The number of job vacancies in Indonesia is still far less than the number of job seekers every year. This shows the inability of both the government and companies to create job opportunities for generation Z in Indonesia and at the same time emphasizes that educational institutions are not able to create an easy generation that is careful about entrepreneurship, even though the level of young entrepreneurs is one of the benchmarks of a developed country. The aim of this research is to find a formula for increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of Generation Z through effective entrepreneurship learning. The type of research used is field research with a quantitative approach. The object of this research is students and graduates of the Unismuh Makassar Sharia Economic Law Study Program. The results of this study indicate that of the two variables studied, namely human resources in this case are lecturers (X1) and entrepreneurship learning (X2) it is known that the variable X1 does not influence the growth of student entrepreneurial spirit while entrepreneurship learning has a positive and significant effect on growth. student entrepreneurial spirit. The background of the study is based on the importance of implementing Islamic principles in employment relationships, especially in the chili farming sector in order to create justice and blessings in muamalah. The wage payment system used by landowners to chili pickers varies, ranging from daily systems to based on harvest results, but some still found ambiguity in the work contract, payment time, and agreed wage value. The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which the practice of the wage payment system is in line with Islamic economic principles. This type of research uses a qualitative method that is Case Study and field (case study and field research). The results of this study indicate that the wage payment system applied is still written and verbal agreements based on the consent between landowners and pickers. Most are in accordance with Islamic economic principles and some are not fully in accordance with the provisions of Islamic economic law, especially in the aspect of clarity of contracts and transparency in wage calculations. Therefore, it is necessary to educate and socialize the farming community regarding the principles of work in Islam, so that work relationships can take place fairly, profitably and in accordance with sharia values.

The rapid growth of the cosmetic industry in Indonesia, particularly in Makassar City, has been accompanied by the widespread circulation of cosmetic products that do not fully comply with statutory labeling requirements. Inadequate or misleading product information may undermine consumer safety and violate consumer rights as stipulated under prevailing consumer protection laws. Accordingly, consumer awareness of legal protection constitutes a crucial determinant in shaping purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. This study aims to analyze the legal effect of information labeling and consumer protection awareness on purchasing decisions of cosmetic products in Makassar City, both partially and simultaneously. This research adopts a quantitative approach employing a survey method. Primary data were obtained through structured questionnaires distributed to 156 respondents who had previously purchased and used cosmetic products in Makassar City. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings demonstrate that information labeling has a positive and statistically significant effect on consumers’ purchasing decisions. Likewise, consumer protection awareness exerts a positive and statistically significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, information labeling and consumer protection awareness significantly affect purchasing decisions of cosmetic products in Makassar City. These results indicate that consumers are more likely to purchase cosmetic products that provide complete, clear, and legally compliant labeling, supported by a sound understanding of consumer rights and obligations as regulated under Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and the relevant regulations of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) concerning cosmetic labeling.

This research is motivated by the practice of the daily wage system for seasonal rice planting workers, which is still traditional and informal in agrarian communities, particularly in Bosso Village, North Walenrang District, Luwu Regency. The wage system, which is based on customary practices and verbal agreements, often does not fully provide certainty and legal protection for workers, thereby causing issues of justice in employment relationships. This study aims to analyze the mechanism of determining and implementing the daily wage system for seasonal rice planting workers and to examine it based on the principles of ijarah contracts from the perspective of Islamic economic law. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of field research. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with seasonal rice planting workers and landowners, direct observation at the research site, as well as supporting documentation. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and analytically using a normative-juridical approach to assess the compliance of wage practices with the principles of ijarah contracts. The research results indicate that the determination of daily wages is carried out through verbal agreements before the work begins and has provided clarity regarding the amount of wages. However, in its implementation, weaknesses are still found, particularly in terms of the timeliness of wage payments as well as the clarity of working hours and employment duration. From the perspective of Islamic economic law, this wage system has fulfilled some of the principles of the ijarah contract, particularly the clarity of compensation and the consent of the parties, but it has not fully complied with the principles of justice and legal certainty due to the presence of elements of ambiguity and delays in wage payments. This study concludes that the daily wage system for seasonal rice-planting workers in Bosso Village needs improvement to better align with the principles of the ijarah contract in Islamic economic law. Further research is recommended to broaden the scope of study and examine a more formal and equitable agricultural employment contract model to strengthen the protection of workers' rights in the agrarian sector
