Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja karyawan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  PT. Toba Makmur Perkasa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  PT. Toba Makmur Perkasa dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  PT. Toba Makmur Perkasa. Variable dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja, motivasi dan kemampuan sedangkan populasinya adalah seluruh tenaga kerja yang ada di PT.Toba Makmur Perkasa pada tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 38 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus.Data yang dapat didapat akan diolah dengan model regresi linier berganda (multiple regressio). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hasil pengujianmenunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, artinya dalam penelitian ini ditterima. Dari hasil hasil uji F secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan dengan variabel dependen. Artinya variabel motivasi dan kinerja, secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci :     Kinerja, Motivasi dan Kemampuan

Abstract

The research was conducted on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau in order to determine how the Occupational and Environmental Effects of Intrinsic Motivation either simultaneously or partially The Secretariat of the Employee Performance On Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau. The variables in this study is: Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation significant influence on employee performance parts secretariat On Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau and the dominant factor affecting the performance of employees is part of the secretariat of the Working Environment While the population in this study is part of the Secretariat employees on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau which amounted to 38 people, with a total sample of 38 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by using SPSS version 17. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent studied (Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation) has a significant effect on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau the dependent variable (employee performance). Dominant variables affecting employee performance parts secretariat on is working environment where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables. Recommendations to authors present is the agency needs to pay attention to the work environment and enhance intrinsic motivation for employees to improve employee performance in the future.Keywords: Work Environment, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline of employees working on the performance of PT. Babussalam Baru Marketing Department. As for the population in this study is part of a marketing employee who numbered 68 people and made entirely in the study sample using census method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, but it is also a quantitative analysis that is using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test ( F-test ) showed that motivation and discipline and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. Partial test results ( t test ) showed that motivation and discipline variables significantly influence the performance of the employees of PT. Babussalam Baru. Based on the results of the analysis carried out then the company should further improve the way employees work for the performance of employees can be improved further. The company also had to increase employee motivation by improving the policy so that it can be accepted by the employee, in addition to the discipline employees must also be increased again in order, so that the employee earnest and serious in completing the work.Keywords : Motivation, Discipline and Performance

Abstract

This research is done at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru which is located at Sudirman Street number 377, Pekanbaru. Population in this study there all employees, amounting to 66 people, while the number of samples in this study as many as 66 people. Determination of the numbering samples using census method. While to analyze the data, authors using multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS version 20.0. Based on F test result is known that the variable training, leadership with the same effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. Based on t test result is known that the training variable be partial effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. And leadership variabel be partial effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. Donations effect of training and leadership contributed 45.90% on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. While the remaining 54.10% is influenced by other variabels not examined in this study.Keywords : Training, Leadership, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and transfer positions to job satisfaction of employees at Kanwil II PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who have promotions and transfers in 2013 as many as 74 people, and for the determination of the sample used census method so that the entire population sampled in this study. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. The results showed that the variable promotion has significant impact on employee job satisfaction, whereas mutation variable has no significant effect on job satisfaction of employees in Kanwil II PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of motivation, training and job analysis to employee performance of PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru. This research use motivation, training and job analysis as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable.The population of this research are all employees of PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru which amounted to 35 respondents and all of them will be used as a sample of this research. Data analysis method in this research is multiple regression analysis.The result of using descriptive analysis is the motivation and training are not affect and positive to the performances of employees at PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru. And the job analysis is affect and positive to the performances of employees at PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru. This indicates that the three independent variables had a posotive effect on the dependent variable.Keywords : Motivation, Training, Job Analysis and Employee Performance

Abstract

The research was conducted on SyafiraHospital in Pekanbaru that aims to determine the influences of Competence and Work Statisfaction either simultaneously or partially on Performance of Nurses in Syafira Hospital in Pekanbaru. The methodology in this study is: Competence and job statisfaction significant influence on Nurses performance in Syafira Hospital in Pekanbaru and the dominant factor affecting the performance of Nurses is Job Statisfaction. While the population in this study is the Nurses on Syafira Hospital which amounted to 83 people, with a total sample of 83 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by using SPSS version 21 Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Competence and Job Statisfaction) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Nurse performance). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Sress and Job Statisfaction) has a significant effect on Syafira Hospital the dependent variable (Nurse performance). Dominant variables affecting nurse performance in Syafira Hospital in Pekanbaru is Competence where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables.Keywords: Competence, Job Statisfaction and Nurse Performance

Abstract

This research carried qut on a beautiful PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk in Perawang. The study aims to determine how the influence of stress and discipline simultananeously or partial on employee produktivity PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk supporting the wonderful in Perawang. As for the population in the study are the employees who work in a beautiful PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk in Perawang which amounted to 51 people. The analysis is descritive analysis. As it also uses multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 20.The results of tests performed simultaneous regression test or test f indicates that stress and discipline significant effect on employee productivity supporting. Partial test results t test results showed that the stress variables partially significant effect on employee productifity supporting. And variable discipline partially significant effect on productivity. Of the independent variables is known that stress has a dominant influence on employee productivity supporting.Keywords: Stress, Discipline, and Employee Productivity.

Abstract

The research was conducted on SMA N 1Kampar and SMAN 2 Kuok in order to determine the influence of interpersonal relationships and work environment on job satisfaction of teachers. The samples in this study were as many as 105 teachers consisting of 75 teachers in SMA N 1 Kampar and 30 teachers at SMAN 2 Kuok. The analytical tool used was a questionnaire. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (interpersonal relationships and work environment) jointly (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (job satisfaction). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables is the same bersmaa-28.2% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 77.20% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Partial regression test (t test) showed that interpersonal relationships and work environment has a significant effect on the dependent variable (job satisfaction). Dominant variable affecting job satisfaction in SMA N 1 Kampar and SMAN 2 Kuok is the interpersonal relationship where tcounted value of the highest compared with the other independent variables.Keywords: Interpersonal Relations, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the marketing mix which consisting of Price, Product, Promotion and After sales service towards purchase decision on Toyota Yaris at PT. Agung Automall Duri located on jl.Raya Dumai Km thriteen, number four Duri. The population in this study are the consumers who bought Toyota Yatis car at PT. Agung Automall in year two thousand eleven. The research conducted by using census method with members of thirty seven respondents. Data analyze using multiple linier regression model with SPSS version seventeen.The results of this study showed that simultaneously, all independent variables : Price, Product, Promotion and After sales service have a significant effect towards dependent variable (purchase decision). It can be seen from the calculated F value is greater than the E table. While partially each variable : Price, Product and promotion has a significant effect that indicated from the T value of each variable is greater than. The T table but after sales service variable has not significant effect to its T value is smaller than the T table. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) shows the independent variables contributed very powerfull in explaining the dependent variable (Purchase decision).Keywords: Purchase decision, Price, Product, Promotion, After sales service.
