Abstract

Salah satu produk unggulan kabupaten Gresik adalah opak jepit, Makanan ringan ini semula diproduksi dengan cara tradisonal oleh UMKM di desa Kedung Rukem. Dengan cara tradisional ini waktu yang dibutuhkan cukup lama sehingga kapasitas produksi sangat rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dampak penerapan Tehnologi Tepat Guna (TTG) terhadap peningkatan kapasitas. TTG dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan alat produksi yang diciptakan untuk proses pembuatan produk opak jepit. Penelitian dilakukan di Sentra usaha opak jepit yang terletak di desa Kedung Rukem kabupaten Gresik. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dimana diambil sembilan UMKM yang memproduksi opak jepit secara kontinyu. Pengamatan dilakukan selama terhadap kapasitas produksi dan omset penjualan sebelum dan setelah penerapan TTG. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah paired sample t-test. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan omset penjualan produk opak jepit sebagai dampak penerapan TTG. Implementasi bisnis dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan TTG pada UMKM sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM.Kata kunci : Teknologi Tepat Guna, kapasitas produksi, omset penjualan

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of funding policy, dividend policy, profitability and firm size simultaneously and partially on firm value. This study uses causal research. The data source for this research is secondary research. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive sampling method. The research population is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used is secondary data sourced from the publication of annual reports obtained from www.idx.co.id and the Indonesian Capital Market Directory. The analysis technique uses Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study show that funding policies, dividend policies, profitability and firm size simultaneously affect firm value. And funding policies, dividend policies, profitability and firm size partially affect firm value. Future researchers are expected to be able to take other variables that can affect company value.

Abstract

he objective of this research is to examine financial ratios of accrual basis, financial ratios of cash basis, industry relative ratios of accrual basis, industry relative ratios of cash basis and sensitivity toward macro economic indicators as financial distress predictors and to develop a financial distress prediction model as early warning system for go-public enterprises in Indonesia. From the analysis, it was found out that the significant variables in terms of forming prediction model to be successful is interpreted, consisting of four financial ratios of accrual basis variables, two industry relative ratios of accrual basis variables and one industry relative ratios of cash basis variable. This financial distress prediction model is as the following: Py1 = 1/1+e-(-0.5-0.6RETA+1.27TDTA-1.OSEATS+2.18INVNS-0.35RSEBITTA-0.42RSSTA 0.44RSCFTL)

Abstract

This aim study to explore factors determinant investors behavior in stock exchange transaction in Surabaya. Furthermore, this study test psychological difference between male and female investor. To test hypotheses, this study employs factor analysis and independent sample t-test. By performing Factor Analysis, this study reveals six factors determine investor behavior named: security and pleasure factor, bias thinking factor, bravery factor, social and emotional interactionfactor and judgement bias factor. More over, by performing independent sample t-test, this study found that there is not psychological difference between male and female investor.

Abstract

 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises contribute greatly to driving the regional economy and providing employment opportunities for the community. Therefore, research to improve the performance of MSMEs is still very relevant to do. This study aims to examine the importance of financial technology, financial literacy, and culture in improving the business performance of MSMEs in East Java. Business performance studies that combine financial literacy, financial technology and culture with business performance, especially in the East Java region, are still very limited. Therefore, this research is important to be conducted to enrich empirical findings related to business performance. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, by taking samples of MSMEs in the Surabaya, Mojokerto, Sidoarjo and Gresik areas. Total sample of 100 MSMEs. The data source used is primary data collected by survey using a questionnaire. Analysis was conducted with Partial Least Square. The results showed that financial technology and financial literacy as well as culture have a significant positive effect on MSME business performance. The results of this study imply that to improve the sustainability and business performance of MSMEs in East Java, MSME managers should improve their financial technoly and financial literacy capabilities and foster a culture that is the value of their business.
