<![CDATA[Artikel ini membahas hasil observasi pengimplementasian model project based learning (PjBL) pada mata kuliah menulis bahan ajar di sebuah Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif untuk menggambarkan hasil pengamatan observer. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar observasi langkah-langkah penerapan PjBL dan RPS yang telah disusun oleh dosen model. Pengamatan dilakukan selama proses pembelajaran mulai dari pembukaan sampai evaluasi selama empat pertemuan. Sasaran penelitian ini, mahasiswa regular semester ganjil yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah menulis bahan ajar sebanyak 35 orang. Hasil observasi menunjukkan peningkatan proses pemebelajaran menulis bahan ajar mahasiswa pertemuan ke-1 adalah ketercapaian keseluruhan kegiatan mencapai 92% untuk penilaian dari observer 1 dan 85% untuk penilaian dari observer 2. Temuan-temuan dalam pertemuan ke-2 adalah ketercapaian keseluruhan kegiatan mencapai 92% untuk penilaian dari observer 1 dan 90% untuk penilaian dari observer 2. Sementara pada pertemuan ke-3, ketercapaian keseluruhan kegiatan mencapai 96% untuk penilaian dari observer 1 dan 94% untuk penilaian dari observer 2. <![CDATA[ABSTRAKPada dasarnya kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru dalam membuat soal berbasis HOTS. Hal ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan/workshop kepada guru-guru Bahasa Indonesia tingkat SMP di wilayah Kabupaten Subang untuk membuat soal yang berbasis HOTS. Adapun tujuan jangka panjang yang diharapkan agar siswa dapat terbiasa mengisi soal-soal berbasis HOTS karena soal HOTS ini bukan hanya akan diberlakukan di tingkat sekolah dasar sampai menengah, melainkan pada tes seleksi masuk perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dalam waktu kurang lebih 5 bulan. Metode yang dipakai dalam menganalisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini akan dibuat artikel dan diterbitkan pada jurnal pengabdian yang ber-ISSN terindeks google scholar. Hasil dari pengabdian ini guru-guru dapat menyusun soal berbasis HOTS secara berkelompok, meskipun ada beberapa guru yang belum mampu menyusun soal berbasis HOTS secara cepat karena itu perlu pelatihan yang berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: soal bahasa Indonesia, berpikir kritis, dan HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) ABSTRACTBasically this service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers to ask questions based on HOTS. This was done in the form of training/workshops for Indonesian Language teachers at the junior high school level in the Subang Regency area to create HOTS-based questions. Long-term goals are expected so that students can get used to filling in HOTS-based questions because these HOTS questions will not only be applied at the elementary to secondary level but on college entrance selection tests. This dedication activity includes the preparation, implementation, and evaluation in less than 5 months. The method used in analyzing data is descriptive qualitative. The results of this dedication activity will be made articles and published in a journal dedicated to ISSN indexed by Google Scholar. The results of this dedication teachers can arrange HOTS-based questions in groups, although there are some teachers who have not been able to compile HOTS-based questions quickly because they require ongoing training.Keywords: about Indonesian, critical thinking, and HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills)]]>

<![CDATA[Implementasi Pemanfaatan Latihan Terbimbing dan Pembelajaran Menulis Naskah Drama Berbasis Ekologi DAS Citarum. Daerah aliran sungai (DAS) Citarum menjadi salah satu perangkat utama dalam proses pembelajaran dengan tujuan untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat terhadap upaya pemeliharaan kualitas lingkungan yang berada di DAS Citarum. Proses upaya penyadaran dilakukan dengan berbagai pendekatan yang saling berkaitan terutama dalam membentuk karakter utama masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan ekologi DAS Citarum secara bijaksana dan produktif. Pembelajaran bahasa melalui drama, diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menunjang pembelajaran terhadap masyarakat, dengan metode yang tidak terlalu kaku, namun efektif. Drama sebagai salah satu bentuk sastra populer diharapkan dapat membangun kesadaran masyarakat dengan komunikasi yang lebih menarik. Pelatihan terbimbing merupakan metode pendidikan sastra yang lebih fleksibel terhadap kualitas pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra. <![CDATA[This research is based on the research curiosity about speech acts and speech events that occur in interactions with traders and buyers in vegetable shops. From the background of the research, a problem statement can be drawn, namely how do speech acts and speech events occur at the interaction of traders and buyers at the vegetable shop? This study intends to find out the speech acts and speech events that occur in the interaction of traders and buyers in the vegetable shop. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the object of the research is the interaction of vegetable traders and buyers in a shop near residential areas of residents. The subjects of this study are speech acts and speech events that occur in the interaction of traders and buyers. The results of this study show conclusions, namely the variety of uses of language variations in the form of speech acts and speech events conducted by traders and buyers when interacting.]]>

<![CDATA[Poetry is an imaginative literary work, which analogizes meaning with other expressions so that the meaning contained in poetry is hidden behind aesthetic and fictional words that not everyone understands the direction and purpose of the poem delivered. Poetry is not easily understood by the reader at a glance because the language is broad and the meaning is difficult to interpret, therefore a reader must have the knowledge in studying poetry literary works in order to understand the meaning conveyed from the poem. The poem "Rahasia Hujan" by Heri Isnaini is formed from a unique and simple language order but has a broad meaning and makes readers interested in his work. The unique and beautiful language is an attraction and makes Heri Insaini's poetry into research material. The purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning in the poem entitled "rahasia hujan" by Heri Isnaini and convey the contents in detail of the poem so that the reader can know the meaning conveyed through this research. This research is also useful for readers to further develop literary works in the form of poetry. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method that examines the contents of the meaning of the poem "Rahasia Hujan". In addition poetry in this study was dissected using a mimetic approach. Mimetic is an approach in literary criticism about imitation or fiction of real life.]]>

<![CDATA[The style of language in a poem is one of the most important elements. The right style of language used in poetry with a certain theme will make the poetic value of a poem dominant. In this study, the researcher will examine the style of language used by Sapardi Djoko Damono in his poem entitled "Hujan Bulan Juni". Although the poem can be said to be short, the language style in this poem is very dense. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method so that the results of the analysis were descriptive. The results of the analysis on the poem " Hujan Bulan Juni" found a total of 3 language styles. The first language style is Repetition, Pesonification, and Metaphor. From the results of the style analysis, it can be concluded that the atmosphere contained in the poem is an atmosphere of emotion. ]]>

<![CDATA[Short story writing is one of the skills that must be mastered by students especially class XI. Apparently, writing has not become a cultural activity so the role of teachers is very important in improving it. This study aims to (1) to find out the activities of teachers and students in short story learning using Think Talk Write method (2) to see the significant difference after being given treatment with Think Talk Write method. The method used in this research is an experimental method. Samples used are students of class XI SMK BIB Ngamprah. (1) seen from the activity of teacher and student that can be done 86 and 87,5 which mean very good (2) result of research indicate that result of calculation of Mann-with test 0.000, hence significance value ≤ 0,05 can be concluded that there a significant influence.]]>

<![CDATA[Researchers found problems in learning exposition text students still have difficulty in expressing ideas in the implementation of exposition text writing learning. Researchers use the mind mapping method as a way to provide stimulation to students in developing ideas or developing. The purpose of this research study is to study the differences and implementation of learning in students by using conventional methods and mind mapping methods in learning to write exposition text. The method used in this research is experimental type with the design used by One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. With the object of class X-MIA students who can be competed as many as 30 people. After spending is carried out using conventional methods and mind mapping methods in students in learning to write exposition text, then an assessment of the results obtained by the average score obtained. It can be seen from the results of the acquisition of pretest scores using the conventional method of 61.20 and an increase in the acquisition of posttest scores using the mind mapping method of 75.60 and an increase in the passing grade of students who exceeded the KKM which was originally only 7 people after being given treatment to 21 people.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to (1) discuss the results of characterization analysis in Fadillah figures in an analytical novel titled “Impramine”, and (2) describe the characterization of Fadillah dramatically. Nova Riyanti Yusuf’s work novels will be analyzed qualitatively. As for the research steps include: (1) reading the novel “Impramine”, (2) analyzing the characterization of the Fadillah figures in the novel, (3) describing the characterization of the character analytically and dramatically. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that Nova Riyanti Yusuf created the characterization of Fadillah with analytical and dramatic figures depicting techniques.]]>
