Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menentukan jumlah penjualan dan persediaan yang optimal dengan menghitung peramalan permintaan menggunakan 11 metode, salah satunya adalah Multiplicative Decomposition CMA. Sedangkan metode persediaan yang digunakan adalah Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Economic Order Interva l(EOI), Min-Max System, P Model dan Q Model. Objek penelitian ini adalah Koperasi KDP, koperasi yang menjual belikan Gas LPG 3Kg yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dimana data dikumpulkan, dianalisis, dan diproses sehingga dapat mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi pada Koperasi KDP. Hasil penelitian didapat model persediaan yang paling tepat digunakan adalah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) karena menghasilkan total biaya yang paling kecil jika dibandingkan dengan metode Economic Order Interval, Min Max Inventory, P Model dan Q Model. Kesimpulannya untuk periode selanjutnya sebaiknya menjual sebanyak 51.290 tabung gas untuk elpiji 3kg, sesuai hasil perhitungan peramalan.

Abstract

Research showed that during 1998 to 2006, the minimum inventory needs of national rice is less than the expected inventory needs of national rice. Inventory trend is almost decreasing because of the quantum transmission inventory is beyond over of inventory increasing internal nation to the inventory of national rice decreasing. Partially, internal inventory affects the positive income towards national rice inventory; rice import has no effect towards the inventory of national rice; rice transmission is affected towards national rice inventory. This thing shows that rice inventory controlling in Perum Bulog must pay attention to internal rice procurement circumstances. On the other hand, importing rice is only as complement and done if needed. The rice inventory has negative influence towards price in producer level. This shows that internal procurement procedure needs to be changed.

Abstract

In general, the purpose of this study is to find out the level of success of the development program of horticultural based agribusiness administered by the Directorate General of Horticultural Plant Production Development. This study uses macro indicators including production development and productivity of horticultural commodity, development of national added value, and development of contributions to the national food self sufficiency; while the micro indicators include profitability level of the horticultural agribusiness, competitive level, and the issues and problems that must be faced while the PPAH program is in progress.

Abstract

Article presented the replacement of cellular cards operator service user, especially for GSM of five operators that are dominant in Indonesia, those are  XL, Mentari, Simpati, AS, and IM3 for six months with teenagers sample of 295 students from Management Department of Bina Nusantara University. The used method was Markov analysis. Besides that, it also used State and Probability State that were used to identify the whole possible situation of a process or system. Based on the research, from 295 samples of teenagers, it can be seen that there is a switching from one provider into another.

Abstract

This research aim to know how much most effective car queue done by PT. KAM, in Jakarta, a company moving to gives car repair service (car workshop) which during the time provide 6 kinds of service facility (M), whether with facility and employer addition will result maximal advantage. method of Research used is descriptive method with research Type of Case Study, while its Variable is probability no unit / people in system (Po), the total customer staying in queue system (Ls), mean of customer time await in queue system (Ws), total mean of customer stay in queue (Lq), and mean time of customer await in queue (Wq). Result of this research is adding one kind of server without officer of company may get advantage equal to Rp. 10.136.000 compared to add one server and one officer. Advantage obtained is equal to Rp. 8.936.000.

Abstract

This research was done in insurance company of PT Dritama Brokerindo, East Jakarta, by using Balanced Scorecard method, with four perpectives which measured, which are the finance perpective (financial statement), customer perpective (quizioner), perpective process internal business (quizioner) and in growth, and study perpective (quizioner). With total employees 18 employees people, serving company customer about almost 1500.Research method which used is descriptive method with research type is case study. data analyse Technique which used is using primary data processing, like : field study, interview, quizioner and also secondary data with data collecting from company which is in the form of financial statement year 2005 - 2008. Research result that, performance PT Dritama Brokerindo which during the time measured traditionally, the management not get clear information, and measured about non finansial aspect of company. Triedly apply system of performance measurement with Balanced Scorecard, got the comprehensive and more complete result about condition of company which in fact. Pursuant to result of research from entirety aspect, obtained a total score 110, or value three which shown Good Enough criterion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of transfer of interest at class XII students in a private high school in Bogor to five universities in the Greater Jakarta namely UI, UBinus, Untar, IPB and UPH in the next period and the conditions of equilibrium, and to discover the source of reference selection and assessment of students on the fifth university. Sample consists of 411 class XII students in a private high school in Bogor, with the method and type of survey research is descriptive research. The result is a prediction of the five university in order in the next period of (0.22, 0.31, 0.14, 0.22, 0.11) when the equilibrium prediction of (0.15, 0.562, 0.076, 0.151, 0.09) and the selection of a reference source that is 29% of promotional events, 25 % of the ads, 24% of the families, and 22% from friends. Largest market share held by UBinus enthusiasts of 56.2%, while the smallest market share owned by Untar enthusiasts that is equal to 7.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is determining direction of the correct business strategy to be applied by PT CTL, a garment company producing cloth for men. Research method used by the author is descriptive analysis with a case study research method. Research is conducted by collecting data obtained through survey by interview and giving questionnaire to all staff and head and also observation by evaluating directly the research object and also through literature study. Data analysis is conducted through input phase by using IFAS and EFAS matrix, adaptation phase with TOWS diagram, TOWS matrix and Internal-External matrix, and also uses SPACE matrix and also BCG matrix to analyse company's finance situation. Based on the conducted analysist the recommended corporation level strategy to be used by the company is diversification strategy direct to growth and stability.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the number of patients visiting Dental Care & Aesthetic Center, Jln. Taman Ratu blok BB1, No. 2A, Jakarta Barat, with the analysis technique used is to use a forecasting method approach consisting of seven methods namely moving average, exponential smoothing, trend projection, additive decomposition, average all, additive decomposition CMA multiplicative decomposition average all, multiplicative decomposition CMA, and period from January 2017 to September 2018. From the results of the research using seven forecasting methods, the smallest MAD is 39.66634 and the smallest MSE is 2.305.762, in the multiplicative decomposition average all method showed that the data showed the forecasting of the number of patients visiting Dental Care & Aesthetic Center in the October 2018 period amounting to 293,0451 patients. In addition, in this study the decision tree method is used for making alternative decisions which should be done by the company, the result of decision making using decision trees is to open a new branch in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah pasien yang mengunjungi Dental Care & Aesthetic Center, Jln. Taman Ratu blok BB1, No. 2A, Jakarta Barat, dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode peramalan yang terdiri dari tujuh metode yaitu moving average, exponential smoothing, proyeksi tren, dekomposisi aditif, rata-rata semua, dekomposisi aditif CMA multiplikasi dekomposisi rata-rata semua, multiplikasi dekomposisi CMA, dan periode dari Januari 2017 hingga September 2018. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan tujuh metode peramalan, MAD terkecil adalah 39.66634 dan UMK terkecil adalah 2.305.762, dalam rata-rata dekomposisi multiplikasi semua metode menunjukkan bahwa data menunjukkan perkiraan jumlah pasien mengunjungi Dental Care & Aesthetic Center pada periode Oktober 2018 berjumlah 293.0451 pasien. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini metode pohon keputusan digunakan untuk membuat keputusan alternatif yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan, hasil pengambilan keputusan menggunakan pohon keputusan adalah membuka cabang baru di daerah Menteng, Jakarta Pusat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction and impact on customer loyalty of Portable Grill & Shabu Tangerang. This research using Structural Equation Modeling method with LISREL 8.8 program. The sample of this research is 224 respondent. This result showed that there is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction with coefficient of 0,78, there isn’t significant influence of price on customer satisfaction with coefficient of 0,099, there isn’t influence of service quality on customer loyalty with coefficient of -0,14, there is an influence of price on customer loyalty with coefficient of 0,44, there isn’t significant influence of sevice quality on customer loyalty by using customer satisfaction with coefficient of 0,0082 and there  is an influence of price on customer loyalty by using customer satisfaction with coefficient of 0,46. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Portable Grill & Shabu Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling dengan program LISREL 8.8. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 224 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan koefisien 0,78, tidak terdapat pengaruh harga yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan koefisien 0,099, tidak terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan koefisien sebesar dari -0,14 terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan koefisien 0,44, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan menggunakan kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien 0,0082 dan terdapat pengaruh antara harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan menggunakan kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien 0,46.
