Abstract

Pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan untuk berlangsungnya pendidikan sehingga sesuai dengan satandar kualitas pendidikan nasional. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan sebagai baseline perencanaan pengelolaan pendidikan di Kabupaten Blora. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey yang mengambil sampel yang refresentatif di seluruh kecamatan se Kabupaten Blora yang di konsentrasikan di empat wilayah yaitu wilayah Ngawen, Randublatung, Blora, dan Cepu, dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Simpulan dari kajian ini adalah: (a) Pembiyaan pendidikan masih bertumpu pada pembiayaan dari pemerintah pusat dan provinsi, di samping itu juga dukungan pembiayan pendidikan dari dunia usaha dan industri serta perusahaan asing masih relatif rendah, (b) ketepatan waktu pencairan dinilai tidak sesuai dengan kalender pendidikan; (c) kebutuhan tertinggi pembiayaan pendidikan adalah untuk sarana prasarana dan program kurikulum, serta secara khusus untuk pengembangan keterampilan/vokasi pada bagi SMK, (d) pemenuhan pembiayaan untuk mencapai standar pembiayaan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Rekomendasi (a) perlu ada upaya peningkatan komitmen pemerintah daerah dalam pembiayaan pendidikan sehingga mendukung semua satuan pendidikan mencapai Standar Nasional, (b) waktu pencairan biaya pendidikan perlu tepat waktu sesuai dengan kalender penidikan, (c) Perlu peningkatan dukungan dari DU/I dan perusahaan asing, (e) pembiayaan untuk sarana dan prasarana perlu diprioritaskan.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Alhuda Jumo Kab. Grobogan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Alhuda Jumo Kab. Grobogan yang berjumlah 103 orang. Adapun sampelnya diambil seluruh anggota populasi dengan metode sensus. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 17.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa semakin baik kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi. Demikian pula hasil pengujian hipotesis juga menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa semakin baik kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja. Hasil pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi terbukti dapat memediasi hubungan antara kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan kerja, Komitmen organisasi,  Kepuasan kerja AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of compensation and working environment on job satisfaction at taechers in Islamic Education Foundation Alhuda Jumo, Grobogan Regency with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population of this research is all teachers in Jumo Alhuda Islamic Education Foundation, Grobogan Regency as many as 103 people. The sample is taken of all members of the population by census method. Methods of data processing is using SPSS 17.0. Hypothesis testing results show that compensation and working environment have positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so they can be interpreted that the better compensation and work environment, the higher organizational commitment. As well as hypothesis testing results show that compensation, working environment, and organizational commitment have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, so they can be interpreted that the better compensation, work environment, and organizational commitment, the higher job satisfaction. Mediating testing results show that organizational commitment mediate the effect of compensation and working environment on job satisfaction. These prove that the organizational commitment as a mediating variable proved can mediate relationship between compensation and work environment on job satisfaction.  Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to develop the concept of spiritual-based leadership in solving the controversy of empirical research results. This leadership relies more on spiritual intelligence in its leadership activities, and maintains ethical values and divine values. The population is all employees who come from 13 Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil (BMT) in Semarang City. Samples is set at 100 people as respondents. The sample that is feasible to process is 79 samples. While the sampling technique is stratified sampling technique, then each sample is selected using random sampling. Testing of hypothesis is using linear regression analysis method with program SPSS Version 16.0. The results showed that the spiritual-based leadership has positive and significant effect on the em-ployee performance at BMT in Semarang City proved acceptable. This means that spiritual-based leadership can be said to have a role as a predictor in improving employee performance. For the next, The reseach can develope to improve performance by another variable. The vari-able like another leadership style and spiritual motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance through perception of justice and job satisfaction of employees. Sample for the present study consisted of 309 employees working in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) of Central Java. Result of regression analysis indicated that perception of justice was positively and significantly related to job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), whereas job satisfaction was found to be related positively and significantly with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Then, also perception of justice, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) were found to be related positively and significantly with employee performance. Based on these results, it can be interpreted that perception of justice, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) are valuable components of an organization. These components can become important factors to improve employee and organizational performance. Theoretical and practical implications of the result are discussed.

Abstract

In micro economic studies, the discussion is based on individual behavior as economic actors whose task is to determine price levels in the market mechanism process. The market mechanism itself is an interaction between demand from consumers and supply from producers, so that the price formed is a combination of the strengths of each party. This research uses descriptive qualitative research by examining conditions in the field which will then be analyzed based on observation data. Based on the results of the analysis of the rice demand system in traditional markets by considering the factors that influence it and the results of data collection, it can be seen that the demand for rice in Jember Regency is still very high. Abstract

This research aims to determine the concept of fashion trends according to the perspective of Islamic education and its implications for the social behavior of students at the Faculty of Islamic University. The background to this research is the development of fashion trends in Indonesia which follows the flow of modernization, which is also felt by Islamic Education students at the faculty. Using qualitative methods with descriptive analysis, data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, with human instrument techniques for selecting informants. The research results show that the concept of fashion trends from an Islamic education perspective includes an understanding of the intimate parts, fashion models, and the fashion materials used. The implications of this fashion trend for student social behavior include self-awareness, morals, character formation, and personal branding. Motivation for fashion trends from an Islamic education perspective is influenced by the educational environment and self-will based on religious awareness, which has an impact on psychological, sociological and religious aspects.

Abstract

The regulations governing polygamy permits are made to maintain public order while providing legal protection for the rights and responsibilities of each individual in legal relationships. In addition, this regulation also aims to protect human rights as a whole. Therefore, the formal requirements in polygamy are designed so that the legal purposes of a marriage can be properly met. Philosophically, granting polygamy licenses not only helps achieve the goals of marriage, but also serves as a means of education for the public to better understand and obey the applicable law. Often, legal issues related to the creation of a child's birth certificate are the main reason for applying for a polygamy license. Although the application was not fully in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 paragraph 2 of the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974, the panel of judges in some cases still granted permission, considering that the benefits obtained were greater than if they had to comply with strict marriage rules, especially in terms of the legalization of serial marriages and child welfare. This case also shows that religious court judges not only adhere to positive laws in Indonesia, but also consider the laws that live in society, including sharia and fiqh principles.

Abstract

The phenomenon of granting amnesty to Hasto Kristiyanto and abolition to Tom Lembong in 2025 has raised serious public debate, especially regarding the potential politicization of these legal instruments. Writer discusses the practice of granting amnesties and abolitions in corruption crimes in Indonesia, with a focus on analyzing procedural justice and legal proportionality. The research uses a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and philosophical approaches. The results of the study show that the involvement of the Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) in the consideration of amnesty and abolition has the potential to shift the President's prerogative function into a negotiation and  political instrument. This condition can weaken the principle of justice, eliminate the deterrent effect, and damage legal consistency. Therefore, the amnesty and abolition mechanism needs to be reformulation to be in line with the principle of proportional justice and ensure legal certainty.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study was to determine the realization of learning Islamic Education through class X multimedia at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Indragiri Hilir, and the factors that influence it. Methodology: This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 4 teachers of Islamic Religious Education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Indragiri Hilir. The data in this study were collected using observation techniques and documentation. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using the percentage formula. Main Findings: The results of data analysis through observation can be summarized as follows: The realization of Islamic Religious Education learning through multimedia at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Indragiri Hilir, reached 82.5%. The influencing factors are as follows: The work steps carried out by the teacher in the teacher's difficulties in preparing multimedia learning. Teachers find it difficult to reply and read chats from students, which are large in number on one mobile phone (HP). Internet networks are often constrained so that it can complicate online-based learning activities. There are a small number of students who cannot participate in learning activities properly, because their Android cellphone (HP) is not in adequate condition. Novelty/Originality of this study: Based on the research conducted, by conducting this research it is known that the realization of Islamic Religious Education learning through multimedia at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Indragiri Hilir is categorized as good.
