Abstract

Penerapan keilmuan sistem pakar dalam memprediksi diagnosis pada penyakit tanaman anggur dengan menerapkan metode certainty factor berbasis mobile android. Diharapkan sistem tersebut memberikan hasil analisa kemungkinan hama penyakit yang terdapat khususnya tanaman anggur, untuk menentukan persentase keyakinan, serta solusi pengobatan berdasarkan fakta-fakta dan nilai keyakinan yang diberikan oleh pengguna dalam menjawab pertanyaan selama sesi konsultasi ketika menggunakan sistem ini. Implementasi sistem ini digunakan untuk mengevaluasi proses akuisisi pengetahuan dalam membangun teknologi pertanian basis pengetahuan sistem aplikasi software.

Abstract

Meat preservation with natural material use the combination method of lettuce leaf(Lactuca sativa) ensiling and kepayang seed (Pangium edule Reinw) fermentation is an easy, cheap,safely, and efficient preservation method that also could maintain the meat lipid contents. Thispreservation was done in order to prevent the meat from spoilage caused by bacteria. Preservedmeat at the end of storage time could be spoilage caused of contaminant bacteria that can decreasethe meat quality. This research was done to: (1) analyze the lipid hydrolysis ability of some lipolyticbacteria in preserved meat in a qualitative and quantitative manner; (2) analyze the decrease of thelipid content in preserved meat that were stored during 0, 7, 14, and 21 days. The lipid hydrolysisability of six bacteria species isolated from preserved meat were analyzed in qualitative manner byinoculate on Nutrient Agar added with meat oil and incubated in 370C during 1x24 hour. The lipidhydrolysis ability of lipolytic bacteria species were analyzed in quantitative manner by analyze thelipid content on preserved meat that were stored during 0, 7, 14, and 21 days use the nutrient brothmedium added with the meat oil. The research result shows that: (1) the six bacteria species isolatedfrom preserved meat were lipolytic bacteria; (2) Citrobacter freundii have the highest lipolytichydrolysis ability and Klebsiella rhinoscleromatis have the lowest lipolytic hydrolysis ability; (3) thelowest decrease of the lipid content is on the preserved meat that storage in 21 days.Key Words:  Lettuce Leaf Ensiling Fermentation, Kepayang Seed Fermentation, Lipid Hydrolysis, Lipolytic Bacteria

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah berdasarkan Microbiology Learning Management System, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran, memotivasi mahasiswa, dan meningkatkan fleksibilitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini ialah mengunakan penelitian pengembangan (Research & Development) yang dirancang untuk mengembangkan sebuah media interaktif yang dapat digunakan untuk mendorong peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Dalam pengembangan media ini digunakan dua model pengembangan yakni model waterfall dan prototype pfleeger. Dari hasil uji validasi dan uji coba produk diketahui bahwa LMS berbasis moodle yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi standard performa yang dibutuhkan agar moodle bisa berjalan dengan layak sehingga, tidak membuat pengguna bosan karena terlalu lambat atau terlalu banyak fitur-fitur yang tidak diperlukan. Abstract

Agribusiness is one sector which is based on farm business or the other fields that support it. Activity in the agribusiness sector includs any one or all of the chain along production, processing and marketing including poultry farm. This study aims to determine how the layer farmers profile, strategic internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and challenges) affecting farm poultry as well as the development of alternative strategies and what strategies are feasible priority. Respondents were termined using a proportional random sampling of layer farmers in Probolinggo regency. Internal and external factors evaluated by the IFE matrix and EFE matrix. Alternative defined strategy with IE matrix and SWOT matrix, and for the determination of strategic priorities determined by matrix QSPM. The results showed that the internal factors are a major force in the development of poultry farm is a hereditary business and the availability of means of transport. Externally, the main factor being the availability of market opportunities and short distribution and population growth. Factors are the main challenges and the fluctuating price of chicken diseases. Main strategy (grand strategy) for poultry farm agribusiness development is market penetration and product development. Market penetration strategy is a strategy used to increase market share of the product or service through marketing efforts greater. Product development strategy is a strategy that aims to make companies that partnered to increase sales by improving or modifying existing products now. Alternative strategy is to increase market share to achieve the position of market leader through a policy of local governments and related enterprises, control and surveillance of pests or diseases of livestock farm in order to be sustainable, the capital guarantee and optimize field officers, and optimize working capital and increase ability in the development of an efficient agribusiness. Strategic priorities poultry farm agribusiness development is a strategy to achieve increased market share market leader position through policies of local governments and related companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this article was to discusses the application of lecture collaboration as an effort to improve the pedagogical competence of lecturers and teaching practitioners in the Professional Ethics course in the Biology Education Study Program. The research method used is classroom action research, which involves a cycle of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting in order to improve teaching practices. This research was conducted in the context of the Biology Education Study Program, involving lecturers and teaching practitioners as research subjects. The classroom action research cycle consists of the stages of planning lecture collaboration, implementing lecture collaboration, observing the process and results of collaboration, and reflection to formulate subsequent improvements. The results showed that the application of lecture collaboration was effective in improving the pedagogic competence of lecturers and teaching practitioners. Collaboration allows them to share experiences, knowledge, and effective teaching strategies. In the context of Professional Ethics courses, lecture collaboration also increases student involvement and motivation in learning. These findings support the study's hypothesis and are also in line with the related literature on the benefits of collaboration in education. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing lecture collaboration as an effective teaching strategy in improving the pedagogical competence of lecturers and teaching practitioners, especially in the Professional Ethics course in the Biology Education Study Program

Abstract

Penggunaan pupuk nano di dalam penanaman gandum mengatasi beberapa ketidakefisienan dan menjawab tantangan lingkungan terkait dengan konvensional praktik pemupukan. Pupuk tradisional sering kali mengalami efisiensi penggunaan nutrisi yang rendah, yang menyebabkan aplikasi berlebihan, limpasan nutrisi, dan kerusakan lingkungan. Nanofertilizer, karena ukurannya berskala nano dan reaktivitas yang ditingkatkan, meningkatkan penyerapan nutrisi oleh tanaman, yang menghasilkan pertumbuhan yang lebih baik, hasil yang lebih tinggi, dan berkurangnya pemborosan nutrisi. Studi menunjukkan bahwa formulasi nano dari makronutrien (seperti nitrogen, fosfor, dan kalium) dan mikronutrien (seperti seng dan besi) dapat meningkatkan produktivitas gandum secara signifikan. Nanofertilizer tidak hanya meningkatkan hasil panen tetapi juga mengurangi itu biaya keseluruhan pupuk aplikasi oleh meminimalkan hilangnya nutrisi dan meningkatkan penyerapan oleh tanaman.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar merupakan program kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi yang diprakarsai oleh Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Kabinet Indonesia Maju, bertujuan untuk memberikan keleluasaan bagi guru sebagai pendidik untuk memilih, berkreasi. , menggunakan, dan mengembangkan format desain pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhan peserta didiknya, sehingga tercipta pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Tujuan pengembangan media E-comic siswa pada materi Ekosistem adalah untuk meningkatkan minat membaca dan membantu proses pembelajaran baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Pengembangan media pembelajaran E-comic menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Data yang diperoleh merupakan data kuantitatif yang akan ditafsirkan dengan kalimat kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengembangan media pembelajaran E-comic menggunakan aplikasi Canva terdiri dari dua aspek penilaian dari ahli media dan materi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengembangan E-comic menunjukkan “sangat valid” untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran siswa kelas VII. Hal ini terlihat dari persentase validasi ahli media sebesar 95,31%, validasi ahli materi sebesar 89,55%, dan selanjutnya persentase validasi ahli media sebesar 93% menunjukkan kriteria “sangat valid dan layak” sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Purpose: Vegetables have been reported as a mechanical means of transmission of human intestinal parasites. This study aims to determine the relationship between parasites and vegetables sold in Malang City. Method: Two hundred and fifty (250) vegetables were subjected to sedimentation and zinc sulfate flotation techniques for parasite investigations. Results: Of the 250 vegetables examined, 184 (68.15%) were infected. T. occidentalis had the highest prevalence (9.26%), followed by B. oleracea and D. carota with respective values of 8.89% and 8.15%. The highest parasite prevalence was observed in Pasar Besar (78.89%), followed by Mergan Market (72.22%) and Dinoyo Market (53.33%). Pasar Besar has the highest prevalence of D. carota and C. sativum with a prevalence of 11.11 and 10.00%, respectively. Statistically, there were no significant differences in contaminated vegetables (p > 0.05) but significant differences were seen at market locations (p < 0.05). The highest percentage of parasite occurrence was A. lumbricoides with an occurrence percentage of 23.49. The most common parasites in the Big Market are Ascaris lumbricoides (45.56%) and Entamoeba histolytica (30.00%). There was a significant effect (p < 0.05) on parasite prevalence (p = 0.0003; df = 6; F = 11.07) and market location (p = 0.0019; df = 2; F = 11.01 ). Main component analysis shows that the location of the study has a positive effect on the incidence of parasites with the Big Market location of 95.99% of the total variance. Further analysis showed that A. lumbricoides , Trichuris trichura , and hookworm prevalence were strongly correlated with the location of Pasar Besar and Pasar Dinoyo . Conclusion: Given the public health importance of isolated parasites, there is a need to improve environmental sanitation, personal hygiene and surveillance systems in vegetable transportation, storage and display facilities in Malang City in general.

Abstract

This study conducted "C" Block-Farm, Petungsewu Kecamatan WAgir Kabupaten Malang during the period of 2022-2023, explores the impact of biostimulants oon the growth, yield, and quality of tomatoes. The primary objectives include investigating the significant effects of biostimulants and determining the optimal stage for their application, given the current emphasis on sustainable farming practices. THe experimental design employed randomized Blick Design (RBD) with three replications and eight treatments. Results indicate that biostimulant application particularly as a foliar spray, significantly enhances crop growth and stimulates reproductive growth in later stages compared to control plants.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan upaya untuk mengetahui praktik pengelolaan gulma yang tepat untuk pengendalian gulma pada bawang merah, yang secara praktis efektif dan layak secara ekonomi bagi petani. Bawang merah merupakan tanaman yang tumbuh lambat dan berakar dangkal sehingga dapat mengalami kehilangan hasil yang parah akibat persaingan gulma. Daunnya yang sempit, tegak, dan tidak bercabang tidak dapat bersaing dengan baik dengan gulma. Selain itu, musim tanamnya yang panjang, air irigasi yang sering, dan pemberian pupuk memungkinkan terjadinya pembasmian gulma secara berturut-turut. Percobaan dilakukan di lahan petani di Pandanrejo kota Batu sebagai mode 'On Farm Trial' selama dua tahun selama tahun 2022 dan 2023 pada musim Kemarau. Perlakuan terbaik dalam hal keuntungan bersih adalah Opsi Teknologi-III, yang memberikan keuntungan bersih tertinggi hingga Rs 275420 q/ha. Rasio manfaat dan biaya bervariasi secara signifikan antar perlakuan. Rasio manfaat dan biaya tertinggi (2,92) terdapat pada pilihan Teknologi-III yang secara statistik serupa dengan pilihan Teknologi-II (2,66).
