Abstract

The thesis with the title "Management of Mosque Takmir in Growing Congregational Prayer Self-awareness for Teenagers of Majid Al-Muttaqin in Bentayan Village, Banyuasin Regency" aims to find out the management of mosque takmir in growing self-awareness of Al-Muttaqin mosque youth in Bentayan Village, Banyuasin Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive in nature which examines and describes the problem clearly. Data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. then the data were analyzed consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. In this study, there is a background problem, namely the Al-Muttaqin Mosque in Bentayan Village, at first, there was still no self-awareness to pray in congregation, then the mosque's takmir managed it with TOT (Training Of Trainer) programs, but for teenagers in Bentayan Village it is still his awareness has not yet grown to pray in congregation at the Al-Muttaqin Mosque, Bentayan Village, Banyuasin Regency. Based on the results of the discussion in the previous chapters, it can be concluded that the Management of Mosque Takmir in Growing Congregational Prayer Self-awareness for Youth Al-Muttaqin Mosque, Bentayan Village, Banyuasin Regency, namely having Planning (growing youth self-awareness and improving the quality of worshipers with the TOT program). Organizing (conducting outreach with youth and other congregations regarding the importance of these activities). Actuating (Implementation of activities begins with sending training program invitations to 40 mosque administrators and youth to attend the TOT activity event). Controlling (controlling all activities including TOT activities, so that activities can be more effective and get maximum results in growing self-awareness for youth and other worshipers to pray in the mosque and prosper the mosque). Evaluation (TOT activities as a handle on improving the quality of youth in mosques and other mosque congregations, this activity can be effective, if it can be done consistently). The results of the study show that mosque takmir management has an important role in growing mosque youth's self-awareness regarding congregational prayers. This was achieved through several management strategies through training in TOT (Training Of Trainers) activities. The existence of these activities mosque youth get a positive attitude and begin to realize the importance of praying in congregation at the mosque.

Abstract

Discipline in congregational prayer is very important so that each individual can obtain multiple rewards from Allah SWT. This research aims to determine the level of discipline in congregational prayers of beneficiaries (PM) before and after having hadith-based group guidance, as well as to determine the application of hadith-based group guidance in improving discipline in congregational prayers of beneficiaries. A qualitative approach with descriptive research methods was used by researchers in this research. 8 beneficiaries at the Palembang "Budi Perkasa" Center were selected to be research subjects. Data collection techniques in this research include observation, interviews and documentation. The activities in data analysis are in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research obtained the results, namely (1) There was still a low level of discipline in congregational prayers among beneficiaries at the "Budi Perkasa" Center in Palembang before the implementation of hadith-based group guidance where clients were still unable to comply with the applicable rules, could not arrange time according to schedule and had low prayer discipline. congregation and delaying congregational prayers. (2) The application of hadith-based group guidance to improve congregational prayer discipline among beneficiaries is carried out through 4 stages, namely the formation stage, transition stage, activity stage, and conclusion stage. This guidance was carried out in 5 meetings using 4 stages. It can be concluded that the problem of congregational prayer discipline among the beneficiaries has made some progress and has undergone changes. (3) There was an increase in discipline in carrying out congregational prayers among the beneficiaries of the Palembang "Budi Perkasa" Center after the implementation of hadith-based group guidance where clients were able to comply with applicable rules, could arrange time according to schedule and increased discipline in congregational prayers

Abstract

This research discusses "Islamic Guidance Counseling using the Al-hikmah Method to Improve Adolescent Morality". This research aims to improve adolescent morality and find out Islamic counseling guidance using the al-hikmah method to improve adolescent morality. This type of research is field research with a descriptive approach. Data collection tools include interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The subjects of this research were 12 teenagers aged 12-15 years, heads and supervisors of the Islamic Youth Family at the An-Nashiriin Mosque. The results of this research show that adolescent morality can be seen from their lack of respect and courtesy, their inability to control themselves, and their inability to get used to behaving well in accordance with moral values. After carrying out the Islamic counseling guidance process in 5 meetings. The stages of Islamic counseling guidance using the al-hikmah method to improve adolescent morality are using the initial stage, transition stage, activity stage, and final stage. So that the results obtained are that teenagers are able to be obedient and respectful towards other people, able to communicate well, able to control themselves, and able to get used to behaving well in accordance with moral values and reducing bad behavior towards other people.

Abstract

This research discusses "Islamic Counseling Guidance Through Da'wah Mau'izah Hasanah in Correcting Negative Behavior in Students of the Daarul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Talang Kelapa District". This research aims to increase positive behavior and find out Islamic Counseling Guidance through Mau'izah Hasanah Da'wah in Correcting Negative Behavior in Pupils at the Daarul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Talang Kelapa District. This type of research is a type of field research with a descriptive approach. Data collection tools include observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The subjects of this research were 10 female students at the Islamic boarding school "Daarul Hikmah, Talang Kelapa District". The results of the research show that the condition of female students is better and more accepting of themselves than before. Where these female students can be seen so far being able to change themselves little by little, being more able to accept the existing situation, and continuing to try to always learn from previous situations and as time goes by and in the process of maturation they will understand and comprehend.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what management strategies are related to the management mix implemented by the Bayt Al-Quran Al-Akbar Palembang religious tourist attraction. Using descriptive-qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation which aims to provide an overview or describe the existing reality or what happened to the object under study. The results of this research show that the management strategy used in Bayt Al-Quran Al-Akbar has a big impact on increasing the attractiveness of religious tourism, and Bayt Al-Quran Al-Akbar shows that religious tourism Al-Quran Al-Akbar has extraordinary potential as a Palembang City religious tourist attraction.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the concept of religious tolerance through the interpretation of the Qur'an by analyzing Kim Knott's thoughts about insider/outsider. This is motivated by a social fact that is being polemic and viral regarding the request of one Christian to the Indonesian Ministry of Religion to reform the interpretation of the Qur'an. By using qualitative methods and content analysis techniques as well as Kim Knott's insider/outsider perspective approach, this article concludes that the insider/outsider perspective on the open letter of Christians sent to the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs to reform the interpretation of the Qur’an, is seen as dividing religious communities in Indonesia. Although it received support from the majority of Christians (outsiders) and claimed that its request to the Ministry of Religious Affairs specifically to revise the interpretation of QS. al-A’raf [7]: 157 is an act of tolerance, in fact what he did was an act of intolerance that could damage harmony between Muslims and Christians. In the insider's perspective, the request is seen as too interfering with Islamic teachings and ignoring one of the indicators of religious moderation promoted by the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs, namely tolerance. Some posts uploaded related to the request to reform the interpretation of the Qur’an on social media have indirectly become an embryo of intolerance of interfaith harmony, especially between Muslims and Christians.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeksripsikan dan menganalisis urgensi infaq melalui platform digital dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Lalu penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan studi kepustakaan dengan cara pengumpulan data dengan melakukan studi penelaahan terhadap buku-buku, literatur-literatur, catatan-catatan, dan laporan-laporan yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah yang dipecahkan. Sedangkan pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif kemudian diolah menggunakan Content Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa urgensi infaq melalui platform digital memiliki potensi besar dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, infaq digital dapat menjadi instrumen yang efektif dalam mengurangi ketimpangan ekonomi dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Namun, untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penting untuk memastikan bahwa platform digital yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan infaq dapat diakses dengan mudah, transparan, dan aman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, yang mana dalam pengolahan datanya berupa angka-angka. Dalam penelitian ini akan meregresi variabel (X) kecerdasan spiritual dan variabel (Y) motivasi kerja yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui, apakah kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di pondok pesantren Nurul Qomar Kota Palembang. Kecerdasan spiritual dapat memberikan dampak pada motivasi kerja pegawai yang dilakukan, kecerdasan spiritual dapat mempengaruhi perilaku setiap individu dalam bekerja untuk mendapatkan hasil kerja yang maksimal. Pada penelitian ini mengelola data melalui angket dengan banyaknya responden yang berjumlah 70 orang yaitu pegawai di pondok pesantren Nurul Qomar Kota Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan pertanyaan sebanyak 28 butir soal, variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan spiritual sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan motivasi kerja sebagai varaibel terikat (Y). Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan pengujian hipotesis uji (T) dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Untuk pembuktian dalam pengambilan keputusan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS For Windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di pondok pesantren Nurul Qomar Kota Palembang dilihat dari t-hitung (3.993) lebih besar dari t-tabel (1.66757) dengan taraf signifikan 5% hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sementara untuk persentasi pengaruhnya sebesar 19% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Quality mosque organizations need human resource development, what is meant by human resource development in this study is the implementation process carried out at the Amaliah Mosque, Sukarami District. The research entitled Implementation of Human Resource Management Program for Mosque Youth Associations in Improving the Prosperity of the Amaliah Mosque, Sukarami District, Sukabangun 2 Village, Palembang City. The research objectives were 1) to know the Implementation of Human Resource Management in the Mosque Youth Association Program in Increasing the Prosperity of the Amaliah Mosque, 2) to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in the Human Resource Management Program for the Mosque Youth Association in Increasing the Prosperity of the Amaliah Mosque. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that 1) The mosque youth level program is prepared to become children who have noble character, have an independent leadership spirit, memorize the 30 chapters of the Qur'an, have Islamic morals, implement HRM, integrate the tahfidz curriculum, dirosyah Islamiyyah and leadership as the soul of a teacher example. Teenagers memorize the Qur'an in 30 juz increments, equipped with a variety of religious material on the mulazamah system. 2) Supporting factors, namely directly from the taklim assembly, the availability of adequate funds and supervision so that simple activities carried out at the mosque appear to be successful because of good communication and cooperation between administrators and mosque youth. While the obstacles in the implementation, namely the lack of awareness of the people around the Amaliah mosque to participate in existing programs or activities on a regular basis, so that religious activities do not seem optimal, only from mosque youth who play an active role in the prosperity of the mosque.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai bagaimana santri dalam beribadah, strategi dakwah yang digunakan da’i kepada santri dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan beribadah di Pondok Pesantren Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin Palembang dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menentukan strategi dakwah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang merupakan prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskripsi berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kondisi dan fenomena dengan sedalam-dalamnya melalui pengumpulan data. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran dalam pembinaan ibadah santri sudah cukup baik, akan tetapi terdapat beberapa santri kurang disiplin dalam melaksanakan ibadah. Strategi dakwah yang digunakan da’i dalam meningkatkan pembinaan ibadah santri di Pondok Pesantren Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin Palemban antara lain mengawasi dan mengontrol secara rutin, menumbuhkan kesadaran diri santri, memberikan teladan, pemberian nasehat dan kajian Islam serta pemberian sanksi/hukuman. Adapun faktor pendukung adalah kesabaran da’i, lingkungan yang kondusif. Adapun yang menjadi faktor penghambat adalah perpulangan santri, adanya santri luar dan adanya kegiatan-kegiatan santri.
