Abstract

Abstrak: Makanan Ringan olahan laut adalah salah satu hasil kerajinan khas Masyarakat Kampung Laut, Kecamatan Kampung Laut, Kabupaten Cilacap yang masih mengalami kendala dalam pemasaran, terutama kemasan, dan periklanan. Untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas di bidang pemasaran terutama kemasan dan promosi, dibentuk Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) adalah upaya untuk membentuk kreatifitas Pengrajin Makanan Ringan sebagai media peluang usaha dan melakukan pendampingan usaha. Adapun manfaat dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha bagi para pengrajin makanan ringan khas Kecamatan Kampung Laut Cilacap melalui pembentukan kelompok usaha bersama, memberdayakan potensi para pengrajin dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui peningkatan usaha ekonomi kreatif dan meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi lokal dan wilayah pada umumnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD); (2) Metode ceramah; dan (3) Metode demonstrasi untuk tahap pelatihan keterampilan pembuatan produk. Abstract: Seafood-processed snacks are one of the typical handicrafts of the Kampung Laut Community, Kampung Laut District, and Cilacap Regency that are still experiencing problems in marketing, especially packaging and advertising. To increase creativity in marketing, especially packaging and promotion, a joint business group (KUBE) was formed. The Joint Business Group (KUBE) is an effort to shape the creativity of snack food craftsmen as a medium for business opportunities and provide business assistance. The benefits of this activity are expected to foster an entrepreneurial spirit for typical snack food craftsmen in Kampung Laut Cilacap District through the formation of joint business groups and the potential for craftsmen to increase family income through increasing creative economic businesses and income, increasing the local economy and the region in general. The methods used in this activity are as follows: (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD); (2) Lecture Method; and (3) Demonstration Method for the Product Skills Manufacturing Training Stage.

Abstract

Makalah Managemen Keuangan Pendidikan di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Pada SMP Negeri 2 Sampang Kabupaten Cilacap ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pandemi Covid 19 yang telah mempengaruhi tatanan sistem di sektor pendidikan terutama di bidang keuangan pendidikan. Tujuan makalah ini adalah melihat gambaran manajemen keuangan pendidikan di SMP Negeri 2 Sampang di saat pandemi Covid 19 yaitu untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan di SMP Negeri 2 Sampang, untuk mensinergiskan kegiatan antar bidang secara harmonis untuk mencapai tujuan sekolah secara efektif dan efesien dalam pengelolaan program sekolah, dan membantu sekolah dalam merespon tututan partisipasi masyarakat dan membantu sekolah dalam meningkatkan keterbukaan dan akuntabilitas. Makalah ini mengkaji fakta-fakta yang terjadi dengan study dokumen di SMP Negeri 2 Sampang. Manajemen keuangan pendidikan di SMP Negeri 2 Sampang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan, laporan dan pertanggungjawaban yang berfokus kepada kebutuhan sekolah, guru dan siswa. Pandemic Covid 19 memberikan dampak terhadap manajemen keuangan pendidikan di SMP Negeri 2 Sampang, yaitu terhadap penghonoran guru, kegiatan pembelajaran siswa dan ekstrakurikuler serta pemenuhan kebutuhan untuk prokes. Dimana saat keadaan normal SMP Negeri 2 Sampang untuk membayar GTT dan PTT menggunakan dana Sumbangan Orang Tua sedangkan di saat pandemi Covid 19 ini banyak siswa yang kesulitan memberi sumbangan sehingga SMP Negeri 2 Sampang menggunakan dana BOS untuk membayar honor GTT dan PTT. Selain itu kebutuhan untuk PJJ boleh menggunakan dana bos seperti misalnya kuota, alat-alat kenbersihan dan alat prokes sehingga sebagian dari dana BOS diggunakan untuk hal tersebut..

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di SMP Negeri 3 Binangun sebelum pandemi, untuk mengetahui manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di SMP Negeri 3 Binangun di masa pandemi, dan untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi terhadap pembiayaan di SMP Negeri 3 Binangun. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan kajian Pustaka dengan memilah sumber-sumber referensi dan literatur ilmiah yang terkait dengan manajemen keuangan, manajemen pembiayaan, dan pembiayaan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pandemi, untuk menghonor guru mengandalkan dari dana BOS dan SOT siswa. Dampak pandemi covid-19 ini pelaksanaan pembiayaan fokus untuk penghonoran guru dan peremajaan sekolah seperti mengecat ulang dan merawat gedung sekolah, sehingga SMP Negeri 3 Binangun untuk sistem penghonoran saat pandemi ini mengandalkan dana BOS dan SOT dengan model subsidi silang.

Abstract

Information technology is not followed by an increase in knowledge, skills and work attitudes of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. In addition, employee performance is affected by good governance which is not optimal due to the absence of transparent data in improving staff quality and lack of employee involvement in the decision-making process and the competence of human resources is not optimal because there are still many employees who do not have a high level of education and the rapid development of information technology is not followed by an increase in knowledge, skills and work attitudes of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The research was conducted using a quantitative explanatory survey method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, inferential statistical analysis with multiple regression models. The results of the study inform (1) Good governance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis District Tourism Office. This means that the better the good governance, the higher the performance of employees at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. This means that the higher the competency, the higher the employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. (3) Good governance and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis District Tourism Office. This means that the better the good governance and competence, the higher the employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office.

Abstract

This research focuses on the problem of developing teachers' social competence in improving the learning process, this is motivated by various problems about the quality of teaching, especially at the early childhood education level. This research was conducted through descriptive methods with a qualitative approach, and technically is a case study research at Anandita Kindergarten, Klapanunggal sub-district, Bogor Regency. Through data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation, then a number of data are processed through steps: data display, data reduction and data analysis and supported by time triangulation, expert confirmation and repetition of the process. This research resulted in the following conclusions: (1) the social competence of teachers in improving the learning process at Anandita Kindergarten can be categorized as good, supported by efforts to develop the social competence of teachers by the Head of Kindergarten. (2) The obstacles that are still faced by teachers come from the weaknesses of school management, such as: weak learning support facilities, weak school budgets that have an impact on all sectors of financing, and management of cooperation and coordination between school parties and stakeholders such as the community and parents of students; (3) Strategies for developing teachers' social competencies at Anandita Kindergarten include: indirect direct coaching strategies from the head of Anandita Kindergarten, independent personal development of teachers, strategies for strengthening internal TK managerial, strategies for implementing certain innovations, strategies for strengthening internal cooperation, and strategies for strengthening external cooperation.

Abstract

Academic supervision is non-negotiable for leaders to improve teacher professionalism in schools. This research aims to understand the teacher's perception of the principal's academic supervision at SMP Negeri 2 Kroya. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. This research is an understanding of social phenomena or phenomena that occur in the field, with more emphasis on a complete picture of the phenomena that occur. The results showed that teachers' perceptions of academic supervision by school principals had a perfect meaning because, on average, they had good motivation and performance before the covid-19 pandemic. Teachers interpreted the supervision carried out by the principal of SMP Negeri 2 Kroya as professional guidance assistance, quality-oriented based on continuous improvement, quality control, driving school principals, and an arena for the principal's responsibility to teachers.
