Abstract

Survei karakter merupakan salah satu penilaian yang digunakan sebagai pengganti dari Ujian Nasional pada program merdeka belajar saat ini. Survei karakter pada program merdeka belajar mencakup penilaian karakter pada diri peserta didik seperti semangat gotong royong, kebhinekaan, dan tidak adanya perundungan terhadap sesama. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam terkait kebijakan survei karakter dalam merdeka belajar yang sudah mulai diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah analisis konten. Penulis mengumpulkan bahan-bahan dan konsep-konsep yang berkaitan dengan teori survei karakter dari Undang-Undang Pemerintah RI, Peraturan Pemerintah, Peraturan Menteri, buku, jurnal, dan buku teks yang memiliki keterkaitan dan kesesuaian. Hasil dari analisis yang telah dilakukan yaitu survei karakter yang tertuang dalam undang-undang, peraturan, jurnal, serta hasil dari diimplementasikannya survei karakter dalam pembelajaran ditemukan kebersesuaian dan berperan dalam menyiapkan peserta didik untuk menjadi warga negara yang ideal. Keterbatasan penelitian ini hanya mampu melihat kecenderungan antar variabel tanpa menguji hubungan antar variabel pada survei karakter. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menemukan penilaian survei karakter sebagai pengganti ujian nasional telah sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan saat ini dalam program merdeka belajar.

Abstract

Moral education is a learning material that must be truly understood and applied by students in everyday life. Because morals determine the personality and character of students. In the current era, students often encounter moral crises caused by several factors. A teacher must be able to solve this problem so that students have commendable morals and can achieve learning goals. This study uses qualitative research methods by carrying out data collection techniques through interviews, previous research and expert opinions as reinforcement. While the data analysis technique is using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. This research reveals that both MI and SD provide education on commendable morals, but MI has more moral education because it is taught in three subjects, namely fiqh, akidah akhlak and al-Quran hadith. Whereas in elementary school the subjects that contain moral education are in PAI but thematic and PKn lessons also often discuss moral education. SD and MI also have programs to guide student morals, starting from students shaking hands with the teacher every morning, Friday imtaq at MI and reading juz amma at the beginning of every month at SD.Keywords: elementary school, madrasah ibtidaiyah, moral education.

Abstract

This study aims to find the causes of bullying, the principal's policy for minimizing bullying, the types of bullying, and the consequences of bullying at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi. research method using descriptive qualitative research method. The research subjects were school principals, homeroom teachers for grades VIII and IX, and counseling teachers and students in grades VIII and IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi. data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the cause of bullying was peer factors. Types of bullying at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi are verbal bullying, physical bullying, even if only occasionally, and extortion or bullying at school, ranging from Rp. 500 – Rp Rp. 1,000 and in the form of snacks. The impact of bullying at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi is that the victim feels embarrassed, often cries in class, and becomes a quieter child. Meanwhile, the perpetrators were given points for violations and ordered to clean the classrooms, bathrooms, and mosques. If the perpetrator continues to bully again, the parents will be summoned to school, but so far there has never been a summons from a student's guardian to school because of bullying. The school principal's policy in minimizing bullying at Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi Middle School is in the form of: (1) making a Decree (SK) on "Manners and Orders of School Social Life for Students", (2) making media posters, (3) working with the police to socialize about bullying, (4) giving lectures after Duha prayers and giving direct advice to students before learning, (5) emphasizing the teachers of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi to approach and provide good examples to their students.
