Abstract

 This study aims to determine teacher barriers in thematic learning in the era of the Covid19 pandemic.This research was conducted in Soroyudan Public Elementary School, Tegalrejo district, Magelang regency. This research was conducted using data collection methods in the form of interviews conducted with principal, teachers, and students, observations to teachers and students, as well as examining some supporting documents. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Triangulation used is source triangulation, techciques triangulation and time triangulation.The results of this study were obtained analysis of teacher barriers in thematic learning in the era covid19 pandemic. The barriers in the initial activity was low internet network access, there are 16,9% of student who do not have smartphone, and there are 9% of parents who cannot use smartphone. Abstract

Pada penelitian ini didasarkan pada kurangnya komunikasi matematis siswa khususnya pada materi satuan panjang. Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui atau menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran yaitu media “macromedia flash MI”, media ini dianggap mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa serta mampu memberikan kemudahan siswa dalam memahami materi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari media macromedia flash MI pada materi satuan panjang mata pelajaran matematika kelas IV di salah satu SD Kecamatan Bulu, Temanggung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV di salah satu SD Kecamatan Bulu, Temanggung. Validasi media atau uji kelayakan media menunjukkan persentase pada angka 97,2% yang mana dapat disimpulkan validitas media tersebut menunjukkan kategori Sangat Valid (sv) dengan interval antara presentase angka 81,25-100%. Data-data diperoleh dari 3 validator ahli yaitu 1 dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang dan 2 guru SDN Danupayan. Respon siswa terhadap media menunjukkan presentase 82,16% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media menunjukkan kategori Sangat Valid (SV) dengan interval 81,25-100%. Data diperoleh dari data angket 6 responden. Sehingga, media macromedia flash MI dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran sebagian masyarakat tentang lingkungan, seperti membuang sampah plastik sembarangan dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah dan berbagai penyakit. Program mitigasi ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi bahayanya, Tujuannya adalah mampu menyusun langkah – langkah produktif sehingga gerakan mitigasi sampah plastik dan aspeknya membudaya di masyarakat. startegi pelatihan berbasis personal, berorientasi sosial yang tujuannya mengubah, pemikiran, pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan seseorang. Tahapan kegiatannya: 1) Membangun kesadaran pribadi dengan pedekatan personal, diharapkan mampu mengubah Pemikiran, Sikap, perilaku kesadaran bahaya sampah plastik. 2) Membangun kesadaran kolektif yang berorientasi lingkungan. 3) Membangun kesadaran masyarakat, berbasis budaya sosial. 4) Best Practices dengan aktualisasi hasil tindakan. Keberhasilan program adalah dilaksanakannya model pelatihan mitigasi sampah plastik di sekolah. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah 1) Pengetahuan guru meningkat dari hasil pengukuran rata – rata pretest 60% sedangkan postest 79%, berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan skala 100 yaitu 18 poin atau 18%. 2) Meningkatnya respon guru terhadap program mitigasi sampah plastik dengan rata – rata respon 79% masuk dalam kategori baik. 3) Meningkatnya respon siswa terhadap program mitigasi dengan rata-rata respon 79.27% masuk kategori baik. Hasil ini menjadi capaian untuk memulai Gerakan mitigasi sampah plastik di sekolah. Hasil ini sebagai bahan untuk meningkatkan program mitigasi sampah plastik yang berdampak pada lingkungan, kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

The Read aimed at solving powerlessness stimulus community in addressing the low literacy house is done by aligning competencies Read community in aspects of education and increase the economy through the realization of future pandemic empowerment of elementary school children. Low reading literacy problems that triggered the latest development and human resource management in reducing Education and economy in the region. Smart Dolanan Community Library as an attempt Poverty and Achieving Sustainable Education in the area to form the character of religiosity, morality and responsibility. Activities to be initiated include the pilot house that optimizes Read local potential associated with the child's multiple intelligence intelligence. The purpose of devotion is to analyze, identify and foster children's understanding of literacy-related knowledge in literacy and numeracy through the Home-based Education Sustainable Development Read to create the next generation in the field calistung berkemajuan. Dedication method used is the Participatory Rural Apraissal Model. Additionally, to provide training for people, especially elementary school children in the village of Clark to build entrepreneurship and improving basic literacy, so as to improve literacy and numeracy literacy villages. This is done to reduce unemployment and improve the education of children in the area. This activity is carried out using a descriptive study using a qualitative approach carried out in the village Cokro. The results showed that the program activities of Education Sustainable Development at Home Read into intensive solution to the demands of the revolutionary educational gap, especially as much as 59.09% learners are women. So, in summary read home-based Education Sustainable Development has a positive impact on the students currently studying at home as well as help facilitate increased self competence and basic literacy and ecological literacy.

Abstract

Rendahnya literasi baca-tulis merupakan salah satu problematika perkembangan pada siswa dengan potensi keterampilan edukasi. Faktor-faktor perilaku siswa terhadap rendahnya literasi baca-tulis, melalui proses pembelajaran yang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang ditentukan serta kerjasama antara keluarga dan guru. Faktor mengenai rendahnya literasi baca dan tulis di SD Negeri Butuh Temanggung juga dialami oleh sebagian besar siswa kelas rendah korban broken home, hal ini menarik untuk ditelaah karena mengakibatkan perilaku siswa yang sulit mengimplementasikan pembelajaran guru dalam membaca dan menulis, sehingga siswa memiliki sifat menentang, malas sekolah atau bolos sekolah, malas belajar, kurang semangat belajar, bicara kasar, dan suka mengganggu teman dan guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi kemampuan literasi baca-tulis siswa kelas rendah berdasarkan capaian tujuan pembelajaran yang ada. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi, dimana data yang telah terkumpul dirangkum dan direduksi kemudian diperiksa keabsahannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. (1) visi dan misi sekolah dalam kegiatan sehari-hari; (2) Analisa data guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar; (3) penetapan tata tertib sekolah dan tata tertib kelas; (4) menerapkan nilai-nilai agama dan etika; (5) memantau perilaku disiplin siswa di rumah melalui catatan aktivitas harian; (6) melibatkan keluarga dan keluarga dalam proses pembelajaran selama pandemi COVID-19; dan (7) peran keluarga siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effect of guided inquiry model based on multiple intelligence toward the social skills of elementary school students at Pasuruhan 1 State Elementary School, Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency in Social Science learning of fourth grade. This research belongs to a Quasi-Experimental Design research with the Non-equivalent Control Group Design model. Research subjects were selected by Non-probability Sampling with saturation sampling model. The samples were 30 students consisting of 15 students in the experimental group and 15 students in the control group. The data collection methods were done by using a questionnaire and observation of social skills. The validity test of social skills questionnaire was done by using the product moment formula while the reliability test was done by using Cronbach Alpha formula with the help of the SPSS for windows version 25 program. Data analysis used in this research is a non-parametric statistical technique, namely the Mann-Whitney. The result of this study indicates that there is an effect of guided learning based on multiple intelligences on the social skills of elementary school students. This is proved by the results of the Mann-Whitney test analysis which shows the Asymps value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.003 < 0.05. By this result, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Therefore, it can be said that there is social skills difference of the experimental class and the control class students. It is proved by a significant difference thus it shows that guided inquiry learning has a positive effect on student's social skills

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of students' mathematical communication in learning mathematics, especially in the length material unit. In addition, this research was conducted to determine the feasibility of a learning media, namely "macromedia flash MI", this media is considered to provide convenience for students in understanding the material. This study aims to determine the feasibility of macromedia flash MI media in the length material unit for fourth grade mathematics at SDN Danupayan. This study uses research and development methods (Research and Development). The time for the research to be carried out is in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with the research subjects are grade IV students SDN Danupayan. The media validation shows a percentage of 97.2% which can be concluded that the media validity shows the Very Valid (SV) category with an interval between the percentages of 81.25%–100%. The data was obtained from 3 validators, they are 1 lecturer at the University of Muhammadiyah Magelang and 2 teachers at SDN Danupayan. Then the results of the research on student responses to the media showed a percentage of 82.16% which can be concluded that the validity of the media showed the Very Valid (SV) category with an interval between the percentages of 81.25-100%. The data was obtained from the questionnaire data of 6 respondents. Thus, MI macromedia flash media is suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model assisted by Media Card Types on the Beginning Reading Ability of second grade students at SD Negeri Trasan 2, Bandongan District, Magelang Regency. This study uses a Pre- Experimental Design research type with the One Group Pretest Posttest Design model. The research subjects were selected using a non-probability sampling saturated sampling model. The samples taken were 16 students. by using data collection methods in the form of performance tests. Data analysis using parametric statics techniques, namely Paired Sample t Test. The results showed that the average calculation of the posttest performance test was 76.56 which was greater than the pretest performance test results with an average value of 47.85. This is evidenced by the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis which shows Zcount of -4.436 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant difference between the results of the pretest and posttest using the Think Pair Share (TPS) Learning Model assisted by Media Card Sort. The results of this study can be concluded that the use of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model assisted by Media Card Sort has a significant effect on Beginning Reading Ability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between parents with student learning motivation in the learning process in class IV, V and VI SDN Tlogorejo, Grabag District, Magelang Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of correlational research. The sampling technique used is random sampling, samples are taken randomly. The data collection technique used in this study is to use a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between parents' attention and student learning motivation in learning. The result were obtained from the correlation coefficient of 0,407 > from rtable 0,273 with a significance level of 0.002<0,05 with a correlation coefficient at intervals of 0,410-0.600 Which means having a moderate level of relationship, with the value of R Square 0,165 which means the parent’s attention variables have an effect of 16,5% of student learning motivation, while 83,5% are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to develop tourism potential by activating tourism awareness groups by managing waste into hydroponics and eco prints that increase sustainable economic resilience in the Mangli Tourism Village. The problem faced is that waste is increasingly piling up around the location and does not yet have a tourism development organizational structure and the limitations of residents in managing tourism. In addition, there are target problems: 1) The number of residents of Dusun Mangli, the majority of whom do not work as much as 15.9%, 2) 75% of visitors do not throw garbage in its place, and 3) the Lack of waste management. The target number is around 15 members of the Mangli Pokdarwis. Community Service is carried out in three stages, namely: a) socialization of the concept of ESD, b) the practice of assisting waste processing with eco print and hydroponics into business opportunities, c) formation of pokdarwis, and evaluation of tourism development. Assistance to tourism administrators provides education and social and economic benefits. The results of the service are taking care of licensing for pioneering tourism work programs, counseling from and teams, catfish hydroponic training, eco print batik training, focus group discussions, and the establishment of program sustainability through ecoliteracy pokdarwis in Mangli. The service outputs are 1) the concept of ESD in Mangli Tourism, 2) waste products and their marketing, and 3) the community/organizational structure of Pokdarwis for program sustainability. The conclusion of this service is the creation of the ESD-Based Mangli Village Pilot program in the form of Catfish Hydroponics and Batik Ecoprint, namely through the learning-by-doing method to improve the economy and develop community creativity in processing plastic waste and leaves and flowers in Mangli Hamlet, Kaliangkrik. ABSTRAK: Tujuan  pengabdian ini untuk pengembangan potensi wisata dengan mengaktifkan  kelompok sadar wisata dengan mengelola sampah menjadi hidroponik dan ecoprint yang meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi berkelanjutan di Desa Wisata Mangli. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah sampah yang semakin menumpuk di sekitar lokasi dan belum memiliki struktur organisasi pengembangan wisata serta keterbatasan warga dalam mengelola wisata. Selain itu terdapat permasalahan sasaran 1) Jumlah warga Dusun Mangli yang mayoritas tidak bekerja sebanyak 15,9% , 2) 75% pengunjung tidak membuang sampah pada tempatnya, dan 3) Kurangnya dalam pengelolaan sampah tersebut.jumlah sasaran sekitar 15 anggota pokdarwis Mangli. Pegabdian dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahap yaitiu: a) sosialisasi konsep ESD, b)  praktik pendampingan  pengolahan sampah dengan ecoprint dan hidroponik menjadi peluang usaha, c) pembentukan pokdarwis dan evaluasi pengembangan wisata. Pendampingan  kepada pengurus wisata memberikan da,pak Pendidikan, sosial dan ekonomi.  Hasil pengabdian adalah mengurus perijinan program kerja perintisan  wisata, penyuluhan dari  dan tim, pelatihan hidroponik lele, pelatihan batik  ecoprint, focus grup discussion, terbentuknya keberlanjutan program melalui pokdarwis tali ekoliterasi di mangli. Luaran pengabdian berupa: 1) konsep ESD di Wisata Mangli, 2) produk limbah sampah dan pemasarannya, 3) komunitas/ struktur organisasi pokdarwis untuk keberlanjutan program. Kesimpulan dalam pengabdian ini adalah terciptanya program Rintisan Kampung Mangli Berbasis ESD yang berbentuk Hidroponik Lele dan Batik Ecoprint yaitu melalui metode learning by doing dengan tujuan meningkatkan perekonomian dan mengembangkan kreativitas masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah plastik dan dedaunan serta bunga-bunga di Dusun Mangli, Kaliangkrik.
