Abstract

Abstract — This research was conducted to improve the quality of services based on customer satisfaction. There is a problem that occurs in this company is that there are still consumer complaints about the installation part services provided by this company which is around 14.6% of total sales. To reduce the percentage of complaints, it is necessary to have studies and analysis, improvements to the services provided by this company. The study uses the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method, where the aim is to measure the level of service quality by customer expectations. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling techniques with convenience methods. The results of this study of the twelve attributes analyzed two attributes that must be maintained the quality of service, namely B1 (Service quickly and precisely), C1 (Knowledge / Competence). And the ten attributes that must be improved and improved are the quality of services namely A1 (Timeliness of the process), A2 (Sympathetic attitude and collaboration), A3 (High service accuracy), B2 (Clarity of information), C2 (Courtesy compensation), D1 (Having understanding and knowledge of customers), D2 (Understanding customer requirements specifically), D3 (Having a comfortable operating time for customers), E1 (Equipment and equipment used (technology)), E2 (Employee appearance).

Abstract

This study examines the use of e-learning as a learning media in Education and Training. The role of e-learning in learning can bridge the gap between teachers and students in different spaces and times. The method used in this study is a literature review with a narrative review approach. The study result revealed that e-learning as a learning media is effective to improve student learning achievement. In the training of the company, the use of e-learning can also improve the performance of employees. E-Learning that uses MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) provides benefits for learners in formal education and companies who want to develop their abilities and careers. It is important to emphasize aspects of content, users, and the latest technology to optimize the effectiveness of implementing e-learning.

Abstract

The teacher manages the class from the beginning of the opening activity to the closing activity. This includes planning, setting up the classroom, accurately allocating learning time, and fostering a welcoming learning environment. This study looked at group learning-based classroom management using audio-visual materials. This study used descriptive qualitative research as its methodology. Data gathering methods using observation, documentation, and interviews. The findings of this study show that DWP 5 Besuki's classroom management is relatively good, taking into account elements like teachers, student character, and learning material. Using audio-visual materials during group lessons can assist students in focusing on their studies and help teachers run more creative assignments.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and examine development strategies through sermons to increase students' self-confidence in their speaking skills and determine what obstacles students face when performing sermons. This research was conducted at the MI Ma'arif Al-Ishlah Kalisat Bungkal Ponorogo institution. Researchers used a qualitative case study type approach. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques and then analyzed through several steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the research show that (1) Efforts that need to be made by a teacher to increase students' self-confidence are to encourage, guide well and provide motivation to MI Nurul Ulum students who take part in khutbah activities. (2) The main obstacle teachers and MI Nurul Ulum face is that students need more reparation in sermon activities. This lack of student preparedness resulted in a lack of focus while appearing on stage, and there were even cases where some students brought texts when they came to the stage. Meanwhile, the obstacles students face in giving sermons vary, for example, lack of self-confidence, stage fright, nervousness about speaking in public and fear of making mistakes. Because they only pay attention and listen to what other students say, which causes the role of the sermon not to fail too well.

Abstract

Bencana kebakaran yang kerap kali terjadi setiap tahunnya oleh sebab itu penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kebijakan pemerintah dalam Penanggulangan bencana kebakaran serta mengetahui apa saja hambatan dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota balikpapan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Informan yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Balikpapan yang menanggulangi masalah kebencanaan dan masyarakat kota balikpapan khususnya yang bertempat tinggal di daerah yang rawan akan kebakaran. Hasil Penelitian ini kebijakan pemerintah dalam penanggulangan kebakaran oleh Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Balikpapan dapat digolongkan efektif karena hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil data yang diperoleh mengenai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Balikpapan menunjukkan bahwa Badan tersebut selalu dapat mengatasi dalam menanggulangi bencana khususnya bencana kebakaran. Hambatan yang berasal dari luar maupun dalam juga sudah dapat diatasi dengan upaya yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Collaborative learning models are important in the educational context, both among university students and school students. This approach encourages students to be active, interactive, and collaborate in completing academic tasks, in contrast to conventional models which tend to be one-way. In the context of learning Arabic using a blended learning model, social media such as Instagram, Whatsapp, and TikTok are recommended considering the advantages and disadvantages of each. Collaborative learning provides benefits for students, including recognition of differences, individual recognition, a sense of responsibility, development of cooperation to achieve common goals, helping each other in understanding problems and finding solutions, providing positive responses, and developing common views and a sense of mutual dependence.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of Blended Learning in increasing student learning motivation at MI Nurul Mun’in Karanganyar Paiton. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research conducted at MI Nurul Mun’in Karanganyar Paiton in Probolinggo for approIVimately 2 weeks. The data collection technique used observation and interview techniques, the observation technique used participant observation to students during the learning process both offline and online. Interviews were conducted with teachers, homeroom teachers and school principals. The application of blended learning in increasing students' motivation to learn can be said both students become more enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in lessons, making the class more effective and conducive, besides that the application of Blended Learning also helps students in improving their learning outcomes.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are a place for students and a place to educate students so they can live independently with the guidance of applied religious teachings. Islamic boarding schools are currently tarnished because of the increasing cases of bullying, but this incident will never reduce the enthusiasm of the caregivers and Islamic boarding school administrators to overcome the problems that occur in Islamic boarding schools. The aim of this research is to determine the strategies of foster carers in dealing with bullying of students in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The place of this research is at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, especially the Az-Zainiyah Region, Village. Karanganyar, District. Paiton, Kab. Probolinggo. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are used by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions and verification. The research results show that several foster carer strategies that can be applied in overcoming bullying against students include: Interpersonal Communication, Modeling, and seminars. Having a foster care strategy implemented can help reduce students from doing as they please which can lead to bullying behavior, and can help Islamic boarding schools, especially the Az-Zainiyah region, to be environmentally friendly and caring. Foster carers play a very important role in overcoming bullying against students, so that bullying behavior does not continue to become a tradition.

Abstract

The problems encountered in the industrial internship courses that are held conventionally are less actual daily log book recording and limited frequency of monitoring supervisors, resulting in less than optimal internship results. This research aims to develop a daily monitoring information system for industrial internships for Mechanical Engineering Education students at Sebelas Maret University. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with 4D models including Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The result of this study is to develop a web-based daily monitoring information system for industrial internships and accommodate the industrial internship process from the preparation stage to the end of the assessment. Based on the analysis results, this information system obtained the "good" category with an average website performance test score of 84.25 on 4 test tools. The system was also rated "highly valid" based on a 98.6% eligibility score from 3 IT experts and 85.6% from 30 trial students.

Abstract

This study examines the use of the book Tashīl al-Masālik ilā Alfiyyah Ibn Mālik in developing the reading skills (mahārah al-qirā'ah) of senior-level students at (Pondok Pesantren Besuk). Tashīl al-Masālik is a commentary (syarh) on Alfiyyah Ibn Mālik, a highly influential classical text in the field of Arabic grammar. This qualitative case study aims to explore in-depth how the use of Tashīl al-Masālik can enhance students’ reading comprehension. The research findings reveal that Besuk Islamic Boarding School has integrated Tashīl al-Masālik into its curriculum with a structured and systematic teaching approach. The applied teaching methods include: (1) structured and scheduled learning, (2) the bandongan and question-answer methods, (3) the use of additional learning resources and media, and (4) the sorogan method. Although Tashīl al-Masālik is highly valued in the pesantren tradition for strengthening students’ understanding of Arabic grammar, its integration into the curriculum faces several challenges. One such challenge is the lack of detailed explanations for certain prohibitions, requiring students to consult additional references. Moreover, variations in students’ abilities to comprehend Arabic texts necessitate adjustments in teaching methods.
