Abstract

The increasing demand for the availability of clean water has prompted some people to start a clean water supply business, especially in the supply of drinking water refill. In this regard, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the quality control of refilled drinking water by the Health Office in Wolo District, Kolaka Regency using qualitative research methods. Data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were determined using the purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using interactive model techniques. The results showed that the supervision carried out by the Kolaka District Health Office was not going well, so that refill drinking water businesses were still found that did not comply with the standards in accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation.

Abstract

Pembangunan di era Society 5.0 memberingan tantangan baru bagi pemerintah. Optimalisasi peran pemuda dalam mendukung peran pemerintah dalam pembangunan di era baru tersebut sangat dibutuhkan, dengan potensi yang dimiliki oleh para pemuda. Namun tidak semua pemuda saat ini memiliki kesadaran akan potensi yang dimiliki, dan peran mereka dalam pembangunan. Seperti yang terjadi di Desa Hakatutobu Kabupaten Kolaka, Pemuda lebih senang bermain game dan melakukan hal-hal yang cenderung meresahkan masyarakat daripada terlibat dalam pembangunan dan organisasi kepemudaan di desa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan guna meberikan pemahama kepada pemuda di Desa Hakatutobu Kabupaten Kolaka akan pentinganya peran pemuda dalam pembangunan, dan memberikan wawasan mengenai pembangunan di era society 5.0. sehingga dengan adanya kegiatan ini pemuda desa memiliki pemahaman dan kesadaran untuk mendukung pembangunan desa menuju era society 5.0. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini yaitu metode ceramah dan diskusi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify vulnerable community groups and map the interests of stakeholders in the area of operation of PT Antan Tbk UBPN Sultra. This study was conducted in Pomalaa District, through a mixed method approach that combines quantitative data analysis methods. Because this study uses a mixed method approach, the informant is used as a source of data in a qualitative approach. The determination of informants is done by snowball sampling method. Meanwhile, the probability sampling technique is used for the quantitative approach. Proportional cluster sampling is a form of probability sampling that is used, and the way it works is by identifying in advance the groups that represent the population. Information collected through the results of field research, both primary data and secondary data. The results show that the vulnerable groups in the company's operational areas were pre-prosperous families (poor families), the elderly, people with disabilities, and the mentally handicapped (physical, speech and hearing impaired, mental, and blind). Pre-prosperous families (poor families) are the highest vulnerable group, reaching 2,152 people out of 30,680 residents of Pomalaa Subdistrict. Meanwhile, stakeholders that influence the success of company programs in Pomalaa Subdistrict are the village head, village secretary, head of Bumdes, traditional leaders, women leaders, religious leaders (Islamic and Christian), and community leaders.
