Abstract

ABSTRAKPT. Asia Pacific Fibers adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi bahan Polyester Fleece Fabrics yang memiliki masalah dalam hal pengendalian inventory. Perusahaan ini selalu mengalami over-inventory setelah melakukan proses produksi. Perencanaan kebutuhan ataupun pengendalian bahan baku diperlukan agar perusahaan dapat mengalokasikan bahan baku tepat dan sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan tanpa adanya waste. Pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan peramalan dengan menggunakan 12 Months Simple Moving Average, kemudian menentukan karakteristik data permintaan sepanjang tahun 2015 dengan menggunakan metode Peterson-Silver Rule, dan kemudian menentukan perbandingan estimasi total biaya dengan menggunakan teknik lot sizing Lot for Lot dan teknik lot sizing Economic Order Quantity. Karakteristik data yang didapat dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Peterson-Silver Rule merupakan data statik. Estimasi total biaya yang didapat dengan menggunakan teknik lot sizing Lot for Lot adalah Rp. 1.784.294.627, dan estimasi total biaya yang didapat dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity adalah Rp. 625.367.083. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan analisa, maka lebih baik perusahaan mengganti strategi teknik lot sizing Lot for Lot dengan teknik lot sizing Economic Order Quantity dalam proses order bahan baku, karena hasil analisa estimasi total biaya pemesanan bahan baku yang didapat dengan menggunakan teknik lot sizing Economic Order Quantity jauh lebih murah. Kata Kunci: Forecasting, Inventory Control, MPS, MRP

Abstract

Dari tahun ke tahun, jumlah ritel milik salah satu perusahaan ritel di Indonesia meningkat secara signifikan. Dari lima tahun terakhir, rata-rata pertumbuhan jumlah ritel berjumlah 1167 unit per tahun. Saat ini, terdapat 220 titik ritel berdiri di Kalimantan dan hanya dilayani oleh satu buah pusat distribusi yang menjadikan kondisi ini tidak relevan lagi. Sehingga, jurnal ini membahas tentang penentuan lokasi pusat distribusi yang kedua. Algoritma K-Means Clustering digunakan untuk memecah dua kelompok lokasi, setelah itu dilakukan perhitungan centroid dengan menggunakan Center of Gravity untuk masing-masing cluster. Penelitian ini mengasumsikan bahwa permintaan untuk masing-masing kota didekati dengan jumlah penduduk kota tersebut. Pada kondisi nyata, dalam satu kota terdapat beberapa ritel, sehingga data permintaan satu kota diperoleh dengan membagi jumlah penduduk terhadap jumlah ritel yang ada. Pada cluster 1 titik centroid terletak pada Kabupaten Landak, yang berjarak 149 km dari lokasi pusat distribusi yang sudah ada dengan akses masuk barang terdekat dari Pelabuhan Dwikora. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang risiko ergonomi yang diamali oleh pekerja bagian desainer pada salah satu perusahaan desain interior di Jakarta. Adapun risiko ergonomi tersebut diidentifikasi menggunakan Quick Exposure Check dan Nordic Body Map. Hasil dari pengolahan data Quick Exposure Check menunjukkan exposure score 57,14% pada pekerja 1, 53,20% pada pekerja 2, dan 58,13% pada pekerja 3 mengindikasikan bahwa pekerjaan yang dilakukan dikategorikan kurang aman. Sedangkan Nordic Body Map memberikan hasil berupa keluhan pekerja terutama pada bagian leher, punggung, pantat, bahu, lengan, tangan dan pergelangan tangan. Dari kedua metode yang digunakan, didapatkan bahwa pekerjaan tersebut memerlukan tindakan perbaikan atau perubahan untuk mengurangi risiko ergonomi yang dialami pekerja. Kata Kunci: Risiko Ergonomi, Quick Exposure Check, Nordic Body Map, Exposure Score

Abstract

Abstract— The aim of this research is to explore how supply chain management (SCM) of small and medium (SMEs) business gaining successful succession. This study tries to fill the gap in previous studies concerning supply chain effectiveness in SMEs, especially in family business. To gather information, we carried out a series informal individual deep interviews, with key informants of Lunpia Semarang located in Semarang city. Using metafor from mitosis of cell, produced business-mitosis perspective successful succession in third generation of small family business. In this context, the application of the concept of SCM in the operation strategy of SMEs seems to be a very important function. This supply chain also covers all three aspects of sustainable development: business, environmental, and social. The result of study revealed that Lunpia Semarang have three business entities namely Lunpia Pemuda, Lunpia Mataram, and Lunpia Gang Lombok, and each of them is an independent business. Thus it can be concluded that the for gaining a competitive advantage, SCM is an effective tool to SMEs, which to deliver the right product and service at the most opportune time and at the lowest possible cost to the right customer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memberi analisis kepuasan pelanggan dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis Tiga Dimensi (IPA 3 Dimensi) yang menyatukan pendekatan IPA awal dengan analisis kepuasan pelanggan dengan teori tiga faktor (model Kano), yaitu basic, performance, dan excitement pada dua industri E-Commerce terbesar di Indonesia. Hasil IPA 3 Dimensi yang didapat dari data yang telah dianalisis, pada Lazada menunjukkan adanya 15 indikator faktor performance yang tersebar pada dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy, 3 indikator faktor excitement yang tersebar pada dimensi tangibles dan responsiveness, 4 indikator faktor basic yang tersebar pada dimensi tangibles, reliability, dan responsiveness. Pada Tokopedia menunjukkan adanya 6 indikator faktor excitement yang tersebar pada dimensi tangibles dan responsivenes, 7 indikator faktor performance yang tersebar pada dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance,dan empathy, 9 indikator faktor basic yang tersebar pada dimensi reliability, assurance, dan empathy. Simpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat 2 indikator dan 4 indikator pada Lazada dan Tokopedia yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.Kata Kunci: e-commerce,model kano, importance performance analysis

Abstract

At present, a logistic services for coal manufacturer company is very important. However, often happen that production process goes faster than logistic services in delivery mining product from the mining area to the port. DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) is expected will produce a parameter that can use to justified whether the perfomance of the job effective and efficient. This research will focus on evaluating the performance of four Small Medium Enterprise which operate their business in delivering the coal mining, from the mining area to the harbour. Element of the input is the number of the truck, loading and unloading manpower, and the number of truck which is return in one hour. Element of the output is the number of coal mining at the port. After data is analyzed by WinQSB, the conclusion is obtained that SME C and D operate better In terms of efficiency and optimization of than SME A and B. Abstract

Permasalahan sumber daya yang terbatas memang sering kali dimiliki oleh banyak perusahaan, dan itu sangat menyita konsentrasi dan fokus dari perusahaan dalam menentukan strategi produksi, khususnya dalam menentukan jumlah produksi. Penelitian ini membahas aplikasi dari Pemrograman Linier untuk memecahkan permasalahan optimasi produksi. Penelitian diadakan di sebuah perusahaan mebel, ada berbagai fungsi kendala yang dijumpai perusahaan, yakni : 1.15 X1 + 0.98 X2 + 0.56 X3 + 0.40 X4 + 0.16 X5 ≤ 376 (Fungsi bahan baku) dan 3.25 X1 + 2.82 X2 + 1.56 X3 + 1.23 X4 + 0.85 X5 ≤ 192 (Fungsi jam kerja), sedangkan fungsi obyektif adalah Zmax = 1245 X1 + 1055 X2 + 750 X3 + 610 X4 + 535 X5, hasil dari penelitian adalah dengan keterbatasan yang dimiliki perusahaan, sebaiknya perusahaan hanya memproduksi Tipe Lemari 1 Tingkat Tinggi (X5) sebanyak 225 unit lemari/bulan, dan akibat dari produksi ini perusahaan akan menerima keuntungan sebesar Rp 120.847.000. Kata kunci : Sumber daya, pemrograman linier, optimasi

Abstract

The right strategy execution by business and commercial organizations expected to improve performance, however the current corporate strategy is viewed no longer enough, and should start paying attention to imaging as a means to seize the market, the brand can also be seen as something that can strengthen or weaken the positioning in the eyes of the market. Mapping of corporate  brand Is reviewed from the point of evalution and relevance should be right on target and should be used as supportive data for making short and long term strategy of the organizations.This research discussed about how mapping the universities brand, mapping activities was divide in to three measurement, which is Brand Awareness, Brand Preference and Brand Perception. This research also segementing respondents in two segments, senior high school students and parents, this research located in West Jakarta, research target is mapping universities brand in national context, thus universities in answer separate in national universities.Result from this research showing that University of Indonesia is Top of Mind in senior high school students Brand Awareness with 19,17% and Tarumanagara University is Top of Mind in parents brand awareness with 28,33%. Whereas brand preference result in University of Indonesia is the most preference in students and parents perpectives with 24,17% and 27,5%.Keywords : Brand, Universities, Brand Awareness, brand preference, brand perception

Abstract

Gen Z values experiences over material possessions. They prefer spending on activities that offer memorable experiences, such as attending events, dining out, and travel. This preference for experiences also translates into their shopping behavior, where they seek immersive and engaging retail experiences. Explore the consumer behavior of Gen Z in Bekasi, specifically their hedonic tendencies, and to provide actionable insights for H&M's marketing strategy. By understanding the unique characteristics, preferences, and values of Gen Z in this region, H&M can tailor its offerings and marketing efforts to effectively engage this influential demographic. The method of quantitative approach with the survey results found is 149 respondents with the statistical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Understanding the hedonistic influences driving impulsive buying among Gen Z in Bekasi allows H&M to craft targeted strategies that cater to this demographic's desires while promoting sustainability. By balancing trendiness with environmental responsibility, H&M can build lasting brand loyalty and contribute positively to the global fashion landscape. This paper provides a roadmap for H&M to navigate the complex interplay of hedonism and sustainability, ensuring relevance and growth in the competitive market. Strategi yang dapat di lakukan oleh perusahaan adalah mempertahankan sifat tiba-tiba activities dari konsumen gen z seperyi embience store penataan new collection seasoning untuk tetap mempertahankan ketertarikan terhadap koleksi brand H&M. This study significantly contributes to the analysis of the influence of hedonic variables on impulsive buying behavior concerning the H&M brand. By examining the psychological and social factors that drive Gen Z in Bekasi towards impulsive purchases, this research provides valuable insights and ongoing suggestions for H&M's managerial strategies. It emphasizes the importance of balancing the "Buy Now, Think Later" concept with sustainable practices to foster long-term brand loyalty and environmental responsibility.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the rise of illegal cigarette products in Bekasi poses a problem for cigarette companies. The reason is that these illegal cigarettes do not use excise tapes or use fake excise tapes that are detrimental to cigarette companies or the government. The trade in illegal cigarette products does not have a circulation permit among the community. This study aims to find the influence of price and product packaging suitability on consumer purchase decisions on illegal cigarette products in East Bekasi. The method used was a quantitative approach with pre-survey results of 20 respondents. With the final survey results, 100 respondents were collected through google form using a data collection technique, namely purposive sampling. The statistical data processing used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). In combating illegal cigarette products, continuous efforts are needed and finding the right innovations in order to break the circulation of illegal cigarettes in the community. Such as strengthening regulations in collaboration with the government and law enforcement agencies. Tightening supervision of cigarette products circulating in the community. Some implications for cigarette companies such as issuing new innovations for the community to increase competitiveness in the market. A marketing campaign that promotes the importance of legality that can affect a cigarette product. A significant contribution to the literature on cigarette companies in this study is to look at business strategies from the perspective of cigarette companies in terms of dealing with the rise of illegal cigarette products. This study provides a new insight into policies that can be used into effective plans to reduce the circulation of illegal cigarettes while maintaining business sustainability.
