Abstract

Dalam kondisi nyata terkadang ada pasien yang tidak datang setelah membuat janji, ada pasien yang memilih langsung datang tanpa membuat janji, setiap pasien yang memerlukan waktu pelayanan yang berbeda, serta waktu kedatangan pasien yang tidak pasti. Harapannya, penelitian ini dapat membantu pihak Rumah Sakit dalam menyediakan acuan metode perancangan appointment scheduling di masing-masing Rumah Sakit mereka. Parameter yang digunakan adalah rata-rata jumlah pasien terlayani, rata-rata waktu pelayanan pasien lama(baru), standar deviasi waktu pelayanan pasien lama (baru) dan keterlambatan kedatangan pasien lama(baru). dalam mencari target jumlah pasien dengan mempertimbangkan probabilitas walks-in dan no-shows menggunakan metode universal dome rules sedangkan untuk menentukan jadwal appointment menggunakan metode heuristic. Dengan menerapkan jadwal appointment per 20 menit, rata-rata waktu tunggu pasien turun sebesar 23.6 menit dan jumlah pasien yang dapat terlayani lebih banyak 1 orang dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya.

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki banyak toko penjualan buku yang tersebar di Indonesia. PT XYZ berusaha melakukan perbaikan yang berkesinambungan dalam melakukan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan salah satunya adalah antrian di kasir. Sistem dapat diperbaiki dengan cara membuat skenario-skenario yang kemudian dilakukan pemodelan dan simulasi. Kita harus bisa memilih metode pemodelan dan simulasi yang terbaik yang memiliki dampak error terkecil. Memodelkan dan simulasi sistem nyata dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa pendekatan dalam input probability distribution antara lain metode trace driven, metode empris, dan metode teoritis. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pemodelan dan simulasi di antrian kasir di PT XYZ dengan menggunakan ketiga metode pendekatan tersebut. Dari ketiga hasil simulasi didapatkan bahwa semua hasil waiting time dari ketiga metode tidak memiliki perbedaan yang berarti antara data sistem nyata dengan model sistem nyata. Kemudian dari selisih total waiting time, utilisasi, dan jumlah pelanggan yang terlayani metode trace driven adalah metode terbaik.

Abstract

The role of the aircraft maintenance industry as an aircraft maintenance service which is expected to be able to maintain the survival of the aircraft itself. For example, PT GMF Aero Asia is one of the Strategic Business Units (SBU) owned by PT Garuda Indonesia which is specialized in aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services which include aircraft frames, engines, components and their support. In this study, a quantitative assessment of the availability and capability of maintenance facilities was carried out using a preventive maintenance method with a dynamic system model approach that describes the level of availability and maintenance capability of aircraft batteries. Calculations have been made with a computer program, POWERSIM, in actual conditions that in December 2020 the total number of batteries in maintenance was 102 batteries for Airbus types and 80 batteries for Airbus types. With the assumption that starting in 2021 there will be an increase in the number of aircraft by 1 (one) unit per month, then at the end of the study period until July 2021 the calculation of the utility factor will be as follows, the total utility factor for Boeing is still below 1, while for Airbus starting April 2021 the utility factor is above 1. So that the operator's ability to handle Airbus type battery maintenance is not sufficient. For this purpose, an alternative scenario needs to be created, namely scenario 1 by adding one operator per shift and scenario 2 by increasing the operator's workload in handling the number of batteries handled to as many as 6 battery units. The results of the calculation of the utility factor show that in both conditions the scenario gives a value below 1. The best choice in terms of simplicity in handling the number of operators, then the choice of condition scenario 2 is the best choice.

Abstract

Fenomena saat ini adalah 25% angka kemiskinan penduduk Indonesia merupakan para nelayan dan 53% penduduk pesisir pantai hidup di bawah garis kemiskinan. Saat ini pemerintah melakukan stimulus untuk dapat meningkatkan taraf ekonomi para nelayan salah satunya dengan meningkatkan budidaya perikanan untuk ekspor. Berdasarkan data, meskipun demand produk perikanan indonesia diminati di 175 negara di dunia, hanya 3.5% dari seluruh demand dunia yang baru dapat dipenuhi oleh Indonesia. Permasalahan terkait belum terpenuhinya permintaan pasar sebesar 96,5% mengharuskan Indonesia lebih siap baik dari sisi perencanaan maupun strategi yang akan dilakukan. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan melakukan peramalan permintaan. Pada penelitian kali ini  bertujuan untuk melakukan peramalan jumlah produksi Indonesia untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dunia di tahun 2022 dengan metode ARIMA. Dari hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa model terbaik adalah ARIMA (1,0,0) dan SARIMA (12,0,24) dan dilakukan peramalan dari Mei 2022 hingga Oktober 2022.

Abstract

Aircraft have thousands of components that must be maintained to remain functional. Components on aircraft have a high enough price that maintenance is required. The power source on an airplane can be divided into 2 types, namely AC and DC. One source of AC electricity is the Integrated Drive Generator (IDG) which is one of the important components of an aircraft that functions as a generator of electricity. If IDG experiences a problem, it will disrupt aircraft operations. For this purpose, IDG must receive good care with effective services. The processing time for maintenance services takes 42.8 hours for one IDG part unit. This study aims to balance the trajectory. The IDG part maintenance process is carried out by Pro-model simulation. The results of the IDG maintenance simulation are the maintenance time in operation (Average time in Operation) which is 42.61 hours and the IDG parts handled are 11 IDG parts. The results of this simulation scenario can estimate the possible number of IDG parts that will occur annually and can estimate the total service capacity that handles the planned number of incoming entities. The best scenario results when the capacity of 1 service group per unit will result in the number of IDG maintenance services of 11 units per year, by increasing the service capacity to 2 service groups per unit will result in the number of IDG maintenance services of 23 units per year. And by increasing the service capacity to 4 service groups per unit, the number of maintenance services will be 46 units per year.

Abstract

Project-based learning is considered important for developing student character because it provides students with the opportunity to learn through experience (experiential learning). The Project-based Learning (PjBL) model is a learning model that involves students' activeness in solving problems, carried out in groups/independently through scientific stages with certain time limits which are outlined in a product to then be presented to others. Starting from 2022 to 2024, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) provides three curriculum options that can be applied by educational units in learning, namely the 2013 curriculum, emergency curriculum and prototype curriculum. The prototype curriculum has been implemented in 2,500 educational units that are members of the Driving Schools and Center of Excellence Vocational Schools program in 2021. However, starting in 2022, educational units that are not included in driving schools will also be given the option to be able to implement the prototype curriculum. The capstone project is a culmination of the learning process by applying what has been learned in the learning process. Innovation and product development is something that companies rely on to be able to progress and compete in the industrial world. Industrial products will ultimately be produced in a manufacturing system where everything becomes more complex. Insight and knowledge regarding capstone design projects through training to introduce the stages of the product and system development process. Community Service activities have been carried out with vocational school student participants showing enthusiasm and increased knowledge regarding the capstone design project.
