Abstract

 The world of education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is developing dynamically. This is a challenge for the education sector to produce critical, creative, innovative, communicative human resources who can collaborate, collaborate, and be confident. Therefore, education must be able to answer these challenges. ICT-based learning (Information Communication Technology) is a medium or learning aid that can be used in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. One of ICT-based learning through e-learning scorative, namely active learning media that involves students directly through applications by utilizing the ADDIE system. E-learning socrative that can be used in practical learning. In this study specifically used in language learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the differences before and after the application of e-learning socialization in language learning and the learning process. The study was conducted at IKIP Siliwangi with a sample of 25 students of the Indonesian language study program. The research method uses a quasi-experimental type one group pretest-posttest design with data collection techniques through tests and observations. The results showed that the language learning process was effective and enthusiastic. The results of the average test stated there were differences before and after the application of e-learning system in language learning with an average initial test score of 55.04 and final test 62.48.

Abstract

Implementasi Pemanfaatan Latihan Terbimbing dan Pembelajaran Menulis Naskah Drama Berbasis Ekologi DAS Citarum. Daerah aliran sungai (DAS) Citarum menjadi salah satu perangkat utama dalam proses pembelajaran dengan tujuan untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat terhadap upaya pemeliharaan kualitas lingkungan yang berada di DAS Citarum. Proses upaya penyadaran dilakukan dengan berbagai pendekatan yang saling berkaitan terutama dalam membentuk karakter utama masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan ekologi DAS Citarum secara bijaksana dan produktif. Pembelajaran bahasa melalui drama, diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menunjang pembelajaran terhadap masyarakat, dengan metode  yang tidak  terlalu  kaku,  namun  efektif.  Drama sebagai  salah  satu  bentuk  sastra populer diharapkan dapat membangun kesadaran masyarakat dengan komunikasi yang lebih menarik.  Pelatihan  terbimbing merupakan  metode pendidikan  sastra  yang lebih  fleksibel terhadap   kualitas   pembelajaran   bahasa   dan   sastra.   Landasan   utama   dalam   program pengabdian adalah hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh A. Permana dan R. Hidayat (2018) yang berkaitan dengan latihan terbimbing dan pembelajaran menulis naskah drama. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan program pelatihan terbimbing dan demonstrasi drama dengan memanfaatkan ekologi DAS Citarum

Abstract

Poetry is an expression of the soul through anesthetic words. Poetry can also be interpreted as the oldest literary work that has the beauty of the words used in each verse. Poetry has two main structures of builders, namely: inner structure and physical structure. Besides that, in a poem, there are several markers, both in the form of meanings that need to be translated by the reader and linguistic markers that do not require reinterpretation. Field of study that studies and examines markers, symbols, and signal in a field of study, called semiotics. Semiotic is a scientific study that studies the signs that exist in a literary work. Understanding of semiotics needs to be done by literary activists because a poem must contain a marker as an aesthetic literary work. The study of poetry through the realm of semiotics becomes more interesting because how to study discusses how studying a poem by enjoying its markers. From that marker, poetry is built into an authentic work and has the beauty of the language contained in it. Semiotics has an important role in building a poem can provide a picture and understanding to the reader. Hence from that semiotic is very important to be studied and understood, because language and semiotics cannot be released.

Abstract

In writing poetry each author has a style of language or technique that is his trademark. Some are accustomed to regular rhyme patterns, some are using rhetorical language styles. On this occasion the researcher wanted to find out what language style was used by Wira Nagara, in his poem entitled "Arrhythmia". So from that the researchers agreed to use structuralism-semiotic analysis research methods. From the data that has been analyzed this study obtained several conclusions. The style of language used in the poem "Artimia" is the style of the language antithesis, personification, alliteration, aconance and hyperbole. Of the total there are 22 language styles, consisting of 9 personifications, 2 antithesis, 6 alliterations, 4 asonances, and 1 hyperbole.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementatiom of onomatope techniques on writing poetry in class of X MA Tanjungjaya. This research is done by taking the object of 27 students. The influence factor applied is onomatope techniques on poetry writing. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis using pretest and postest. Criteria used as a judgement include themes, diction, majas, images, and mandate.Constraints faced by students, among other, themes that are not in accordance with the contents of poetry, students have not been able to use diction, students have not been able to apply majas and images, and students are still not able to discribe the mandate in writing poetry. Based preliminary and final test results can be seen on average student scores on the initial test, that is 55. While the average student scores on the final test, that is 70. The result of the study can bee concluded that the ability in class af X MA Tanjungjaya in writing poetry exparienced an increasein in the number of imsges and majas contained in the poetry, although there are still some students who have not maximized in the use of majas and images.

Abstract

Indonesian Language learning, especially in writing skills tends to be difficult for students, writing is considered a boring thing especially if the idea or vocabulary is very minimal, so to write text students also become confused in looking for a vocabulary or moreover ideas that must be written in the text. The difficulties of students in writing a text, moreover the explanatory text in learning Indonesian Language learned in class XI is the subject of research problems, because the results of writing explanatory texts in class XI Light Vehicle Engineering are still minimal, with the existence of the problem the researchers conduct research with the aim of increasing the ability of students to write explanatory texts, this study uses quantitative research on design One-Group pretest-posttest Design methods using picture and picture learning methods, using the method the ability of students to write explanatory texts has improved, based on initial tests and final tests that experience value change.

Abstract

Lack of student learning outcomes and student understanding of the material that has been delivered by the teacher is influenced by the inactivity of students when the learning process takes place, activeness of students can have a positive impact on memory, students always write a text that does not pay attention to elements, structures and some that do not the meaning of the description text itself because of a lack of understanding of the material before they practice writing. Teachers must be good at choosing a model or method that will be used when learning takes place, one of which is the Snowball Throwing learning model. This research was conducted to find out 1) whether there was a positive effect that resulted from the Snowball Throwing method. 2) how students respond after the Snowball Throwing model is applied to learning. 3) how much increase in learning outcomes and student activity after the Snowball Throwing model is applied. This study uses a qualitative approach, data obtained from the results of the pretest and posttest with interview, observation, and test techniques. The results of this study are Snowball Throwing learning models can improve material understanding and activeness of students in the class, with a very good response and have a positive influence on students.

Abstract

The brain is a hard instrument that is attached to a person. Therefore, the source of human intelligence comes from the working system of the brain. Brain performance is suitable for use in brain-friendly learning activities with a high artistic level. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to determine student responses to the study of poetry text learning using a neuroscience approach through the Think Talk Write method in the digitalization era. This research uses descriptive type in the form of case study research. In analyzing sources or data, applying observation techniques that are guided by student responses during learning activities, as well as student results by the rules, namely choosing the right diction, using figurative language, distinctive image power, containing meaning, alignment of title and content. The results of the study prove that students become more active and can understand theoretically and empirically in learning to write texts first supported by LKPD which can stimulate students in arguing.
