Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the congregational prayer habituation program in shaping the disciplinary character of students at SMA Aisyiyah 1 Palembang. The implementation of this congregational prayer habituation program has been running at Aisyiyah 1 Palembang High School. This study uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation related to the implementation of the congregational prayer habituation program at SMA Aisyiyah 1 Palembang. The research respondents consisted of students of class X and XI. The sample in this study were 51 students. The variables of this study consist of program implementation (X) and disciplinary character (Y). Data processing was assisted by the SPSS for Windows version 25 program. The results of this study based on the results of the normality test showed that the significance of 0.200 was greater than the specified value of 5%. The result is 0.200 > 0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and the residual data is normally distributed. The results of linear regression based on data analysis showed that the value of tcount = 3.597 while the significance value was 0.001. Then the significance value is smaller than the value of 0.05 or 0.001 <0.05 meaning that there is a significant influence between the program implementation variable (X) and the disciplinary character variable (Y). supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the congregational prayer habituation program in shaping the character of student discipline. There are several supporting factors that can help in creating a disciplinary character in the implementation of prayers, namely the family environment, school environment, teachers, surrounding environment, and good association. All of these factors have a very important role in shaping the character of discipline in prayer so that children can grow into individuals who have strong disciplinary character in praying. The inhibiting factor is the lack of parental supervision and association with friends. With these efforts, it is hoped that it can reduce the inhibiting factors for the implementation of prayers at SMA Aisyiyah 1 Palembang, so that the character of discipline in worship can be created for students studying at the school.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Idarah Management in Improving the Quality of Ki Marogan Mosque Takmirs, Kertapati District, Palembang City". The research conducted by the author is a qualitative approach. This study also used interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis techniques of this study are Data Reduction, Data Display and Concusing Drawing. The main data were obtained from interviews with mosque leaders and mosque worshippers. From the results of this study shows that the implementation of idarah masjid ki marrogant has not been carried out properly such as; Planning has not been carried out properly because there has been no deliberation to plan activities, organizing has not been carried out properly because the takmir has not carried out the duties and authorities that have been given and supervision has not been carried out properly because there is no evaluation of work programs to assess the results of activities. So it is advisable for the Takmir of Masjid Ki Marogan to be more responsible in handling matters related to the mosque in accordance with the duties that have been mandated.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Juvenile delinquency is becoming a serious and complex issue in today's modern society. Juvenile delinquency can involve a variety of negative behaviors such as drug abuse, violent acts, risky sexual behavior, as well as involvement in criminal activities. Therefore, the role of religious and community leaders in minimizing juvenile delinquency is very important. This study aims to determine the factors that cause juvenile delinquency and the strategies of religious and community leaders in minimizing juvenile delinquency in Toman Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. In this study, descriptive research was used sourced from primary data and secondary data. To obtain data, observations, interviews and documentation were carried out after which qualitative analysis was carried out. The results showed that the factors that cause juvenile delinquency in Toman Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, are external and internal factors. The internal factors come from the teenagers themselves while external factors come from family factors, social factors and environmental factors and the strategies of religious and community leaders in minimizing juvenile delinquency in Toman Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency can be divided into 3 parts, namely a) village head strategy to minimize juvenile delinquency by taking preventive and curative actions, b) community leaders' strategy to minimize juvenile delinquency by conducting socialization on juvenile delinquency and involving adolescents in social service activities and community service, c) religious leaders' strategy to minimize juvenile delinquency by reviving mosque teenagers and conducting regular weekly public studies held at mosques. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of digital fundraising on the utilization of zakat funds. This research method uses quantitative methods using a causal associative approach. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation methods, questionnaires / questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that good and regular digital fundraising can increase a great influence on zakat management and is very much needed to run zakat programs at YAKESMA SUMSEL. With the existence of digital fundraising, it is able to provide great benefits in the management of zakat because it is a means to increase zakat utilization activities in carrying out the zakat program at YAKESMA, along with the results of data processing with the SPSS version 25.0 program which obtained a t count > t table of (21,587 > 1,662) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that there is an Influence of Digital Fundraising on the Utilization of Zakat Funds, this is also the magnitude of the coefficient of determination or R square of 0.840 (84%) it can be concluded that in this study the variable Digital fundraising (X ) has an effect on the Utilization of Zakat Funds (Y) by 84% and the remaining 16% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied. It is hoped that the YAKESMA SUMSEL zakat institution and the community can apply the use of digital fundraising so that it can facilitate the optimal management process so that it is able to achieve the goal of empowering zakat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This thesis is entitled "Travel Smarts Umrah Management Strategy in Increasing Pilgrims Umrah in Palembang." This research is about how the travel smarts umrah management strategy in increasing pilgrims in the city of Palembang. The purpose of this study was to examine and find out the management strategies used by Travel Smarts Umrah Palembang and the inhibiting factors in implementing management strategies to increase pilgrims. This study uses qualitative methods by conducting field research, using management strategy theory according to Riva'i namely strategy formulation, strategy implementation, evaluation. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the analysis concluded that the management strategy used by Travel Smarts Umrah Palembang designed a strategic activity by promoting it through social media, prepaid advertisements, broadcasting to places of recitation, distributing brochures, submitting proposals to government agencies and company strategies that were implemented quite well. While the inhibiting factor of the strategy used is the first is the use of artist figures, because travel parties have difficulty paying and cannot be used continuously to use artists as public figures in attracting public interest. Second, there are many companies or agencies that are not interested in working with travel smarts Umrah, because some governments and agencies carry out the Umrah pilgrimage individually, not through a company.

The type of research used is field research and a descriptive qualitative approach. The location of Kayu Ara Batu village, Muara Belida sub-district, Muara Enim district. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive qualitative, by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theory used is strategic management according to Achmad Djueni Kadmasasmita. The results of this study are the strategies of religious leaders in the village of Kayu Ara Batu, Muara Belida District, Muara Enim Regency. Divided into 3 strategies Growing a sense of belonging to the mosque, Formulating Activity Programs, Completing Mosque Facilities. While there are 3 inhibiting factors, namely work factors, road factors, time factors. Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Influence of Islamic Religious Counselors on Early Marriage in Kelekar District". The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic religious instructors on reducing the number of early marriages in Kelekar District. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. Sampling was carried out using a sampling technique, namely the sampling technique for all members of the population used as a sample, amounting to 33 people. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, basic assumption test (data normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test), and simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and coefficient of determination test). The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Islamic religious instructors on early marriage, this is evident from the results of data processing using SPSS version 25 which obtains a t value greater than t table with a value of (2.603> 0.344) with a significance value of 0.000 <0 ,05. This is also the magnitude of the coefficient of determination or R of 0.424 which indicates that there is an influence of Islamic religious instructors on early marriage of 42.4%, while the remaining 57.6% is influenced by other variables not included in the research variables, such as the environment, residents, Education, etc. Keywords: Islamic Religious Counselor, Early Marriage.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is entitled "Strategy of the Darussa'adah Muara Enim Islamic Boarding School in Increasing the Number of Santri". The aim of this research is to find out the strategy of the Darussa'adah Muara Enim Islamic Boarding School in increasing the number of students. research taken by the author of this study using qualitative research methods. The results of the research (1) Holding a Festival or Competition. It is hoped that the competition activities carried out with Islamic nuances will become a place to meet other schools and by holding this festival it is hoped that it will have a positive impact on Madrasah aliyah Darussa'adah and be able to introduce Madrasah Aliyah to the community. Direct Promotion: a) Visiting junior high schools: This socialization aims to be able to provide information to students regarding the Madrasah Aliyah program and to introduce Madrasah Aliyah Darussa'adah to the wider community. b) Promotion through parents and through alumni: word-of-mouth promotion carried out by santri guardians to the wider community has a very good impact in increasing the amount of community interest, especially if they feel satisfaction with the education their children get while studying there. Promotion through alumni is very influential on people's assessment of changes in themselves, especially when they have achievements and become children who have a positive impact. (1) Improving Madrasah Excellence: (a) Developing extracurriculars: Extracurriculars become a vehicle for developing the potential of students, and it is hoped that Madrasah aliyah Darussa'adah can develop the talents/abilities that exist in each Santri/student. (2) Improving the quality of students. Improving the quality of students must be balanced with teacher professionalism and developing the potential of students according to the talents and interests of the students themselves. (3) Improve facilities and infrastructure. The facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Darussa'adah are quite complete, although there are still things that need to be completed. a) Through print media: Promotion of print media includes brochures and banners, brochures and banners are used as promotional material for Madrasah Aliyah Darussa'adah to attract new students so that they can increase the number of students and are considered simpler and easier to reach the community. b) Through social media: Electronic media promotion is one of the most effective promotions to use because it allows the public to easily find information on Madrasah Aliyah Darussa'adah through social media such as Facebook and the YouTube channel. Abstract

This study entitled "The Influence of Youth Activities at the Al-Istiqlal Mosque on the Religious Behavior of Youth in Siku Village, Empat Petulai Dangku District, Muara Enim Regency". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of youth activities at the Al-Istiqlal mosque on the religious behavior of adolescents in Siku Village, Empat Petulai Dangku District, Muara Enim Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used in this study using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique, namely the technique of taking all samples from the population, where the population totaled 40 people. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis by testing the hypothesis t test (partial test) and testing the coefficient of determination (R Square). Data processing was assisted by the SPSS Version 23 program. The results of this study indicated that there was an influence of youth mosque activities on adolescent religious behavior. This is evidenced by the t (partial) test obtained by tcount of 9.421 > ttable of 2.024, and the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.700 is equivalent to 70%, which means that the influence of the variable Mosque Youth Activities (X) on the Religious Behavior of Youth (Y), while the remaining 30% is influenced by other factors not examined. Abstract

This research is entitled: "Analysis of Strategies in Increasing the Number of Santri at the Darul Ulum Ngulak Islamic Boarding School, Sanga Desa District". This study aims to find out the strategy used by the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in increasing the number of students. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is according to Kotler and Armstrong. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results of this study indicate that the promotional activities carried out by the Darul Ulum Ngulak Islamic Boarding School have gone quite well, promotional activities carried out by direct or indirect socialization, developing and optimizing extracurriculars and facilities or facilities and infrastructure. Evaluation of this activity Darul Ulum Ngulak Islamic Boarding School has increased every new school year, it's just that the target of students has not been achieved so far because most students are more interested in public schools. Suggestions for the Darul Ulum Ngulak Islamic Boarding School should have human resources that specifically control promotional activities to manage the interests of students or the public so that they can carry out promotions more optimally, so that they can operate promotional activities carried out so that they run well.
