Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to observe the impact of working situation ( X1 ) and working satisfaction ( X2 ) to employe performance ( Y ) of Regional Library Board Sout Sumatera Province..The population of this research is 73 employees of Regional Library Board South Sumatera Propince, Which 40 sample taken using proportional random sampling technique and another 18 sample for instrument sampling. Data collecting instrument using questioner with likert scale from various theory and form it into operation variable, which validity and reliable test taken to define the original of instrument. From inferential statistic analysis, correlation coefficient between working situation ( X 1 ) and employee performance variable ( X2 ) is 0.694, while 0.662 for correlation coefficient between working satisfaction variable ( X2 ) and employee performance variable ( Y ).  Correlation coefficient between working situation variable ( X1 ) and working satisfaction ( X2 ) to employee performance is 0.9844, which show that there is a positive and strong relation. 0.713 determination coefficients means 71.3 % of  X1 and X2 variable form Y variable, result doubling linier regression: Y = 15.570 + 0.303X1 + 0.448X2 + E . On other word, empirically prove that employee performance improvement linier with improvement of working situation and satisfaction, partially or simultaneously. Keywords: working situation, working satisfaction, employe performance

Abstract

The objective of this research is to observe the impact of work environment  and labor discipline  to employe performance  of Pegawai Kecamatan Ilir Timur I Kota Palembang. There are three hypotheses on this research; first, working environment has positive impact to employee performance; second, labor discipline has positive impact to employee performance; third, work environment and labor discipline simultanceously impact positively to employee performance of Pegawai Kecamatan Ilir Timur I Kota Palembang. The population of this research is 78 employees of Regional Library Board South Sumatera Propince. From inferential statistic analysis, correlation coefficient between working environment and employee performance variable is 0.339, while 0.762 for correlation coefficient between labor discipline variable and employee performance variable ( Y ).  Correlation coefficient between work environment variable ( X1 ) and labor discipline ( X2 ) to employee performance is 0.767, which show that there is a positive and strong relation. 0.588 determination coefficients means 58.8 % of  X1 and X2 variable form Y variable, result doubling linier regression: Y = 12.045 + 0.308X1 + 1.070X2 + ESatistic hypothesis analysis found that; first, partially hypothesis using t test form counting t value as 2.219 with signification 0.033< 0.05,   @ = 0,0; Ho denied, means there is a positive ( real ) relation between working situation and employee performance. Second hypothesis ( partially ) 7.247 with signification 0.000<0.05, @ = 0,0 ; Ho denied, means there is positive ( real ) relation between working satisfaction and employee performance. Third hypothesis ( simultaneously ) using F test form 26.409 with signification 0.000< 0.05, 2 = 0,0; Ho denied and H1 expectable, means there is a positive relation between working situation and satisfaction to employee performance. On other word, empirically prove that employee performance improvement linier with improvement of work environment and labor discipline, partially or simultaneously. Keyword : work environment,   labor discipline,  employe performance

Abstract

Humaii Gallery is a clothing rental business for various events. This research was conducted because in Palembang there are many who open businesses similar to Humaii galery. Therefore, appropriate strategies are needed to increase its competitiveness. This research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation, analysis data using data analysis and models developed by Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the analysis using the IFAS-EFAS matrix, TOWS matrix and Cartesian SWOT diagram. The strategy obtained is a strategy that utilizes the strength factor to overcome the threat factor. The implementation is to improve product quality, so that it has different advantages from similar clothing rental businesses. Abstrak Humaii Galery adalah usaha penyewaan pakaian untuk berbagai acara. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena di Palembang banyak yang membuka usaha sejenis Humaii galery. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi-strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, Analisis data yang menggunakan analisis data dan model yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang menggunakan matriks IFAS-EFAS, matriks TOWS dan Diagram Kartesius SWOT. strategi yang di dapat yakni strategi yang yang memanfaatkan faktor kekuatan (Strength) untuk mengatasi faktor ancaman (Threat). Implementasinya adalah meningkatkan kualitas produk, sehingga mempunyai keunggulan yang berbeda dari usaha pneyewaan pakaian yang sejenis.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the application of tax planning through fixed asset revaluation at PT. Palembang International Ark Fleet. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The conclusion from the results of this study shows that the application of tax planning through fixed asset revaluation has an impact on increasing the tax burden that must be paid by companies as corporate taxpayers. When the company pays final income tax on the revaluation of fixed assets, the total tax burden that must be paid by the company increases. This is due to revaluation which is only carried out on fixed assets, namely land whose fixed assets are not depreciable. PT. The Palembang International Ark Fleet needs to consider not only the revaluation of land fixed assets. PT. The Palembang International Ark Fleet can revaluate fixed assets other than depreciable land, such as buildings and infrastructure, furniture and equipment, and vehicles. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan perencanaan pajak melalui revaluasi aset tetap pada PT. Armada Bahtera Internasional Palembang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan perencanaan pajak melalui revaluasi aset tetap berdampak pada peningkatan beban pajak yang harus dibayar oleh perusahaan sebagai wajib pajak badan. Ketika perusahaan membayar pajak penghasilan final atas revaluasi aset tetap, maka jumlah beban pajak yang harus dibayar perusahaan bertambah. Hal ini disebabkan revaluasi yang hanya dilakukan pada aset tetap yaitu tanah yang aset tetapnya tidak dapat disusutkan. PT. Armada Bahtera Internasional Palembang perlu mempertimbangkan tidak hanya revaluasi aset tetap tanah. PT. Armada Bahtera Internasional Palembang dapat melakukan revaluasi aset tetap selain tanah yang dapat disusutkan, seperti gedung dan prasarana, furnitur dan perlengkapan, serta kendaraan.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Career Development, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on the Turnover Intention of PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang employees. The population and sample in this study were 43 people from all employees of PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis which is processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 computer program. The research results show that there is an influence of Career Development, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on the Turnover Intention of PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang employees. With a significant F of 0.000<0.05. Multiple linear regression equation 5.109+0.001X1–0.088X2– 0.032X3 + 0.328X4 + e. There is no influence of career development on employee turnover intention at PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang with a significant value of 0.996>0.05. There is no influence of organizational commitment on employee turnover intention at PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang with a significant value of 0.485 > 0.05. There is no influence of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang with a significant value of 0.781>0.05. There is an influence of work stress on employee turnover intention at PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang with a significant value of 0.002 <0.05. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Pengembangan Karir, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 orang dari seluruh karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program computer Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh Pengembangan Karir, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang. Dengan signifikan F sebesar 0,000<0,05. Persamaan regresi linear berganda 5.109+0,001X1–0,088X2– 0,032X3 + 0,328X4 + e. Tidak terdapat Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir TerhadapTurnover Intention Karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,996>0,05. Tidak Terdapat Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,485 > 0,05. Tidak Terdapat PengaruhKepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,781>0,05. Terdapat Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT Hyunki Abhimata Perkasa Palembang dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002 <0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of education and training as well as work environment on employee performance. The respondents in this research were employees at the Qodratullah Langkan Banyuasin Islamic Boarding School. Based on the Slovin formula, the total sample in this study was 69 respondents. The hypothesis in this research uses multiple regression analysis. The research results in the F test (simultaneous) show that education and training as well as work environment significantly influence employee performance. The results of the t test (partial) show that the work environment significantly influence employee performance. So, it can be concluded that education and training as well as work environment influence employee performance significantly, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the influence of Promotion, Price, and Location on Consumer Satisfaction at Yamaha PT. Thamrin Brothers Babat Toman dealership. The data collection method used is a questionnaire, and the population and sample in this study are 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, reliability test, and validity test using SPSS program. The results of this study show that there is a simultaneous influence of the variables Promotion (X1), Price (X2), and Location (X3), as indicated by the significant value of the F test of 0.001 < 0.05. Partially, the Promotion variable has a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction with a significant value of the t-test of 0.036 < 0.05, the Price variable has a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction with a significant value of the t-test of 0.013 < 0.05, and the Location variable has a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction with a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuam untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi, Harga dan Lokasi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Dealer Yamaha PT. Thamrin Brothers Babat Toman. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji-t, uji-f, koefisisen korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji reliabilitas dan uji validitas menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dari variabel Promosi (X1), Harga (X2) dan Lokasi(X3) yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikan uji F sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 kemudian secara parsial variabel Promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai signifikan uji t sebesar 0,036 < 0,05, variabel Harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai signifkan uji t 0,013< 0,05 dan variabel Lokasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai signifikan 0,004 < 0,05.
