Abstract

CV. Karisma Motor is a private company that specialize in motorcycle selling and buying of one of well known brand in Indonesia. Up until now the forecasting process for stock buying from CV. Karisma Motor still does by using only estimeation based on past sales data. This makes buying process no fully effective because decision makings doesn’t have a firm ground. Therefore, to anticipate that problem a forecasting system is design so it can be used by CV. Karisma Motor to help decision making. The process for making this forecasting system is through a few step, the first step is to do a survey and need analysis, the second step is collecting sales data from the past year, the third step is creating flowchart and designing of entity relationship diagram, and then afterwadrs creating the database. Program creation is using Microsoft Visual Basic .NET 2010 for the programming languange and MySQL for the database, forecasting calculation is using ARIMA method. Based on system testing, the forecasting system can store goods data, calculate forecasting based on past sales data, store the result of forecasting that have been done, displays forecasting result that have been done before and error calculation to get smallest error value among three methods with average value from testing is 1,42.

Abstract

UD. Cahaya Agung Motor located in Makassar, South Sulawesi has problems with customers who are outside the city, they have to come to UD to buy the goods they want or order goods by phone or SMS. If UD is busy buyer, owner or employee will be difficult to pick up phone or serve SMS customer, consequently customer will be neglected and switch to another store to buy goods. To overcome the existing problems then created an e-commerce-based website that allows customers to buy the desired goods without having to come to UD to buy.The design of this website is designed using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) using programming languages PHP and HTML and MySQL as database software. In this website there are various information needed by the customer, such as to know the brand, image and spare part price so that customers can know more clearly the spare part to be purchased. For payment, customers can also choose the type of payment provided such as credit card, transfer and joint account. This website also has master data information such as sales list, master customer, master return and master goods on the admin page and data reports such as sales reports, stock items and return reports that can be viewed by the owner.The result of the design of the application created is an e-commerce website that can assist customers in making purchases 24 hours and can be reached throughout Indonesia. The conclusions obtained from testing the website conducted by the customer and admin is that this website is running well in accordance with the wishes of the user and this website helps in improving work efficiency for UD owners and provide information fast and user friendly.

Abstract

Museum is a place to store a variety of cultural heritage that can be used as an educational attraction for the community and study materials used by academics. But unfortunately the public interest to make the museum as a tourist destination is very low. Therefore we need innovation to attract people, and in this case the innovation made in the utilization of NFC technology in android . NFC technology is currently being highly developed and has been used in many applications, so the utilization of that technology is expected to dispel the impression of being outdated and unattractive, commonly attached to the museum.This application will be divided into two, namely mobile applications for visitors that have been developed using Android Studio software and web applications for administrator that developed using Notepad++ and MySQL database. This mobile applications can deliver information of objects in the museum in the form of text, video, and audio by scanning the NFC tag which the results of the scan will direct the application to retrieve data from a web application as a server for database management. This application can also display museum’s profile, museum’s events, museum’s maps, and mini games. From this application museum can also obtain statistical data which can be useful for the development of the museum that can be accessed from web application.Based on the results of implementation which has been tested, this application was able to deliver the information in the format of text, image, audio, and video by scanning NFC tag. In addition, from the application feasibility tests on random users, all respondents express that they are more interested to visit museum with the presence of this application.

Abstract

Mollucan Christian Youth Fellowship has many members who don’t just stay in Surabaya, but there is also some are living and working in several cities in Indonesia like Ambon, Masohi, Sorong, Jayapura, Jakarta and several cities in Java and Kalimantan. Because many members are scattered throughout Indonesia, this causes difficulities in communating. The purpose of this thesis is making a website as a media of news, information and communication among members of fellowship.In developing this website of Community of Mollucan Christian Youth Fellowship, several technologies are used such as; notepad++, XAMPP and browser, HTML, CSS3, PHP, and MySQL to create a database. The author also uses Instagram API to integrate photos on social media Instagram to the website.This research has been successfully created a website which is used as a media of news, information and communication around the community and has been successfully through testing all of the features that existed on this website.

Abstract

Administration system in Travel X still using manually all of the business process likely record a reservation in a document. With that condition  make Travel X need more time to get information, generating report and high risk to lost document. Therefore, Travel X needed system to accomodate administration quickly and preciesly. According to the analysis based on Travel X problems, an application to support the Travel X business performance must be made.The application would be implemented to process the passanger reservation, package reservation, online reservation and also generating report. The design of the Data Flow Diagram and the ERD uses Power Designer 16.5 The application will be based on CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL for the database.User satisfaction towards the application’s overall quality is 42% good responds and 28% very good responds which means the application has fulfilled and corresponds to the system requirements. This application can  records process by automate passanger reservation or online reservation.

Abstract

Administration Information System in Ikan Mas Company is still using manual system. The number of customer order often make company difficult to control their inventory stock. That makes the stock of raw materials they have always run into stock out. The company also have difficulty because the uncertain supplier.To overcome these problem, we need a new system that can replace the old system and change the manual system into computerize system. System that will be create such as recording sales, purchasing, production, recording the entire master data, calculation of the raw and finished materials stock, and also a report purchase, sales and income statement.Results of making this program is to optimize the entire collection of raw materials and finished materials, recording purchase and sales as well as production.

Abstract

Santoso Material Building Store is a company engaged in the sale of construction materials. Currently recording system stock in Stores Building Santoso still manually so that the accuracy of the data is less relevant and seems slow. Based on the background of the problems in Santoso Material Building Stores. Author designing an information system applications based on client-server that can record the purchase, registration of stock, conversion of goods, sales, and reports to address the needs of every record store in the business processes that occur. The development of the application uses Microsoft Visual Basic 2010, with Sql Server 2008 R2 database. Based on the results of the testing, the application can generate the required reports, and the branches  can be connected to the database server so that the branch can access data store the goods on store and application can perform all their function.

Abstract

Berawal dari sebuah kelompok persekutuan doa yang hanya berjumlahkan kurang dari 100 orang, kini gereja Mawar Sharon sudah berkembang pesat dan memiliki cabang di berbagai kota. Oleh karena itu gereja Mawar Sharon sendiri sudah membuat sistem dalam penyimpanan data yang mereka miliki. Permasalahan muncul akibat sistem yang ada tidak terintegrasi dan data yang dimiliki hanya disimpan dan dapat diakses oleh admin saja. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat mengintegrasikan sekaligus memanfaatkan data yang ada sebagai media dalam pemantauan jemaat.Maka untuk mengatasi mesalah tersebut pada skripsi ini dibuatlah sebuah sistem yang dapat mengintegrasikan data-data yang sudah ada kedalam satu sistem yang kemudian di koneksikan ke dalam aplikasi berbasis android. Aplikasi tersebut akan digunakan sebagai media yang memberikan akses kepada para pemimpin yang memiliki kebutuhan dalam memantau jemaatnya melalui data. Aplikasi juga dapat digunakan jemaat biasa dalam berinteraksi sesama anggota gereja.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian aplikasi ini didapati bahwa aplikasi mampu memberikan laporan yang berasal dari data-data yang selama ini belum di manfaatkan dan data tersebut dikonversikan menjadi fasilitas kepada jemaat dalam memantau keaktifannya sendiri, sekaligus tetap terhubung dengan gereja dan jemaat yang lain. Sedangkan manfaat bagi pemimpin, sistem ini dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pemantauan pertumbuhan anak bimbingannya.

Abstract

UD. 3G is a private company that specialize in selling processed wood. UD. 3G still not have a forecasting system so as to procure stock still using manually estimate by looking at the previous sale. So it makes UD. 3G experience many losses because a lot of unsold wood stock becomes broken due the various factors. Therefore, requires the forecasting system that is easy to use and helps estimate items that must be purchased. The process for making this forecasting is through several steps, the first step is do a survey and needs analysis. The second step is taking sales data in 2013, 2014 and 2015. And the third step is making a flowchart and entity relation diagram design, then perform database creation. The process of developing program is using PHP programming language, MySQL for database and for the forecasting calculation is using ARIMA method. Based on the result obtained from the testing, system can store inventory data, do forecasting calculation based on the sales data, displaying graphs of the result of forecasting, have a shortcut key to print forecasting report and do error calculation to get the smallest error from three methods so can be used to perform the best forecasting.

Abstract

PT X is an expedition company in Surabaya. The shipping system that the company offers is a rental system per asset. The company's assets are trucks, forklifts, and dump trucks. Currently, PT X is still using paper records in managing the order placement administration and asset management process.An analysis and design with data flow diagrams and entity relation diagrams are performed before application development begins. The application is created using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, Framework Laravel 5.0 MySQL database, and Bootstrap. Developed application contains the features of order placements and Computerized Maintenance Management System.The final result of the application development is the calculation of the order cost, updating of spare part’s price on the stock card when purchasing new spare parts, calculating the cost of maintenance based on the total price of the used spare parts, the scheduled repair reminder based on date periods and intervals.
