Abstract

Rumah sakit dalam fungsinya sebagai penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan masyarakat memiliki beberapa bagian yang saling mendukung dalam sebuah sistem rumah sakit seperti bagian pelayanan rawat inap, pelayanan rawat jalan, instalasi gawat darurat atau IGD, Instalasi Bedah Sentral atau IBS sebagai pelayanan operasi, apotik, dan sebagainya. Dalam manajemen rumah sakit, bagian pelayanan operasi di rumah sakit merupakan bagian yang paling krusial yang perlu diberikan perhatian lebih. Metode Binary Integer Linear Programming dalam memodelkan permasalahan terkait alokasi resource yang memiliki nilai keputusan berupa bilangan bulat atau integer dan di dalamnya terdapat persamaan linier yang menjelaskan mengenai utilisasi ruang operasi. Kemudian proses penentuan nilai variabel keputusan sebagai solusi nilai optimumnya digunakan software LINGO 9.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ada alokasi yang disposisi pinalti sebanyak 20 pasien. Iterasi yang didapatkan adalah 7 menunjukan pengulangan metode algoritma yang digunakan.Kata Kunci: Instalasi Bedah Sentral, Binary, Integer, Linear, software LINGO 9.0.

Abstract

PT. Medica Indonesia salah satu perusahaan farmasi etikal terbesar di Indonesia. Departement Pilot Plant berperan sebagai fasilitas peningkatan skala setelah skala lab untuk memastikan bahwa QTPP (Quality Target Product Profile) secara konsisten dicapai dalam skala pilot dan skala produksi. Masih tingginya angka reject  sebesar 3,6 % dari target reject sebesar 0,5 % pada produk andalan tablet coating A merupakan suatu ancaman. Identifikasi penyebab pemborosan perlu dilakukan untuk peningkatan dan perbaikan pada lini produksi. Penelitian ini melakukan Integrasi Lean Six Sigma dengan menggunakan metode DMAIC, VSM dan VALSAT. Analisa menggunakan tools WRM dan WAQ. Berdasarkan Analisa VALSAT, ditemukan 3 pemborosan terbesar yaitu defect (38,47%), overproduction (16,32%) dan inventory (10,13%). Pemborosan diidentifikasi menggunakan diagram fishbone kemudian dari analisis FMEA menunjukan nilai RPN tertinggi yang dijadikan prioritas usulan perbaikan. Hasil menunjukan pengurangan defect ratio dari 10,35 % menjadi 1,65 % dan pengurangan waste inventory yang diakibatkan overproduction.

Abstract

UD. Sari Jaya is a home industry that produces cassava and other tubers into chips. Cassava chips are the main product because of their high level of consumer interest in the product compared to others. The Problems faced by UD. Sari Jaya is that they are unable to meet the market demand more effectively. In the process of providing the needs, UD. Sari Jaya often performs several deliveries to each Stall caused by the lack of product availability at Stall, causing demand to be unfulfilled. The number of Retailers to be served, the lack of information on needs is one of the obstacles in the process of inventory replenishment. Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) is one of the Collaboration Model in the supply chain between producers and retailers where collaboration is expected to make arrangements regarding the number of lot sizes order as well as the frequency of deliveries to each Stall with a minimum total cost, by thus UD. Sari Jaya can have good control in the process of fulfilling the needs of this Cassava Chips.

Abstract

PT. Sejahtera Mitra Lestari is a company engaged in manufacturing industrial chemicals specifically for the rubber industry. The irregular placement of finished products in the storage can cause errors in the delivery of goods due to good management for delivering goods with a relatively fast time. The effort to overcome this problem is through designing of warehouse layout with the Class-Based Storage method. Grouping based on popularity. Stages of research carried out by calculating the warehouse, the frequency of displacement, the number of storage places, the displacement distance. Improvements begin by sorting material based on frequency and variations of three classes, namely A, B, C. To design the layout, information is needed when making a new storage layout. The results showed that the layout of the optimal results could reduce the displacement distance by 17.19% in 6 months and allow space to be 73.91%.

Abstract

Company YS participates in managing the natural gas network by creating a Metering Regulating System (MRS), which is a tool to measure gas usage and damage to the natural gas network. Based on the data obtained, the MRS delivery process was often not in accordance with the agreed schedule, there was a delay of up to 46%, namely 50 days late from the planned schedule. To overcome these delays, waste reduction is carried out by mapping the overall condition of the company in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and mapping in detail with the Value Stream Mapping Analysis Tools (VALSAT). In the VSM method, a Current Value Stream Mapping is carried out which then identifies the waste in which the correlation score between the wastes is described in a matrix called the Waste Relationship Matrix then followed by the calculation of the Waste Assessment Questionnaire. Then in the VALSAT method, further waste identification was carried out using seven tools. The most influential percentage of waste that has been obtained is then searched for the root cause using a fishbone diagram and then eliminated and depicted in the Future Value Stream Mapping. The most influential waste in the fabrication process is Waiting and after repairs according to the recommendations, the lead time is obtained from 41,822.60 minutes or 99 working days to 35,055.60 minutes or 83 working days so that the fabrication process can be completed 3 days faster than scheduled.

Abstract

The automotive manufacturing industry is a manufacture that produces four-wheeled automotive accessories parts. One of the products is the audio unit and bracket. This research aims to reduce waste in production and reduce cycle time, affecting increasing production output to adapt it to customer needs. Waste identification by integrating lean six sigma, namely DMAIC, VSM, and VALSAT. Based on the analysis results, it was found that the four biggest wastes were motion, inventory, waiting, and process. After carrying out the repair activities, the cycle time decreased at station three from 704 seconds to 246 seconds, thereby increasing the capacity efficiency from 75% to 91 %.

Abstract

Industri 4.0 adalah perubahan yang diharapkan menjadi revolusi dalam proses bisnis perusahaan. Revolusi yang dilakukan tidak jauh dari transformasi yang berisiko gagal apabila kurang memahami langkah dalam proses menuju digitalisasi perusahaan. Pendekatan maturitas Industri 4.0 dapat membantu membuat roadmap transformasi langkah demi langkah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran Serious Simulation Game (SSG) sehingga tidak hanya memberikan informasi mengenai fungsi teknologi tetapi juga memberikan umpan balik dalam bentuk simulasi. Perancangan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan elemen yang terkait dalam transformasi digital dan uji coba untuk memastikan pembelajaran tersampaikan dengan baik. Tingkat efektifitas permainan diuji dengan melakukan pretest dan postest kepada pemain. Berdasarkan uji yang dilakukan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman pemain dengan nilai rata-rata nilai 28 poin. Hasil evaluasi terhadap permainan menunjukan pemain setuju lebih memahami transformasi digital setelah menyelesaikan permainan. Permainan yang dirancang membantu membangun mental model pemain dalam membuat keputusan dalam menerapkan teknologi dari Industri 4.0 dengan unsur menyenangkan.

Abstract

This community service aims to build a problem-solving mindset in screen printing companies, regarding the implementation of kanban. Currently, all roles in the company are expected to have ideas for solving problems. To generate a more structured productive mindset in the future, we need a facility that can free up ideas and provide feedback on decisions starting from the company's board of directors down to employee level. By implementing training that is equipped with simulations of case examples, the service team aims to improve the mindset of all workers that by implementing kanban simulations can be used as a strategy to achieve an agile manufacturing company. It is hoped that developing this mindset can awaken all workers to contribute to each of their work responsibilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja mental di Divisi Operasi Pemeliharaan dan Jaringan (OPJ) pada perusahaan jasa telekomunikasi menggunakan metode NASA-TLX (NASA Task Load Index) dan Rating Scale Mental Effort (RSME). Beban kerja mental merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kinerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis operator dalam lingkungan kerja yang berbasis teknologi. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan survei dan pengukuran langsung terhadap operator di Divisi OPJ, dengan menggunakan kuesioner NASA-TLX untuk mengevaluasi dimensi beban kerja seperti tuntutan mental, tuntutan fisik, tuntutan waktu, performa, usaha, dan tingkat kelelahan. Selain itu, Rating Scale Mental Effort (RSME) digunakan untuk menilai tingkat upaya mental yang diperlukan dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas operasional sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menyatakan bahwa analisis beban mental menggunakan metode NASA-TLX menghasilkan skor antara 63 sampai 94,67 dengan kategori sangat tinggi, sedangkan metode RSME menghasilkan skor antara 70 sampai 150 dengan kategori Usaha yang dilakukan sangat tinggi sekali. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa perhitungan menggunakan NASA-TLX dan RSME menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja mental yang dimiliki oleh karyawan cukup tinggi akibat aktivitas yang terus menerus sehingga perusahaan disarankan untuk melakukan penambahan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kemampuan atau keterampilan di bidang OPJ.

Abstract

 Quality Control is a very important activity for the company to increase the market and income due to consumers’ highly consideration of the goods quality when purchasing. The purpose of the research is to determine the causes of rejected products and to provide solutions. The research was using Statistical Quality Control method which included process diagrams, check sheets, histograms, control charts, Pareto diagrams, scatter diagrams, Fishbone diagrams, and 5W+1H. The results show that there are two types of prioritized rejected products that are holes and dirty ones. Based on the data processing and calculation on the control map, there are several points outside the control limits caused by overheat machine used and human error. Based on the data processing carried out using Fishbone diagram, there are some factors causing these types of rejected goods of apparel such as operator negligence, lack of machine maintenance, poor quality of the materials, and insufficient lighting. The proposed improvements to be implemented are arranging supervision schedules, managing shift schedules, conducting daily briefings, scheduling the machine maintenance, selecting material vendors using AHP method, and re-arranging the production layouts. Kata kunci  : Pengendalian Kualitas, Statistical quality control, Produk Reject
