Abstract

The aims of this study is to see how the influence of innovative work behavior on business performance in SMEs, while the mediating variable is competitive advantage. Innovative work behavior is the basis for developing excellence which will impact business performance. The sample in this study were 111 SMEs in Jambi province, especially those that had been established for more than 5 years. the data used is primary data taken through questionnaires distributed to 111 SMEs managers, and processed with verification analysis techniques using structural equation modeling.

Abstract

Rencana Implementasi analouge switchover to TV digital akan menjadikan solusi dalam menyikapi terbatasnya alokasi spektrum radio untuk memenuhi pengembangan serta pemerataan mobile broadband di Indonesia. Pemanfaatan frekuensi 700 MHz untuk teknologi untuk teknologi LTE (Long Term Evolution) akan memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap bagi penyebaran layanan telekomunikasi terutama pada wilayah rural yang memiliki penetrasi broadband yang kecil, sehingga mampu mengurangi kesenjangan digital antara wilayah urban, sub-urban dan rural. Perancangan jaringan LTE FDD pada frekuensi 700 MHz band menggunkan skenario bandwidth 15 MHz dan 10 MHz di wilayah Sub-Urban dan Rural Kabupaten Banyumas yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan coverage, kapasitas dan simulasi menggunakan software Atoll untuk menganalisa performa jaringan LTE. Pada pendekatan coverage dengan menggunakan model propagasi Okumura-Hatta membutuhkan 13 e_NodeB untuk dapat mencakup seluruh wilayah pengamatan. Sedangkan pendekatan kapasitas pada skenario bandwidth 10 MHz cembutuhkan 8 e_NodeB (MIMO 2x2) dan 4 e_NodeB (MIMO 3x3) dan pada skenario bandwith 15 MHz membutuhkan 4 e_NodeB baik menggunakan MIMO 2x2 maupun MIMO 3x3. Berdasarkan simulasi kualitas sinyal, didapatkan nilai rata-rata RSRP -72.2 dB dan SINR rata-rata 6.83. Sedangkan nilai index CQI sebesar 7.17, sehingga perangkat user yang dapat menerima layanan adalah yang memiliki spesifikasi modulasi 64QAM dengan code rate 466 dan efisiensi 2.7. Pada parameter nilai throughput memiliki perbedaaan antara kedua skenario, dimana bandwidth 15 MHz memiliki throughput hingga 52 Mbps sedangkan bandwidth 10 MHz hanya 16 Mbps.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan (1) Mengetahui bentuk bahasa tabu yang digunakan oleh siswa-siswi panti asuhan Al-Mizan; (2) Upaya pencegahan penggunaan bahasa tabu siswa-siswi panti asuhan Al-Mizan; dan (3) Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa-siswi di Panti Asuhan Al-Mizan menggunakan bahasa tabu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, metode ini yaitu wawacara tidak langsung menggunakan google form dengan tahapan-tahapan mengumpulkan data, menyeleksi data, mendeskripsikan keseluruhan data, dan menganalisis data yang ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu  (1) Bentuk bahasa tabu yang digunakan oleh siswa-siswi panti asuhan Al-Mizan meliputi beberapa penggolongan jenis-jenis Bahasa tabu atau pisuhan yaitu nama binatang, kata-kata vulgar untuk cabul yang berkaitan dengan anggota tubuh, kelemahan seseorang, hujatan agar celaka, dan berbuat keji; (2) Upaya pencegahan penggunaan bahasa tabu siswa-siswi panti asuhan Al-Mizan adalah memberikan contoh yang baik, memberikan pemahaman mengenai kata-kata yang baik dan benar, memberikan penghargaan dan pujian, memberikan alternatif kata-kata yang lebih sopan, dan menjaga lingkungan yang sehat; dan (3) Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa-siswi di Panti Asuhan Al-Mizan menggunakan bahasa tabu adalah pengaruh lingkungan sekitar, kurangnya pengawasan dari orang tua, rasa ingin mencoba, dan dorongan untuk mencari perhatian. Abstract

Tenunan Dua Putri is an UMKM owned by Mr. Saleh whose address in West Rabadompu. UMKM Dua Putri sells various types of typical Bima woven fabric and already has many partners in various sub-districts and offices who collaborate with this UMKM. The assistance and development provided is form of logos, packaging and marketing so that this products can be more widely known and more easily accessible to everyone. The method that we used for this development includes observation, which is at the beginning of the activity is carried out to find out what problems need to be overcome. The planning method involves planning the design, packaging, logo and marketing media. The implementation method is to notify the UMKM regarding the logo design, packaging and marketing media that have been created. Implementation method is to notify the UMKM owners that everything that has been planned from the start has been completed.

Abstract

Communication is a fundamental and vital element in human life, as it is an essential part of human nature. Through communication, a person can form a framework of thought that serves as a guide in dealing with various situations encountered. In the current research, a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach is utilized. In this article, the literature review method is chosen to explore the role of interpersonal and group communication in the context of education. The method involves collecting, evaluating, and synthesizing relevant literature. The data used comes from journal articles, books, and various other sources related to the research topic. The importance of effective communication in supporting students in establishing good and sustainable relationships within the community is highlighted. This not only impacts group relationships but also relationships with individuals in the community environment. For us, the role of effective communication in building good and sustainable relationships is crucial. Effective communication enables strengthening social bonds, enhancing collaboration, solving problems, developing empathy, communicating information clearly, and developing leadership skills.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of teamwork, communication and work discipline on employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Rumbia. This research method is quantitative research and descriptive research. A population of several workers at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Rumbia participated in this research. Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School Rumbia, numbering approximately 30 employees using validity and reliability tests. This data analytical model uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the research are also the conclusions of the research. Partial teamwork has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Rumbia. One of the impacts is positive and significant communication on the performance of employees at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Rumbia. Partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work results. At the same time, teamwork, communication and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work results of employees at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Rumbia.

Abstract

Doing business, big or small, is bound up with ethical issues. Ethics refers to what a person should do morally. PKM activity partners are UKMs engaged in creative craft products made from acrylic/mute and knitted materials. located in Serang Banten. PKM activities aim to provide partners with knowledge about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. Plus, partner businesses are located in densely populated areas. It is necessary to maintain ethical behavior where the partner's business is located. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. . The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The role of ethics in business for UMKM, (2) Benefits of doing business for UMKM (3) Application of ethical principles in business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. Apart from that, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

Abstract

Nowadays, industries in Indonesia show progressing, such as chemistry, textile, home industry, agriculture, and others. It aims to increase prosperity of society, but it produce side products, an industrial waste. Industrial waste has negative effects to environment and human’s life. Chemistry materials that used in metal industries are toxic, which is dangerous for human’s health, not only industrial employee, but also society around the company. Exposure of metal industrial waste cause many effects to body’s organs, such as neurology, kidney function, reproduction, hemopoietic, cardiovascular and respiratory system. To solve this problem, many industries have use electrocoagulation-flotation system. Actually, high cost to coagulation and floculan, need high electricity, oxidation effect, depents on electric voltage and also it cannot used for manage high electrolyte fluid. So, many researchers have found other methods for efective metal adsorbent, one of the methods is chitosan. Chitosan has good characteristic to absorp and clot. This compound is used as an absorban heavy metal from industrial waste. Chitosan has amino group and hydroxyl which has high chemical reactivity, and cation polielectrolit to exchange the ion.
