Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of a Complete Systematic Land Registration program (PTSL) in the economy of the Deli Serdang Regency of North Sumatra Province. The study sample consisted of 100 respondents who attended the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The data collection methods used were Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation. The research method used is Quantitative with Z Test data analysis which is looking at income before and after the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL). The results showed that the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) was able to open up opportunities for the community to obtain loans for venture capital. This indicated that there was an increase in business capital before and after the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) in Deli Regency National Land Agency Serdang. The results of the analysis and discussion that have been conducted show a significant increase in income through the Complete Systematic Land Registration program which also affects the regional economy in Deli Serdang.

Abstract

The result of the research showed that Marindal I village fell under self-supporting village. The determinant factors of village typology indicated that Marindal I village tended to have the characteristic of urban life, viewed from the population density of 2.692 person per square kilometer. 98.59 % of the people’s livelihood at Marindal I village was non –agrarian. Education at Marindal I village made it a self-supporting village or developing village because 92,49 % of its people were SD (Elementary School)graduates. Custom at Marindal I village was no strict, were only three adat ceremonies. In village equipment and infrastructure, Marindal I village was in (3,11 %). The people’s social life at this village was not very good, and it seemed that it lacked of sense of togetherness. Netherless the deveolpment pattern of Marindal I village as the hinterland tended to be progressive

Abstract

The theory used in the motivation variable is Herzberg's Motivation Theory in which motivation is divided into two, namely intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, then Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory. One of the data collection techniques used in this research is through questionnaires and literature review of the object under study. From the results of hypothesis testing with a simple correlation (bivariate) that has been done, it shows that: There is a strong and real positive relationship between Employee Work Motivation (X) and Work Productivity (Y). This shows that the higher the level of work motivation, the better the performance will be. The partial correlation hypothesis testing shows that: There is a positive and real relationship between Work Motivation (X) and Work Productivity (Y), which indicates that the higher the level of Work Motivation, the better the productivity. The correlation value between X and Y is 0.714, indicating that there is a close relationship between Work Motivation and Work Productivity. Hypothesis testing to see the relationship between the level of motivation and productivity is tested simultaneously. The test results show that there is a close and real relationship between the level of work motivation and work productivity, which is equal to 0.714

Abstract

In principle, motor vehicle tax plays a role in providing PAD for the North Sumatra Provincial Government. In this connection, the tax target must be increased every year and contribute to development in North Sumatra. To optimize the potential for motor vehicle tax revenue, it is necessary to know the factorsin increasing motor vehicle tax revenue at the UPT PPD (Technical Implementation Unit for Regional Revenue Management). ThereforeThe formulation of the problem in this study is as follows: "What factors influence itincrease in motor vehicle tax revenue at UPT PPD (Technical Implementation Unit for Regional Revenue Management) Pematang Siantar based onThe policy implementation approach is based on the formulation of the Van Meter and Van Horn models called A Model of the Policy Implementation. In this study the authors used a descriptive method with a research focus, namely the Analysis of Factors - Factors for Increasing Motor Vehicle Tax Revenues at UPT PPD (Technical Implementation Unit for Regional Income Management) Pematang Siantar ". The research site is an area whose location is used to obtain the data required for this research activity. The research results show thatMotor Vehicle Tax revenue factors, such as culture, communication, information, good cooperation with personnel and the use of renewable technology and so on, greatly affect the increase in Motor Vehicle Tax revenue at UPT Samsat Pematang Siantar.

Abstract

Kantor Pos merupakan organisasi pemerintah yang memfasilitasi masyarakat dengan sarana komunikasi yaitu surat dan jasa pengiriman barang. Peran Kantor Pos dalam era digital dan penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional di Kantor Pos Kisaran. Kantor Pos awalnya melayani surat dan pengiriman barang, tetapi sekarang telah berkembang untuk menyediakan layanan seperti Western Union dan pembayaran tagihan listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional oleh eksekutif manajer di Kantor Pos Kisaran dan dampak transformasi digital pada efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling dan melibatkan tiga informan sebagai sumber informasi. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan informan, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari tinjauan pustaka, observasi, dan dokumen lapangan. Analisis data dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sampai data terkumpul sepenuhnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Eksekutif manajer di Kantor Pos Kisaran tidak sepenuhnya menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional, melainkan menggunakan campuran gaya kepemimpinan. (2) Penerapan transformasi digital di Kantor Pos Kisaran berjalan dengan baik namun memiliki beberapa kekurangan. Dalam kesimpulan, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa Kantor Pos Kisaran belum sepenuhnya menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional dan masih ada ruang untuk meningkatkan penerapan transformasi digital demi meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) adalah faktor penting dalam menentukan kesuksesan perusahaan karena keberhasilan perusahaan bergantung pada kualitas SDM yang dimilikinya. Tanpa SDM yang berkualitas, perusahaan akan kesulitan mencapai tujuannya. Kualitas SDM yang baik dan optimal akan berdampak langsung pada kesuksesan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pengganti upah, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja anggota di CU Sondang Nauli Kabanjahe. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 45 anggota CU Sondang Nauli Kabanjahe dan teknik total sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel. Pengujian data dilaksanakan dengan beberapa uji. Hasil membuktikan jika pengganti upah, disiplin kerja, dan lokasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan berdampak besar secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja anggota. Koefisien determinasi (R) sebesar 0,565 menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh sebesar 56,5% terhadap produktivitas kerja anggota, menunjukkan pengaruh yang kuat. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,270 mengindikasikan bahwa pengganti upah, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja dapat menjelaskan 27% variasi dalam produktivitas kerja anggota, sedangkan ada kriteria lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini memengaruhi sisanya

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efek kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Mitra Agung Sawita Sejati. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 76 pegawai sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data primer yang diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner secara langsung, serta data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari data perusahaan, buku, dan jurnal terkait. Metode analisis data yang digunakan mencakup uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan uji determinasi. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja secara bersama-sama berefek signifikan terhadap OCB dengan nilai R sebesar 0,811 dan nilai R Square sebesar 0,657 atau 65,7%. Artinya, variabel bebas, yaitu kepuasan kerja (X1) dan loyalitas kerja (X2), secara kolektif dapat menjelaskan variabel terikat, yakni OCB (Y), sebesar 65,7%, sementara sisanya 34,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The Post Office is a government organization that facilitates the public with communication tools such as mail and parcel delivery services. The role of the Post Office in the digital era and the implementation of transformational leadership at the Kisaran Post Office. The Post Office originally served mail and parcel delivery, but it has now expanded to provide services such as Western Union and utility bill payments. This research aims to understand the implementation of transformational leadership by executive managers at the Kisaran Post Office and the impact of digital transformation on organizational effectiveness. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling techniques and involves three informants as a source of information. Primary data is obtained through structured interviews with informants, while secondary data comes from literature reviews, observations, and field documents. Data analysis is conducted continuously until the data is fully collected. The research results show that: (1) Executive managers at the Kisaran Post Office do not fully implement transformational leadership but use a combination of leadership styles. (2) The implementation of digital transformation at the Kisaran Post Office is going well but has some shortcomings. In conclusion, this research identifies that the Kisaran Post Office has not fully implemented transformational leadership, and there is still room to improve the implementation of digital transformation to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Job Stress and Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal. The influence of Job Stress and Job Insecurity will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on Turnover Intention. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal, totaling 179 people, with a sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 65. The results of the research show that Job stress and Job insecurity have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on Turnover Intention at PT Pelindo Multiterminal. The coefficient of determination test shows that There is a close relationship between Job Stress and Job Insecurity with an R value of 0.633.
