Kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan materi penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis WEB Pusat PPK Kemdibud bagi guru-guru SMA YP Unila ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan profesionalisme para guru SMA YP Unila dalam hal penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK). Pelatihan ini akan menerapkan model penemuan atau discovery learning dan problem base learning, yakni semua peserta aktif menemukan konten atau materi PPK dalam web Pusata PPK Kemendikbud RI serta menyelesaikan permasalahan karakter negatif peserta didik dengan materi-materi dari web tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, demonstrasi, dan penyelesaian masalah berupa penugasan. Tempat pelatihan dilaksanakan di SMA Yayasan Pembina Universitas Lampung . Jumlah peserta pelatihan ini ditargetkan sebanyak 25 orang yang terdiri atas para guru semua mata pelajaran yang ada di SMA YP Unila. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini diukur dari proses dan hasil pelatihan. Indikator keberhasilan proses meliputi, keaktifan, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab yang dinilai melalui pengamatan atau observasi. Penilaian unjuk kerja dilakukan ketika peserta secara berkelompok mempresentasikan hasil berselancar dalam web Pusat PPK, meliputi konten/materi penguatan pendidikan karakter, portal praktik baik, serta metode pembentukan karakter tersebut. Adapun evaluasi terhadap hasil kegiatan diukur berdasarkan penguasaan materi pelatihan yang meliputi hasil latihan penyelesaian masalah karakter peserta didik dengan materi dan strategi yang bersumber dari web pusat PPK This training activity for the preparation of material for strengthening character education based on the WEB Center ofthe Ministry of Education and Culture for YP Unila High School teachers aims to develop the professionalism of YP Unila High School teachers in terms of strengthening character education (PPK). This training will apply a discovery learning model and problem base learning, where all participants actively find kDp content or material on the Ministry of Education and Culture's PPK Center web and solve students' negative character problems with materials from the web. The methods used in this training are lectures, questions and answers, discussions, demonstrations, and problem solving in the form of assignments. The training venue was held at the Pembina Foundation Senior High School, University of Lampung. The number of participants for this training is targeted at 25 people consisting of teachers of all subjects at SMA YP Unila. The success of this activity is measured by the process and results of the training. The indicators ofthe success of the process include activeness, cooperation, and responsibility which are assessed through observation or observation. Performance assessment is carried out when participants in groups present the results of surfing the KDP Center web, including content/materialsforstrengthening character education, good practice portals, and methods of character building. The evaluation ofthe results ofthe activity is measured based on the mastery of the training material which includes the results of the problem solving exercise of the character of the students with materials and strategies sourced from the PPK central web.
