Abstract

This study aims to analysis of transformational and transactional leadership styles and their effects on the performance of the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System implementation in the food industry in Tangerang. The respondents of the study was employees in several food industries that were located in the Tangerang  who had implement the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System as many as 200 employees and data collection methods by giving online electronic questionnaires to 2000  employees randomly. The analytical tool used in this study is the SEM (Structural Equation Model) on the LISREL program version 8.70. This study provides results that show that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System implementation and the transactional leadership style is also positive and affects the performance of the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System implementation and concluded that leadership is important in the performance of the HAS Halal Assurance System implementation HAS 23000

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills on the innovation abilities of Islamic school teachers in Jakarta and Tangerang which are mediated by organizational culture. Data collection is done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 667 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software.The results of this study conclude that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on the ability of teacher innovation, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational culture. This study proposes a model for building the innovation ability of Islamic school teachers among teachers in Jakarta and Tangerang through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with organizational culture as a mediator. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills on the innovation ability of the teachers in West Java which are mediated by organizational culture. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection is done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in West Java. The results of the returned and valid questionnaire are 667 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation ability, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational culture. This new research proposes a model to build innovation capabilities of the teachers among teachers in West Java through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with organizational culture as a mediator. This research can pave the way to increase teacher readiness in the face of the education 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh hard skills dan soft skills terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek) yang dimediasi oleh organizational learning. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel acak sederhana melalui elektronik ke populasi guru di Jabodetabek. Hasil kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan valid adalah 676 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hard skills dan soft skills berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi organizational learning. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kemampuan inovasi guru di antara para guru di Jabodetabek melalui peningkatan hard skills dan soft skills dengan organizational learning sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi era pendidikan 4.0.
