Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance through perception of justice and job satisfaction of employees. Sample for the present study consisted of 309 employees working in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) of Central Java. Result of regression analysis indicated that perception of justice was positively and significantly related to job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), whereas job satisfaction was found to be related positively and significantly with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Then, also perception of justice, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) were found to be related positively and significantly with employee performance. Based on these results, it can be interpreted that perception of justice, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) are valuable components of an organization. These components can become important factors to improve employee and organizational performance. Theoretical and practical implications of the result are discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the concept of spiritual-based leadership in solving the controversy of empirical research results. This leadership relies more on spiritual intelligence in its leadership activities, and maintains ethical values and divine values. The population is all employees who come from 13 Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil (BMT) in Semarang City. Samples is set at 100 people as respondents. The sample that is feasible to process is 79 samples. While the sampling technique is stratified sampling technique, then each sample is selected using random sampling. Testing of hypothesis is using linear regression analysis method with program SPSS Version 16.0. The results showed that the spiritual-based leadership has positive and significant effect on the em-ployee performance at BMT in Semarang City proved acceptable. This means that spiritual-based leadership can be said to have a role as a predictor in improving employee performance. For the next, The reseach can develope to improve performance by another variable. The vari-able like another leadership style and spiritual motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality berbantuan Unity 3D materi bangun ruang sisi datar yaitu kubus dan balok kelas V SDN 11 Rantau Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari Analysis, Design, Development, Implemantation, dan Evaluation. Tahapan Analysis yaitu analisis kebutuhan, analisis peserta didik, dan analisis materi. Tahapan Design yaitu mendesain media menggunakan aplikasi Unity 3D. Tahapan Development yaitu mengembangkan media dan melakukan validasi kepada validator materi dan media. Tahapan Implementation yaitu melakukan uji coba media untuk mendapatkan nilai kepraktisan dan keefektifan media. Tahapan Evaluation yaitu melakukan uji media dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, angket, dan tes. Hasil dari penilaian validator media, materi, dan praktikalitas diperoleh 89%, 92%, dan 94% dengan kualifikasi sangat layak dan sangat praktis. Berdasarkan perhitungan ketuntasan kelas diperoleh persentase keefektifan media pembelajaran yaitu sebesar 85% dan keefektifan media berdasarkan perhitungan N Gain diperoleh 66% dikategorikan efektif. Disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran Matematika berbasis Augmented Reality berbantuan Unity 3D layak, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan.

Abstract

The KKN-Collaborative Group #2 004 Kencong Village has a focus on maximizing the village's SDGs on the points of Village Care for the Land Environment and Village Consumption Production Villages that are Environmentally Aware. This is because the KKN 004 Kencong Village group sees the potential for processing wet and organic waste which can be utilized to become zero waste with the theme of environmental sanitation. In line with this goal, we found that there was a scarcity of fertilizer availability and a significant increase in the price of chemical fertilizers, without any reduction in demand. from farmers who do not decrease and tend to increase. It is necessary to make alternative fertilizers that can be made at home, namely by using a composter. This research was conducted using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. PAR is a method of raising public awareness about existing potentials and problems and encouraging community participation or participation in change activities that will be implemented. The implementation stage of the composter work program activities begins with the procurement of materials and tools as well as the assembly of composter tools which are carried out at KKN posts, then socialization and training are carried out aimed at the Kencong Village community, especially village officials, PKK, Posyandu Cadres, and farmers. The presence of the KKN-K 004 student work program in Kencong Village provided ideas and encouraged the community in terms of managing organic waste as well as household waste. So that it is hoped that the Kencong Village community will be able to become a sustainable society.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM pengrajin tenun Sukarara melalui pendampingan terstruktur pada aspek desain produk dan strategi branding yang relevan dengan tuntutan ekonomi kreatif. Program dilaksanakan selama satu bulan dengan melibatkan 15 pengrajin lokal melalui rangkaian workshop desain, pelatihan fotografi produk, serta penyusunan profil digital UMKM. Pendekatan berbasis praktik langsung memungkinkan peserta memahami penerapan konsep desain kontemporer tanpa meninggalkan identitas motif tradisional. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas desain, terutama pada komposisi warna, inovasi bentuk, dan kesesuaian motif dengan preferensi pasar. Pendampingan branding juga menghasilkan perbaikan citra visual, konsistensi identitas merek, dan peningkatan kemampuan promosi melalui platform digital. Secara kuantitatif, penjualan UMKM mitra meningkat rata-rata 18% dalam tiga bulan setelah program berlangsung. Dampak sosial terlihat pada terbentuknya kolaborasi baru antara pengrajin dan desainer muda lokal, yang mendorong keberlanjutan kreativitas dan pelestarian warisan budaya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara seni tradisional dan pendekatan ekonomi kreatif dapat memperkuat daya saing UMKM berbasis kearifan lokal.
