<![CDATA[Parents' attention in educating children in the family environment is very important because the family is the best place to start education, in the family environment learning opportunities can be utilized to develop children's talents. Discipline is obedience and obedience to something that has been agreed upon. Discipline can be trained from an early age through the family's parenting style, in which parents play a bigger role. The method used in this research is a descriptive analysis research method. The research results show that every person who has a different educational background certainly wants their child to be successful and disciplined in the future, therefore every parent provides rules, motivation and encouragement to become an educated and disciplined person because that is important.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the impact of using the TikTok application as a medium for learning Indonesian on increasing student learning motivation. TikTok, as a social media platform that is popular among teenagers, offers various features that can be utilized to create interesting and interactive learning content. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with literature studies accompanied by case studies. The additional technique for collecting this data uses a questionnaire. Data was collected for analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques. The research results show that using TikTok as a learning medium significantly increases students' learning motivation compared to conventional methods. These findings indicate that the integration of social media technology in the learning process can be an effective strategy for increasing student engagement and motivation in learning Indonesian.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the application of the discovery learning model assisted by canva media in increasing student motivation in learning to write personal letters. The research method used was a quantitative – experimental approach with a pre-experimental design in the form of one group pretest-posttest which was tested twice: first before treatment (pretest) and second after treatment (posttest). The sample in this study was 35 class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Parongpong for the 2023/2024 academic year who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that there is an increase in students' motivation in learning to write personal letters by applying the discovery learning model assisted by Canva media, with the average score before treatment being 59.89 and after treatment being 80.00 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the discovery learning model assisted by Canva media is effective in increasing student motivation in learning to write personal letters.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to 1) find out and classify the context of the discourse on the Cerpen Gubrak! by Seno Gumira Ajidarma, 2) classification of submissions to each type, and 3) describe the mandate/massage of the meaning contained in the short story on students’ character education. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods and data analysis techniques using literature study techniques, and data collection is by searching library sources (cerpen) from the internet, then reading and recording for data analysis purposes, then analysing research data. The results of the research on the Cerpen Gubrak! by Seno Gumira Ajidarma have implicit meanings so that researchers find meaning and respect that we can learn for everyday life as a form of appreciation and experience for both researchers and readers. Based on the results of the study, the researchers classified the analytical data found to each element and described the meaning contained in the context of the discourse. The results of the follow-up analysis data based on the above data are 2 locations, 3 illusions, and 5 perlocations.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the types of conversational implicatures found in the novel Oriana's Wedding Diary by Ayana Kamila, as well as their implementation in Indonesian language learning in high school. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The subject of this research is the novel Oriana's Wedding Diary by Ayana Kamila. Data collection techniques in this research used note-reading and literature study techniques. The results of this research were that several types of conversational implicatures were found in the novel, including: 1) General conversational implicatures, 6 data were found containing general conversational implications in the novel. 2) Specific conversational implicatures, 4 data were found containing general conversational implications in the novel. 3) Scale conversational implicatures, 3 data were found containing general conversational implications in the novel. The results of this conversational implicature research can also be implemented in high school in several materials, such as anecdote text material, fiction and non-fiction book material, and finally in historical story (novel) text material. In learning materials there are often sentences that can be interpreted in various ways. By understanding implicature, it is hoped that it can reduce confusion in interpreting the meaning that students have regarding these sentences.]]>

<![CDATA[The ability to write news texts for class VIII middle school students is still low. This problem was discovered based on observations when researchers talked to students at class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Ngamprah, they did not understand the steps that had to be taken when writing news. In the learning process, teachers still use the lecture method, this makes students less active and tend to be passive when the teaching and learning process is taking place between the teacher and students. The learning model that can be a solution to this problem is the Group Investigation model assisted by broadcasts as a learning medium. The aim of this research is to determine students' responses to the application of the Group Investigation learning model assisted by podcasts in news text writing activities. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results show an average of 63.83% included in the "Good" category.]]>

<![CDATA[Short stories are part of a literary genre that describes the environment. One of the important things in short stories is how the author's events and thoughts can be expressed well so that they can be understood and enjoyed well by readers. To find information contained in short stories in more depth, research can be done in the form of analysis. The aim of this research is to examine the content of the short story entitled "Penthouse 2601" by Djenar Maesa Ayu using a literary sociology approach. In literary sociology, literary works are considered as a reflection of society's life which cannot be separated from consideration of fictional elements and social aspects of society's life. <![CDATA[This research aims to describe the stylistic studies contained in the poem "Aku" by Chairil Anwar, as well as its implementation in student character education. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with stylistic studies. The results of the analysis show that through this approach, the poem "Aku" by Chairil Anwar is considered an effective tool for developing student character. The implementation of holistic and contextual character education can help students understand the beauty of literary works in Indonesia and internalize the important values contained in poetry, then apply them in everyday life.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the use of YouTube audio-visual media in improving the ability to write news for Indonesian language learning. Factor This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using YouTube audio-visual media in improving students' ability to write news and find out the challenges and obstacles in using YouTube audio-visual media. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach to collect data and information through the library study method. The results of this study show that the use of YouTube audio-visual media in learning Indonesian has great potential to improve students' news writing skills. The effectiveness of using YouTube as a learning tool can be seen from various aspects, including student involvement, increased understanding of concepts, and practical skills in writing news.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the factors that cause learning boredom in class VIII middle school students in Indonesian language subjects and the efforts that teachers must make to overcome student learning boredom. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collected through observation and interviews. The research techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of research on the factors that cause student learning boredom are the method of delivering material that is too monotonous, Indonesian language subjects that are less popular, tight class hours and heavy learning evaluations. Meanwhile, efforts that must be made by teachers are using varied learning methods, doing ice breaking, approach to students, a fun learning atmosphere, and occasionally learning outside the classroom.]]>
