Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan pengawasan dalam penempatan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia   (TKI)  oleh Perusahaan Jasa Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (PJTKI)  pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja  dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Konawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Informan penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Konawe dan PJTKI. Informan penelitian ditetapkan dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis data interaktif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  Implementasi kebijakan pengawasan dalam penempatan TKI oleh PJTKI. pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Konawe dapat terlaksana melalui: (a) pengawasan langsung meliputi pengawasan pendaftaran  dan Seleksi Calon TKI, pengawasan dokumen, pengawasan verifikasi kelengkapan dokumen ketenagakerjaan calon TKI ke luar negeri, pengawasan pendidikan dan pelatihan  kerja calon TKI, pengawasan uji kompetensi, pengawasan penandatanganan penempatan kerja dan perjanjian kerja calon TKI, pengawasan penyelesaian permasalahan TKI pra dan purna penempatan. (b) pengawasan tidak langsung meliputi:  pengawasan pelayanan proses pemulangan TKI dan pengawasan pemulangan TKI sebanyak 30 orang tahun 2018 dan sebanyak 255 orang tahun 2019 asal Kabupaten Konawe oleh PJTKI. Kata Kunci: Impelemntasi, Kebijakan Pengawasan, Penempatan, TKI

Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui karakteristik pengembangan modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter; (2) mengetahui kelayakan modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter; (3) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Sukamulia setelah menggunakan modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan modul yang digunakan adalah model Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi. Pengembangan ini dinilai berdasarkan kelayakan isi, penyajian, kegrafikan, dan bahasa oleh para validator ahli, kemudian diujicobakan terbatas pada 9 siswa. Setelah revisi dari uji coba terbatas, modul diujicoba besar pada kelas XIPA-2. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara dan soal tes. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) menghasilkan sebuah modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter pada materi hukum Newton tentang gerak dan penerapannya dan model pengembangan yang dipakai adalah model pengembangan Borg & Gall. (2) modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter yang telah diuji oleh dosen ahli, guru fisika dan teman sejawat menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil penilain modul fisika adalah 291 dari skor maksimum 308 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa modul fisika yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. (3) modul fisika berbasis CTL terintegrasi pendidikan karakter dapat  meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, rata-rata nilai pretes dan posttes siswa sebelum dan setelah menggunakan modul fisika adalah 41,26 dan 65,55 dengan demikian dapat diketahui ada peningkatan nilai dari data pretest ke posttest dan nilai gain sebesar 0,63 yang tergolong kategori sedang.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) by implementing active learning methods. In this study, an analysis was conducted on the differences in student learning outcomes before and after the implementation of active learning. The method used was an experiment involving two groups: one group that implemented active learning and one control group that used traditional methods. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in students' academic scores in the group that implemented active learning. In addition, active learning also had a positive impact on student engagement and motivation. These findings indicate that active learning can be an effective strategy in improving PAI learning outcomes. Recommendations are given for further implementation in the education curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students through the application of audio-visual media. The background of this study focuses on the low learning outcomes of students caused by conventional teaching methods that are less interesting. Using the experimental method, this study involved two groups of students, namely the experimental group taught using audio-visual media and the control group taught using traditional methods. The results of the data analysis showed that the use of audio-visual media significantly improved students' understanding and learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the increase in the average score in the experimental group compared to the control group. This study concludes that the application of audio-visual media can be an effective alternative in the learning process to improve student learning outcomes. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the development of more innovative teaching methods in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research is one of the assignments in the Daljab 3 Professional Teacher Education (PPG) program at the Sjech M. Djamil Djambek State Islamic University, Bukittinggi. Every teacher who takes part in this program must carry out Field Experience Practice (PPL) which is used to conduct research on problems in the learning process at school. With changes in the learning process during the pandemic, where learning was carried out online, it resulted in various problems in the implementation process. Limitations in the learning process result in student learning outcomes decreasing so that many students get grades below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKTP) This research aims to determine the increase in motivation and learning outcomes of students in Islamic Religious Education subjects using the Problem Based Learning learning model implemented in Blended Learning (Synchronous-Asynchronous). The research process was carried out in three cycles, previously taking action at the pre-cycle stage, each cycle includes 4 stages, namely: 1) planning stage, 2) implementation stage, 3) observation stage, 4) reflection stage. The results obtained from the implementation of the research show an increase in student learning outcomes, although not significant, this can be seen from the results obtained by students from working on student worksheets. It can be seen from the results of observations of student learning motivation in cycles I, II and III that there is an increase at each cycle meeting which can be seen on average in cycle I the average results of observations of student learning motivation were 57.14% to 60.71% in the cycle II and became 67.85% in cycle III, while the average results of the student motivation questionnaire in cycle I, the average student learning motivation was 57.14%, increased to 60.71% in cycle II and increased to 82.14% in cycle III. This is because several students have high enthusiasm in learning activities using the problem based learning model. In the initial activity when the first action was implemented in cycle I, the percentage of students who completed it was 55.5%. This shows that the expected KTTP percentage target has not been achieved. In cycle II, 59% of students completed. Meanwhile, the percentage of students who did not complete was 41%. During the implementation of cycle II, student learning outcomes showed an increase of 3.5%. Meanwhile in cycle III the average student completion rate was 67.85%. From cycle I to cycle III, not all students reached the KKTP, because there were some students who did not want to do the assignments. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem Based Learning learning model based on research results can actually improve learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade VII students through a practical approach to prayer and dhikr material. In this study, the learning methods applied include demonstrations, simulations, and group discussions, so that students are actively involved in the practice of worship. For six weeks, students were trained to understand the procedures for prayer and dhikr with a focus on direct experience. Data were collected through pre- and post-learning tests, as well as observations of student participation in class. The results of the analysis showed an increase in the average test score from 68 to 86, as well as an increase in student motivation and activeness as reflected in the questionnaire. In addition, students showed a better understanding of the meaning and purpose of worship. These findings emphasize the effectiveness of a practical approach in religious learning, which can shape students' character and discipline in worship. This study recommends the application of similar methods in various educational contexts to improve religious learning outcomes.

Abstract

Study Action Class This aiming For increase results Study Islamic Religious Education through application of the active learning model on student Class V at SDN 04 Tanjuang Haro . As for background behind study This is results Study part big student on eye PAI lessons show low yield​ or be under​ standard minimum competency . This is due to by low level involvement student in the learning process , as well domination method less lecture​ interesting interest Study students . Research This use PTK design implemented in four cycle , where every cycle consists of from stage planning results observation , implementation , observation , and reflection . Subject study is 14 students Class V of SDN 04 Tanjuang Haro . Data collected covering to activity learning And results assessment beginning And end . Results study show that the application of the active learning model can increase results students learning Islamic Religious Education class V of SDN 04 Tanjung Haro . On cycle I, average value student experience improvement compared to with Pre Cycle , namely about 50 % of students reach minimum completion . On cycle II, improvement results Study student around 71.43 % . At cycle III, improvement results Study student around 92.86 %. Apart from that , the result observation show that student more motivated And involved active in the learning process that uses the active learning model . With Thus , it can concluded that the active learning model is effective in increase results Study Islamic Religious Education in student Class V of SDN 04 Tanjuang Haro.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to determine whether the use of audio-visual media can improve the learning outcomes of students in class V SDN 04 Batu Balang. This research is based on the low learning outcomes of students, where conventional learning methods are considered less effective in helping students understand the material optimally. Audio-visual media is considered effective because it involves more of the students' senses, which can help them understand the subject matter better. This research uses the classroom action method (CAR) with two cycles, where each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collected includes the results of student tests before and after the application of audio-visual media, as well as observations of their learning activities during the learning process. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of audio-visual media. In addition, students became more active and motivated in the learning process. The use of audio-visual media has proven effective in improving the learning outcomes of students in class V SDN 04 Batu Balang. Therefore, this media is recommended to be applied in the learning process for other subjects that require a better understanding of concepts. This study recommends that teachers use audio-visual media more often in learning to improve students' motivation and understanding of the material being taught.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) of grade IV students at SDN 01 Mungo through the use of audio-visual media. Audio-visual media was chosen because of its ability to present learning materials in a more interesting and interactive way, so that it can motivate students to understand the concepts taught. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of several cycles, with each cycle involving the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collected include the results of student learning tests and observations during the learning process. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of audio-visual media. The average student score increased in each cycle, indicating that the use of audio-visual media is effective in improving students' understanding and learning outcomes in the PAI subject. Based on these findings, it is concluded that audio-visual media can be an effective learning strategy to improve the quality of PAI learning outcomes in elementary schools.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education through the application of active learning models to students of class IX.1 at SMPN 1 Guguak District. The learning outcomes of most students in the PAI subject show low results or are below the minimum competency standards. This is due to the low level of student involvement in the learning process, as well as the dominance of lecture methods that are less interesting for students' learning interests. This study uses a PTK design that is implemented in four cycles, where each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were 32 students of class IX.1 SMPN 1 Guguak District. The data collected included the results of observations of learning activities and the results of the initial and final assessments. The results showed that the application of the active learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class IX.1 students of SMPN 1 Guguak District. In cycle I, the average student score increased compared to the Pre-Cycle, which was around 75% of students achieved minimum completeness. In cycle II, the increase in student learning outcomes was around 81.25%. In cycle III, the increase in student learning outcomes was around 87.5%. In addition, the observation results showed that students were more motivated and actively involved in the learning process using the active learning model. Thus, it can be concluded that the active learning model is effective in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education in class IX.1 students at SMPN 1 Guguak District.
