Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi bauran pemasaran promosi yang digunakan oleh Yayasan Islam Lenterahati dalam meningkatkan daya saing lembaga pendidikan mereka. Lembaga pendidikan sebagai penyedia jasa pendidikan harus terus berbenah dan memiliki inisiatif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan peserta didiknya agar tetap kompetitif dalam persaingan antar lembaga. Strategi pemasaran yang efektif sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan eksistensi dan relevansi layanan pendidikan yang ditawarkan. Bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, dan Process) diterapkan untuk mencapai tujuan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Yayasan Islam Lenterahati menggunakan berbagai media promosi, baik konvensional (seperti brosur dan spanduk) maupun non-konvensional (seperti media sosial dan website). Penggunaan media non-konvensional terbukti lebih efektif dalam menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas dan mengurangi biaya promosi. Selain itu, yayasan ini juga mengandalkan word of mouth dan kegiatan event sebagai strategi promosi yang efektif. Dengan pendekatan promosi yang konsisten dan inovatif, Yayasan Islam Lenterahati berhasil meningkatkan daya saing dan memperkenalkan lembaganya kepada masyarakat secara luas.

Abstract

Multicultural leadership has become a crucial aspect in addressing the challenges of diversity within educational institutions, making this research significant in providing an in-depth understanding of its implementation. This study aims to explore the concept and application of multicultural leadership within the context of educational institutions. Using a Systematic Literature Review approach, the research analyzes literature indexed in Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar with focusing on publications from 2014 to 2024. The evaluation results indicate that multicultural leadership has a significantly positive impact on student engagement and academic achievement. This approach not only enhances student motivation but also strengthens their ability to collaborate and interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Consequently, the implementation of inclusive policies in education becomes increasingly vital for fostering a learning environment that supports diversity and facilitates the optimal development of students' potential. This study contributes to the understanding of the importance of multicultural leadership in improving the quality of education that is inclusive and responsive to the needs of all students.

Abstract

This study explores the development of an environmental-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum, focusing on the integration of Islamic principles and values into environmental awareness and sustainability practices. The research emphasizes the importance of aligning PAI curriculum objectives with Islamic teachings about nature, human stewardship (khalifah), and environmental responsibility. By utilizing methods such as lectures, discussions, and modeling, the curriculum aims to foster spiritual, social, and environmental piety among students. Key recommendations include the use of appropriate learning media, the promotion of hands-on environmental activities, and continuous assessments to ensure students' understanding and commitment to environmental preservation. The study underscores the need for a holistic approach in Islamic education that nurtures both the spiritual and ecological dimensions of students' character development.

Abstract

This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnairedistribution to analyze the impact of outsourcing practices in Human ResourceManagement (HRM) on satisfaction and performance. The data analysis technique usedis multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that outsourcing is a strategy used bycompanies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and focus on core activities. Effectiveimplementation requires a systematic process, including needs analysis, careful selectionof qualified service providers, clear contract negotiation, and continuous monitoring ofservice execution. Additionally, compliance with labor regulations and the protection ofemployee rights are essential considerations. When applied properly, HR outsourcing candeliver significant strategic benefits to organizations.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Islamic Human Resource Management (IHRM) in public high schools, focusing on its concepts, principles, challenges, and solutions. IHRM is rooted in values such as justice, trustworthiness, responsibility, professionalism, and deliberation in managing educators and administrative staff. While public high schools must maintain ideological neutrality, universal Islamic values remain relevant in fostering ethical and dignified work culture. This research employs a qualitative approach through literature review, analyzing various policies and theories of Islamic management in education. Key challenges include a lack of understanding among human resources regarding IHRM, secularization stigma in education, and the absence of operational guidelines. Proposed solutions include integrating Islamic values into work ethics, conducting ethics-based HR training, drafting school codes of conduct, and collaborating with IHRM experts. By applying these strategies, public high schools are expected to enhance human resource management that is not only professional but also characterized by integrity, morality, and spirituality
