research is to measure how successful the application of BFS method and the implementation of firebase database used for multiplayer.In this battleship game research has been done the application process is the application of BFS method, and the application of firebase database. Process Where application on BFS method is done on program coding only. However, the application of firebase database is done by connecting Unity program with firebase SDK which is assisted by database calling on the program.Through testing it can be proven that the use of the BFS method of finding a very long route will take considerable time. For Firebase the database is less suitable for battleship action game where the mobile phone used to access the game can not receive data submissions sent from the database.

Abstract

Toko Mulia Sport is a shop specialized in the sale of sport tool. Toko Mulia Sport bussines prosses is still done manually. The invoice and data inventory are written by hand. The purpose of this thesis is to produce a administration information system that can help Toko Mulia Sport administrative activities.This information system is used to store items data. Purchase and sale transactions process help to assist the sale product to the customer and the purchase product to the supplier. Product item and transaction reports help to facilitate owner in looking at the data. This information system is built using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language. The  data storage system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2008.Based on test results, a system that has been created can help Toko Mulia Sport in conducting transactions or print the report.
