Abstract

Ikatan Mesjid Indonesia (IKMI) Pekanbaru mempunyai kegiatan rutin yaitu penjadwalan Khutbah Jum’at para mubaligh. Pembuatan jadwal tersebut memerlukan waktu yang lama (satu bulan). Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyaknya jumlah mesjid (389 buah) dan mubaligh (401 orang) yang dinaungi oleh IKMI Pekanbaru. Selain itu, penyusunan jadwal juga harus memperhatikan usia, kemampuan dan alamat mubaligh. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini menerapkan Constraint Satisfaction Problem (CSP) pada metode Priority Scheduling (PS) untuk pembuatan jadwal khutbah Jum’at secara otomatis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, teknik yang ditawarkan berhasil membuat jadwal dengan akurasi sebesar 93.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived benefits and brand trust on customer satisfaction of GO-JEK users with a case study of UMSU students. The population is all UMSU students with a sampling technique, namely Accidental Sampling as many as 100 people, and the analysis technique used is quantitative analysis techniques, so the results of the study show that each variable perception of benefits and brand trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of GO-JEK users. UMSU students, namely the perception of benefits with a t value of 2.387 t table 1.984 with a significance of 0.000 0.05 and a brand trust value of 4.035 t table 1.984 with a significance of 0.000 .0.05 and simultaneously, the perceived benefits and brand trust variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of GO-JEK users by UMSU students with a value of Fcount 22,045Ftable 3,090. The perception of benefits and brand trust simultaneously (coefficient of determination) has an effect of 31.2% on customer satisfaction of GO-JEK users by UMSU students, while the remaining 68.8% is influenced by other factors not examined by this study.Keywords: Benefit Perception, Brand Trust and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak  KB suntik 3 bulan adalah kontrasepsi hormonal yang berisi hormone progesterone. KB suntik 3 bulan merupakan metode kontrasepsi non jangka panjang akan tetapi KB suntik 3 bulan menjadi pilihan mayoritas ibu-ibu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor uyang mempengaruhi pemilihan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan di Klinik Ariza Medika Tahun 2022.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling.Cara pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah  Analisa multivariat dengan uji chi square.Hasil analisis uji chi square dengan spss faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan dengan nilai p,0,05 adalah usia (p=0,02) dan parietas (p=0,03). Keempat faktor (usia, Pendidikan, ekonomi dan parietas) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan namun yang paling signifikan adalah usia dan parietas. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan di Klinik Ariza Medika adalah faktor usia dan parietas. Meningkatkan KIE tentang kontrasepsi agar lebih bijak dalam memilih KB sesuai kebutuhan. Kata kunci : KB Suntik 3 bulan, usia, pendidikan, ekonomi, parietas Abstract  3-month injection contraception is a hormonal contraceptive that contains the hormone progesterone. The 3-month injection KB is a non-long-term contraceptive method, but the 3-month injection KB is the choice of the majority of acceptor. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the choice of 3-month injectable contraception at the Ariza Medika Clinic in 2022.This study used a quantitative method with an analytical descriptive design. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Method data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used is multivariate analysis with chi square test. The results of chi square analysis with SPSS. The factors that influence the choice of 3-month injectable contraception with a p value of <0.05 were age (p=0.02) and parity (p=0.03). The four factors (age, education, economy and pariety) together influence the choice of 3-month injectable contraception, but the most significant are age and pariety. The factors that influence the choice of 3-month injectable contraception at the Ariza Medika Clinic are age and pariety. Abstract

Psychological violence against children remains a critical issue that is often overlooked because it does not leave visible physical injuries, yet its long-term consequences can significantly hinder children’s emotional, social, and academic development. Addressing this problem requires not only legal and institutional measures but also preventive efforts at the family and community levels. The Community Service Program (KKN) entitled “Safe Home Supporting Child Development” in Desa Nusawungu was designed as a community-based educational initiative to raise parents’ awareness of the importance of creating an emotionally safe home environment. The program was implemented through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, which integrated structured material presentations, individual reflections using digital forms, and interactive group discussions. This combination allowed participants to gain knowledge, critically reflect on their own parenting practices, and share experiences with peers. The results revealed a notable increase in parents’ awareness of the detrimental effects of psychological violence on children’s well-being, their readiness to adopt positive parenting strategies, and their ability to identify challenges commonly faced in daily child-rearing practices. Moreover, participants expressed enthusiasm for sustaining similar activities in the future, highlighting the importance of continuous learning and the establishment of a parent learning community. The program demonstrated that simple, low-cost, and locally adapted interventions can effectively enhance parenting literacy, reduce the risk of psychological violence, and strengthen the developmental foundation of children during their golden age. These findings suggest that empowering parents through participatory education can serve as a replicable model for other communities facing similar challenges, thus contributing to the broader goal of ensuring children’s rights to grow in a safe and nurturing environment.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the visibility and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nusawungu Village through the creation of business location pins on Google Maps. The background of this initiative lies in the main challenges faced by local entrepreneurs, namely limited access to marketing channels and low digital exposure. Many businesses have been operating for years but remain difficult to find due to the absence of a clear digital identity, particularly on online maps. Therefore, this program focuses on utilizing Google Maps as an effective, low-cost, and accessible promotional medium. The program adopts the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, emphasizing the active involvement of MSME actors in each implementation stage. The process began with mapping and collecting data on existing businesses, followed by classifying them into categories such as culinary, crafts, services, and trade. The next steps included filling in complete addresses, determining accurate coordinates, and uploading business and product photos. Verification of Google Maps profiles was then carried out to ensure that the businesses became officially accessible to the public. Furthermore, participants received guidance on adding supporting information, including operating hours, contact numbers, and social media links. The results demonstrated that all registered MSMEs successfully created active Google Maps profiles with complete information. The outcomes include increased consumer accessibility in locating businesses, recognizing available products or services, and directly contacting owners. This implementation has proven to make a significant contribution to market reach expansion and the strengthening of digital marketing strategies without requiring additional financial costs. These findings align with previous studies affirming the effectiveness of Google Maps as a promotional tool and a means of empowering MSMEs in rural areas. Moreover, this initiative opens opportunities for further development through integration with other digital platforms.

Abstract

Salah satu komoditas pertanian yang dihasilkan di Pragaan Daya adalah siwalan (barassus flabellifer). Para petani siwalan langsung setelah panen, sehingga pada musim siwalan, harga sangat rendah dan para petani menderita kerugian besar. Siwalan juga merupakan salah satu buah yang cepat mengalami kebusukan jika tidak cepat dikonsumsi. Namun, masyarakat desa pragaan daya berhasil mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan membuat salah satu inovasi produk yaitu kripik pentol (Kriptol) Siwalan. Namun, saat ini produk kripik pentol (Kriptol) Siwalan hanya dikenal dari mulut ke mulut. Masyarakat desa Pragaan Daya sebagian besar belum tau bentuk dan rasa kripik pentol (Kriptol) Siwalan secara asli. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini membantu mengenalkan kriptol kepada masyarakat desa Pragaan Daya dengan membantu proses produksi kripik pentol (Kriptol) Siwalan juga membantu melengkapi hal yang berhubungan dengan produk seperti designe kemasan juga melakukan perbaikan agar saat dipasarkan produk ini tidak kalah saing dengan produk lainnya.
