Abstract

Kata Kunci: deteriorasi, rework, produk nonconforming, lot produksi   ABSTRACT This research discuss concerning the production of uncontrolled so as to produce products with the qualities of substandard. Condition of being imperfect can occur because of error inspeksi/examination. Besides, production system imperfect can also caused by deterioration machine. All products resulting will undergo a inspection. Products well be were accepted by the product nonconforming will be done process rework, and after the rework that product will be welcome. On the study is done development model optimisasi lot production with consider production system which had deterioration with criteria minimisasi total cost consisting of fare set-up, the production costs, fare control quality, and charge penalty. Keywords: deterioration, rework, nonconforming product, production lot

Abstract

This study aims to explain: the background of the establishment of the Indonesian karst museum; Collection of Indonesian karst museums related to historical material for the Praaksara period; The relevance of the Indonesian karst museum as a medium and source of historical material development for class X SMA students on the topic of the Praaksara period. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data in this study started from informants, places, documents. The results showed that in the karst landscape of Mount Sewu, there were artifacts from past lives that needed attention and preservation. Collection of Indonesian Karst Museum related to pre-literary historical material includes: Replicas of Human Shell Songs and Keplek Songs in Pacitan. Replication of the Pawon Human Skeleton. Painting on the walls of the Muna karst area in Southeast Sulawesi. Replication of Homo floresiensis skeleton in Liang Bua Cave; The Indonesian Karst Museum is relevant to be used as a medium and source of historical learning in the basic competence of analyzing the similarities and differences between ancient Indonesian people and the world and modern humans in the physical aspect.

Abstract

The impact of using humus as a medium for planting oil palm seeds continuously canreduce the availability of humus in the field. Therefore, the use of subsoil as a plantingmedium and the use of cow manure are expected to increase the growth of oil palmseedlings. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the composition ofthe planting medium on the growth of oil palm seedlings. The research was conductedin Simalas Village, Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. The research method used was a 2factor randomized block design with 9 treatments and 3 replications. The results showedthat topsoil and subsoil planting media with a ratio of 1:1 had an effect on increasingplant height and leaf number of oil palm seedlings, while the application of cow manure25 g/polybag also had an effect on increasing the number of leaves of oil palmseedlings. There is a treatment interaction between the composition of the plantingmedium and cow manure on the number of leaves of oil palm seedlings.

Abstract

The problem of household organic waste accumulation is one of the new challenges in environmental management. One environmentally friendly and efficient solution is to utilize the biopore hole system as a method of processing organic waste into compost. Biopore holes are a simple technology in the form of vertical holes in the ground that function to accelerate the decomposition process of organic waste with the help of the activity of microorganisms and soil fauna. The purpose of this training is to increase public knowledge on how to process organic waste properly, while producing useful waste products such as compost. This activity is carried out in the form of lectures and practices, so that residents gain knowledge and skills in processing organic waste properly.
