Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research discusses “Service Management for Hajj and Umrah Pilgrims in Adjusting to the Increase in Hajj and Umrah Costs PT. Bumi Nata Wisata Palembang” This research aims to determine the service management that will be provided to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out Hajj and Umrah services. This type of research is qualitative research, with secondary and primary data sources. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive qualitative by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from the research are that there are six stages of the theory put forward by Dr. H. Tata Sukayat, M.Ag: The management that has been planned: recruiting good, friendly and responsive human resources who have skills, providing training to employees, providing guidance and training to the congregation, as well as providing information services and ease of payment . The supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out Hajj and Umrah services are the location of the office which is strategic and easy to reach for pilgrims. Meanwhile, the obstacle in the service process is the lack of human resources or employees at PT. Bumi Nata Wisata, lacks indoor facilities and the office is very cramped, and there are many personal documents out of sync with prospective Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, making the administration process difficult. Abstract

This research using a type of quantitative research with survey techniques carried out by distributing questionnaires. The sample consisted of 55 people. Data analyzed with Instrument Testing, Assumption Testing, and Hypothesis Testing using toolshelp with SPSS version 26 software. The results of this study show that there is The influence of the tour leader on the discipline of the congregation, this has been proven The value of R square in the table is 0.114 which shows that the variable Congregation Discipline (Y) is influenced by the Tour Leader variable (X) by 11.4% and the remaining 88.6% was influenced by other factors not studied. leadership, for example, in terms of time discipline, namely utilizing time well in carrying out the series of Umrah pilgrimage activities. Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is entitled The role of the Umrah Zafir tour travel leader in developing service quality for customers. The problem raised in this research is the role of the Umrah Zafir Tour Travel leader in developing the quality of service to customers and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in service to customers. The aim of this research is to determine the role of the leader, as well as the impact of supporting and inhibiting factors in service to customers on the Umrah Zafir Tour. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The conclusions of this research are: 1. The role of the leader in providing services to the congregation is very necessary so that the service continues to run smoothly, and the candidates and registered congregation feel safe and comfortable. The role of a leader is really needed to ensure Zafir travel management is carried out well. Leaders also set an example for employees to apply to consumers so that consumers are confident in choosing Zafir travel to accompany the Umrah pilgrimage. 2. Supporting factors in the service, one of which is a speaker/loudspeaker to call the congregation who are separated from the group so they can immediately reach the gathering point, the loudspeaker is very helpful for congregations who are elderly, we prioritize the elderly because the elderly are easy and very vulnerable so they must be take note. Inhibiting factors in service are pilgrims who are left behind or lost, pilgrims who are sick due to differences in weather between Indonesia and Arabia, so pilgrims are very vulnerable to illness, pilgrims who do not understand the technology that has developed.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Optimizing Mosque Management in Increasing Religious Activities for the Community in Manggar Raya Village, Tanjung Lago District." There are two research objectives, namely first to determine the optimization of management of the Nurul Iman Mosque in increasing religious activities for the community in Manggar Raya Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, secondly, to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for optimizing the management of the Nurul Iman Mosque in increasing religious activities for the community in Manggar Raya Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research (field research) uses a qualitative approach. There are two data sources used, namely primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman concept with three stages, namely Data reduction, Data display, Conclusion drawing/verification. The theory in this research uses the theory of Moh E. Ayub, et al. The results of this research are that mosque management at the Nurul Iman Mosque is not yet optimal because the activities carried out by the mosque have not been fulfilled, due to a lack of human resources and some of them are no longer active in carrying out their duties as administrators, one of the reasons is that they are elderly so in carrying out activity programs is not optimal, and there is a lack of socializing in the community. Meanwhile, the religious activities carried out at the Nurul Iman Mosque only pray five times a day and Friday prayers, but religious activities are also carried out such as celebrating Islamic holidays, namely the Prophet's birthday, Isra Miraj, Hijri New Year, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, mother-in-law recitation. mothers, Pahing Sunday recitation, hadroh training for mosque teenagers, and BTA for children. The supporting factors at the Nurul Iman Mosque are adequate facilities, sufficient financial support, strategic location, while the inhibiting factors for mosque management at the Nurul Iman Mosque are lack of human resources, lack of interest from the younger generation, having other activities outside of mosque activities. , the activity program is lacking.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Improving the Supervisory Function of Leaders on Employee Performance at the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) OKU Regency". The aim of this research is to find out how to improve the supervisory function of leaders on employee performance at the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) OKU Regency. This type of research is field research, namely research that collects data in the field, located at BAZNAS, OKU District. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. This data analysis technique is qualitative descriptive through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research uses supervision theory by Kartono and employee performance theory by Robbins. Supervision at BAZNAS OKU District uses a collegial collective system, which means that supervision is carried out by 4 people, namely the Chairman, Deputy Head I, Deputy Head II and Deputy Deputy III. To improve the supervisory function of employee performance in this research, as implemented by BAZNAS, OKU District places more emphasis on supervision indicators: Determining Implementation Measures, Providing Assessments, and Carrying out Corrections. The supervision process at BAZNAS OKU Regency uses direct supervision through direct inspections, on-site observations and on-site reports. The types of supervision used are the type of preliminary supervision (feed forward control), the type of supervision carried out simultaneously with the implementation of activities (current control) and the type of feedback supervision (feedback control). The implementation of the supervisory process carried out by the leadership on employee performance at BAZNAS OKU District has not been carried out optimally. Because daily meetings are rarely implemented, which are usually held after employees have finished their work. However, this is still effective for employees, therefore employees can produce good performance so that the institution's goals can be realized optimally.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Perceptions of Palembang Ulama towards the Al Zaitun Indramayu Islamic Boarding School". This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study research method. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the perception of one of the famous Kyai, namely KH. Solihin Hasibuan in Palembang, as well as religious figures and community leaders regarding several evidences of heresy at Al zaitun, all agree that the teachings at the Al zaitun Islamic boarding school are teachings that deviate from Islamic law and norms, some of the evidence that has been mentioned, such as the prayer rows which are at a distance, the school used in the lodge is the Soekarno school of thought and several things that are implemented in Al zaitun, Friday prayer khotibs are allowed to be women, and female congregation members can pray close to the men's rows. , and the distance between the men's rows is half a meter. Other Islamic boarding schools must be clever in sorting and choosing and deepening the religious knowledge taught by the Prophet Muhammad so that they do not get confused and deviate from the scientific knowledge of the Prophet Muhammad, and it has been described by several media that the leader of the Al zaitun Islamic boarding school is Panji Gumilang after being appointed as suspect in the case of religious defamation and this news is already widely known by the wider community in Indonesia

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Mudir Leadership Style in producing Da'i at the Raudhatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Payaraman Village, Ogan Ilir Regency". The background of this research is the lack of mudir leadership in producing preachers at the Raudhatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this research is to determine the leadership style in producing preachers at the Raudhtaul Qur'an Islamic boarding school and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for a student to become a preacher at the Raudhtaul Qur'an Islamic boarding school. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation techniques using primary and secondary data. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is interactive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The theory used in this research is the Evans-Haous path-goal theory related to leadership style and the theory of Faizah and Lula Machsin Effendi related to the nature of a preacher. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the mudir leadership style has a significant influence on producing preachers. A leadership style that is inclusive, motivating and provides good examples tends to produce quality preachers who are able to become role models for society, and the inhibiting and supporting factors for santri to become preachers, the inhibiting factors are lack of motivation and lack of Islamic boarding school religious education facilities. And the supporting factors motivate students internally, adequate educational facilities for students. Thus, this research examines the importance of the mudir's role in producing competent and integrated preachers at the Raudhatul Qur'an Payaraman Islamic Boarding School, so that they can contribute positively to building society and the people.Keywords: Leadership style, Printing Da'i.

This research is motivated by the large number of early marriages and the lack of public awareness about the negative impact of early marriage in Sungai Menang District. The purpose of this research is to find out what strategies are carried out by KUA employees and counselors in Sungai Menang Sub-district in dealing with the impact of early marriage and to find out what factors can influence public awareness of the impact of early marriage through a proactive approach. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation using primary and secondary data. While in the data analysis technique used interactive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This research data uses the Impact of Early Marriage Theory popularized by Ngiyatul Khasanah and the KUA Strategy Theory popularized by Ayu Rahadianti and Azis Muslim. Based on the results of this study, there are still many people who enter into early marriage with various factors that occur, lack of public awareness of the impact of early marriage, and people who ignore the advice given by the extension workers, However, there are also people who understand and understand the impact of early marriage so that they do not enter into early marriage and the strategies carried out by the KUA have an impact on prospective brides who will register for marriage. Thus, the KUA strategy and extension activities carried out by the extension workers can be carried out well and smoothly, then people should realize and understand what the impact will be if they enter into early marriage.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "supervisory strategy for Umrah organizers in monitoring problematic travel in Palembang City". The aim of this research is to find out how the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City monitors travel in Palembang City. This type of research is field research, namely research that collects data in the field, located at the Ministry of Religion, Palembang City. This data collection technique is descriptive qualitative through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This researcher uses supervision theory by Soadang P. Siagan. Supervision at the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City using an internal control system shows that the strategy of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City in implementing its supervision is in an orderly, disciplined manner and following the rules, by controlling the level of travel compliance through the monitoring application/web which is carried out online by utilizing PUSAKA (Service Center). Religious). To improve this monitoring function for travel in Palembang City, it is best to carry out routine monitoring. The supervision process at the Ministry of Religion uses direct and indirect supervision. The implementation of the monitoring process carried out by the Ministry of Religion regarding travel is not yet optimally carried out directly, but the Ministry of Religion also carries out supervision via online/web. Because there is no set time to carry out direct supervision after the departure of the congregation. Abstract

This thesis is entitled Strategies for Using YouTube as a Means of Disseminating News (Study in the Public Daily Palembang Express). The aim of this research is to find out the strategies for using YouTube as a means of disseminating news by the Palembang Express General Daily and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Palembang Express General Daily in disseminating news via YouTube. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The types of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection tools are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants were 2 Palembang Ekspres staff. In this research, Miles Huberman's interactive analysis is: data reduction, data description, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research show that the strategy used by the Palembang Express Public Daily to disseminate news via YouTube is to create attractive titles and thumbnails, choosing interesting titles and thumbnails that can influence the audience, creating a special team to coordinate and create content on YouTube, increasing the number of programs with There are many programs, so viewers can choose what programs they like on YouTube Palembang Ekspres. And the last thing is to regularly post videos so that you can meet the information needs of the audience. The supporting factors for the Palembang Express General Daily in disseminating news via YouTube are adequate equipment to create good and quality video content. Apart from that, the audience's response also has an influence as a supporting factor because criticism, suggestions and appreciation become evaluation material so that YouTube Palembang Ekspres content can be even better. Another supporting factor is team commitment, hard work and team discipline which is very influential in disseminating news via YouTube. Apart from that, there are also inhibiting factors, namely obstacles in attracting audience interest due to changing audience tastes and slow internet networks which slightly hinder the dissemination of news via YouTube.
