Abstract

Analysis of warranty costs is a topic that is widely studied in various finished product industries. One type of warranty that applies is a product warranty under Lemon Law. This guarantee under Lemon Law applies a lot to automotive products such as cars. Lemon Law is a law that protects consumers from poor quality new goods that are not in accordance with related product standards but can reach consumers. With this Lemon Law, consumers can return products that are proven to have a lemon condition in the hands of producers to then get a refund (replacement ) or replacement with a new similar product ( replacement ). The product can be claimed in a lemon condition if: (1) the car has been returned to the dealer four times because it needs to be repaired on the same problem / faulty part, but the dealer is unable to fix it satisfactorily; or (2) the car has been out of service for more than 30 days due to one or more damage. Analysis of warranty costs in this study includes replacement cases with compliance with conditions (1) only, replacement cases with fulfillment of conditions (2) only, and replacement cases with fulfillment of conditions (1) and conditions (2). A simulation method is designed to illustrate variations in the condition of the damage to the car during the warranty period as well as variations in repair time when damage occurs based on a particular distribution. The algorithm of the simulation is then modified and developed to determine the expected cost that fulfill the conditions (1) and (2).

Abstract

        Mesin air chiller adalah bagian dari sistem penyediaan dan penyediaan udara bersih dan dingin ke area bangunan. Kerusakan pada komponen mesin chiller telah mengurangi pasokan udara dingin ke area Mall. FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) dan FMEA (Failure Mode dan Effect Analysis) digunakan untuk melacak kasus-kasus kegagalan chiller engine, dengan penekanan pada analisis "pendekatan top-down", yang merupakan analisis menyeluruh mulai dari sistem tingkat atas dan meneruskannya turun, sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat dalam menangani masalah pasokan udara dingin ke gedung Mall, dan dengan metode itu diharapkan juga dapat memberikan proposal dari penjadwalan pemeliharaan dengan membedakan perilaku penjadwalan sesuai dengan tingkat kritis dari masalah setiap unit komponen mesin chiller.

Abstract

Abstract. BUMdes (Village-Owned Enterprise) is a village business institution managed by the community and village government in an effort to strengthen the village economy and is formed based on the needs and potential of the village. Even though it has been supported by several regulations such as Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages Article 1 Paragraph (6) and Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 11 of 2021 concerning Village-Owned Enterprises, however, the existence of BUMdes is still not fully up to expectations. The existence of BUMdes in Cibubuan Village, Conggeang District, Sumedang Regency is different, this BUMdes is the main supporter of the existence of Cibubuan Village MSEs in the One Village One Product (OVOP) project where this BUMdes has the main program, namely providing all the material needs for MSEs' products in making opak as One Village One Product. The aim of the PKM Professor of LLDIKTI Region IV West Java together with students from Langlangbuana University (UNLA) and students from the Indonesian Computer University (UNIKOM) is to increase community economic empowerment through BUMdes. The process of empowering Bumdes in Cibubuan Village is directed at helping product marketing, assisting with licensing, partnerships with various parties and strengthening institutions. The existence of BUMdes in Cibubuan Village is expected to be an institution that makes it easier to access business capital, increases community production which can directly increase community income. Abstrak. BUMdes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) merupakan sebuah lembaga usaha desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah desa dalam upaya memperkuat perekonomian desa serta dibentuk berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. Walaupun sudah didukung beberapa regulasi seperti UU No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa Pasal 1 Ayat (6) dan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun 2021Tentang Badan Usaha Milik Desa, namun keberadaan BUMdes masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai harapan. Keberadaan BUMdes Desa Cibubuan Kecamatan Conggeang Kabupaten Sumedang berbeda , BUMdes ini menjadi pendukung utama keberadaan UMK Desa Cibubuan dalam proyek One Village One Product (OVOP) dimana BUMdes ini memiliki program utama yaitu menyediakan semua kebutuhan bahan produk UMK dalam pembuatan opak sebagai One Village One Product. Tujuan dari PKM Guru Besar LLDIKTI Wilayah IV Jawa Barat bersama mahasiswa dari Universitas Langlangbuana (UNLA) dan mahasiswa Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM) ini untuk peningkatan Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui BUMdes. Proses pemberdayaan Bumdes di Desa Cibubuan diarahkan untuk membantu pemasaran produk , membantu perijinan , kemitraan dengan berbagai pihak serta penguatan kelembagaan. Adanya BUMdes di Desa Cibubuan diharapkan sebagai lembaga yang mempermudah kepada akses modal usaha, meningkatnya produksi masyarakat yang secara langsung dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Development does not always have a positive impact on the life of an area. The level of development in general is always inversely proportional to sustainability. As evidence of the reduction in open green land because there have been many increases in the number of shopping centers, and hotels which are one of the means of city tourism. Or, long and sustainable impacts such as climate change and air temperatures and the depletion of groundwater supplies which results from the increasing number of residential developments that are part of the economic development of the people of Bandung. North Bandung area which is essentially a water catchment area and conservation area in the city of Bandung was not separated from the impact of the development. The construction of luxury residences, public facilities such as hotels and restaurants and other artificial natural attractions have been built on open green land, conservation areas and water catchment areas. At Kampung Lebaksiuh, Desa Ciburial, Sub-district Cimenyan, Kabupaten Bandung which is in the northern Bandung region, is one of the few indigenous settlements that still maintain the function of conservation and water catchment areas. With the various problems above, this community service activity aims to make a waterwheel as one of the educational tools for visitors, especially children who come to visit the Lebaksiuh Tourism Village, Desa Ciburial, Sub-district Cimenyan, Kabupaten Bandung.

Abstract

Responding to the Covid-19 pandemic encourages people to change their daily ways of thinking and behaving of education becomes the front line to break the chain of spreading Covid-19. Therefore, the policy of the central and local governments is to change the old learning patterns online. On the other, schools are expected to make adjustments to the implementation of this PSBB. Including the school under the guidance of the Baiturrahman Ciparay Islamic Boarding School, the education system for all subjects is converted into online including Al-Quran reading subjects at the Baiturrahman Islamic boarding school which is the flagship required to adjust the learning system so that curriculum targets can be achieved. However, the online method used in this subject has different demands because teachers and students have to face each other in an interactive, realtime manner. The solution applied is to take advantage of several Information Technology facilities so that students and teachers can take advantage of cellphones or notebooks in their respective places and simultaneously access the Google class application (Brock, 2015) to access various learning resources from teachers and Google Meet for materials that require face-to-face advance directly supported by multi media means

Abstract

Zahrah Farm merupakan mitra yang bergerak dalam usaha mikro kecil peternakan kambing Saanen yang hasil budi daya usaha seperti : pembibitan, penggemukan, produksi susu kambing, Kefir sebagai olahan susu kambing, olahan daging kambing beserta bagian – bagian dari daging kambing. Hasil produksi Zahrah Farm saat ini dipasaran secara tradisional dan dilakukan secara pasif yaitu menunggu order dari konsumen (pelanggan). Namun bila dilakukan pengamatan dari segi pontensi pasar, produk hasil budi daya Zahrah Farm ini sangat potensial serta merupakan usaha yang menjanjikan. Namun di masa normal saja UMKM mengalami berbagai tantangan baik dari sisi persaingan usaha, disparitas produksi, permodalan, litbang, pemasaran dan konsumen, apalagi dimasa wabah covid-19 ini menambah sektor usaha kecil mikro mengalami tekanan yang sangat berat. Namun tentu semua ini harus disikapi sebagai tantangan (challange) bagi dunia usaha, karena dengan sikap inilah sektor usaha kecil mikro ini dapat menemukan solusi yang tepat dalam memajukan usaha. Atas dasar tersebut maka dilakukanlah proses analisis dengan metode kuantitatif case studies menggunakan instrumen wawancara, studi pustaka, studi dokumen. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dan hasil diskusi dengan mitra PkM maka disimpulkan pentingnya pemanfaatan Digital Marketing pemasaran produk – produk Zahrah Farm. Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan adalah; menilai website, membangun website berdasar kebutuhan, mengembangkan produk turunan dari susu kambing, melakukan uji coba digital marketing memanfaatkan beberapa medsos
