Abstract

Cadmium usually use as a commound in coloring agents that commonly used in industry. It's toxic and undistangleable in water. The polluted water will give the bad effects to the biota and human too. Melanoides turricula is kind of gastropod, acts as a strong bio accumulator in accumulating heavy metals. The purpose of this research is to analyze the concentration of kadmium and its correlation with the existence of M turricula on Wangan River. This research was done in Wangan River, Sokaraja. The research method that is used is survey between the concentration of cadmium in M. turricula's body and the water of Wangan River is analyzed by Spearman Rank's Correlation Analysis. The result of the research shows that there are lowest cadmium method. The objects of the research are M. turricula and Wangan River's water. The independent variable that has been observed is the concentration of cadmium in Wangan River's water and the dependent variable is the concentration of cadmium in M. turricula's body. The main parameters measured are the concentration of cadmium on both M. turricula's body and Wangan River's water. The supporting parameters are temperatures, pH and BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand). The samples are taken four times in four months on three observations station. Those are the unclouded area, the polluted area and the waste disposal area. The correlation concentration on the M. turricula and river's water, before given any waste, around 2.075 µg/g and 0.750 µg/L. In the area of waste disposal station, there are the highest cadmium concentration on the M. turricula and also on the river's water around 6.450 µg/g and 1.050 µg/L. Meanwhile the cadmium concentration on the M. turricula and on the river's water, after given waste, are around 4.600 µg/g and 0.875 µg/L. Based on Spearman's Rank Correlation Analysis, it is shown that there is a correlation between cadmium concentration with M. turricula and river's water.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) is a global issue and has become the target of various country leaders, including Indonesia. Sustainable Development Goals has become a research topic that continues to increase since 2016 in Indonesia. As a developing country, Indonesia has complex challenges in achieving sustainable development. This study aims to see how research conducted by academics, researchers, and practitioners in Indonesia has contributed to the achievement of these sustainable development goals. Bibliometric analysis was used to achieve the research objectives through descriptive analysis and network analysis. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis and network analysis. The results showed that the trend of SDG's research in Indonesia continued to increase from 2016 to 2024. The results also show that some research themes related to SDG's in Indonesia need greater attention related to themes such as Jakarta, water management, water supply, biodiversity, deforestation, and livehood. This is because research related to SDGs in Indonesia is still centred on the realm of government.

Abstract

Environmental issues are currently a social being highlighted by the community. Many environmental damage cases have occurred in Indonesia. It shows that the company's attention to the environment is still relatively low. The implementation of green accounting will minimize environmental issues. This study aims to analyse the effect of environmental performance, environmental disclosure, and environmental costs on company performance. This quantitative research uses secondary data in annual and sustainability reports. The population of this research is companies in basic material, energy, and consumer non-cyclicals sector that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2020 and 2021 periods. There were 49 samples obtained by purposive sampling. The data were processed using multiple linear regression models. The results showed that environmental costs had a significant positive effect on company performance. However, environmental performance and environmental disclosure had no effect on company performance.

Abstract

The distribution of mangrove area, density, and species diversity on the North Coast of Jakarta indicate the mangrove adaptation to live and grow in permanent water inundation areas. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the distribution and mapping of the mangrove ecosystem in permanent water inundation area using the index of mangrove density, diversity, and geographical information system. The results showed that soil water salinity ranged from 5.6 to 7.0 ppt, water salinity ranged from 0.1 to 9.8 ppt, soil water pH ranged from 6.25 to 7,0, water pH ranged from 5.83 to 6.5, soil nitrate ranged from 12.2 to 22.8 mg/L, soil phosphate ranged from 1.7 to 14.8 mg/L, soil pyrite ranged from 0.12 to 0.3 mg/L, and soil texture varied from silt loam to silty clay loam. The mangrove ecosystem on the North Jakarta was dominated by a very rare density and low–moderate diversity, with a density between 440–1,250 trees/ha. The distribution of mangrove area also showed a very rare density from 0.18 ha (2000) to 166.95 ha (2020), a rare from 197.03 ha (2000) to 359,72 ha (2020), the moderate from 263.65 ha (2000) to 351.09 ha (2020), the dense from 591.78 (2000) to 273.92 ha (2020), and the very dense from 486.35 ha (2000) to 98.91 ha (2020). The mangrove ecosystem in the North Coast Jakarta was dominated by Avicennia marina, Rhizophora mucronata, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora stylosa, Nypa frutican, Sonneratia alba and Sonneratia caseolaris.   The conclusions of this research showed that the mangrove ecosystem inJakarta is degraded because it is dominated by rare- very rare of mangrove density Keywords: mangrove distribution, mangrove density and diversity, North Coast of Jakarta, permanent water inundation

Abstract

Main Purpose - This study aims to explore how Generation Z students in Indonesia construct entrepreneurial awareness through lived experiences, motivations, and social contexts.Method - A qualitative research design with an interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews with three university students interested in entrepreneurship.Main Findings - The findings revealed three major themes: internal motivation, reflective experience, and contextual factors. Participants were intrinsically driven by autonomy, personal growth, and social values, while reflective experiences shaped their entrepreneurial self-awareness. Support from family, peers, and institutions acted as critical enablers in their entrepreneurial journey.Theory and Practical Implications - The study suggests that entrepreneurship education should incorporate reflective and experiential learning to align with Gen Z's identity and motivation. Institutions should also provide tailored support systems to nurture value-driven young entrepreneurs. Novelty - This study offers a multidimensional perspective on entrepreneurial awareness formation among Generation Z by integrating personal meaning-making and sociocultural influences.

Abstract

Fraudulent activities, driven by both desire and opportunity, pose significant risks to organizations, leading to financial losses and undermining ethical standards. This study examines a moderated model of internal control on organizational ethical behaviors, mediated by mindfulness and spirituality. The proposed model was tested using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS3, with survey data from 32 religious state universities in Indonesia. The findings indicate that internal control structures enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency, the reliability of financial reporting, and compliance with laws and regulations at State Religious Universities in Indonesia. Internal control effectiveness mediates the relationship between internal control structure and organizational ethical behavior. Furthermore, organizational awareness and spirituality moderate the relationship between internal control structure and internal control effectiveness, as well as organizational ethical behavior, elucidating the conditions necessary for an effective internal control structure to achieve good university governance.
