Abstract

Based on the data found, interest and career choices of sundanesse are commonly less challenging. It is related to sundanesse characteristics which is based on cultural values. The purpose of this research is obtaining interest description and career choices of sundanesse by having quantitative descriptive study of 30 SMK students in east Bandung as a sample. Result shows that interest and career choices from sunda cultural background mostly shows high social interest, enterprising and conventional.

Abstract

This article discusses the constitution (undang-undang) of West Sumatra. The Minangkabau people constitute the Matrilineal community. Their customs and culture place the women as the inheritors of inheritance and kinship. Nevertheless, the role of men who actively play roles in religious and political spheres is still significant. Seen from their economy, the Minangkabau  indigenous people have a wealth of fertile land so that the majority of the community's work is farming various plants such as coffee, spices, rice etc. The progress of the community is not only in the economic field but also the development of Islam. The spread of Islam continues to grow and the Islam has been a popular religion among the Minangkabau people. The community also has a legal order written in an Act, which was written in Minangkabau in 1837 precisely after the Padri war and the Dutch rule in the Minangkabau land. Dutch Residents (Heinmers) ordered community leaders to write a customary law into the West Sumatra Act, the enactment of this West Sumatra Law until 1862 because when the Dutch set new regulations on the Minangkabau community, namely stelsel culture so that people followed all the new rules. The West Sumatra Law is divided into three parts: the Adat Law in Nagari, the Murder Case Law, and the Syara Companding Adat Law. Keywords: Minangkabau Society, customary law, local act.

Abstract

Self-control based on spiritual elements can be said to be the cause of human obstruction in achieving peace and happiness. Thus, this study aims to uncover the concept of self-control in the perspective of sufi psychology and stoicism philosophy that is able to answer the problems of life today in achieving peace and happiness. In its preparation, this article uses qualitative methods with a library approach and is analyzed comparatively. The results and discussions of this study include an explanation of self-control in Robert Frager's view, self-control in the philosophy of stoicism, and a comparison of the concepts of self-control from both views. From this study, it can be concluded that the philosophy of Stoicism and Sufi psychology shake hands to agree that the most basic self-control is controlling perception, so that one can achieve a peaceful and peaceful life. Association with God is the main purpose of self-control in sufi psychology to get a life that is surrounded by a sense of peace. Stoicism philosophy emphasizes that man can distinguish between things that they can control or those they cannot control.

Abstract

This paper purpose is to determine how the concept of the value of Sufism in Idrisiyyah Islamic Boarding School Tasikmalaya. Second, how to apply the values of Sufism of the Idrisiyyah Tarekat in developing the character of the students of the Idrisiyyah Islamic Boarding School Tasikmalaya.this paper used qualitative method which data source from observation, interview, and literatures that related with the topic. The research result shows that Idrisiyyah as a religious institution engaged in an effort to develop the character of the students emphasizes on three religious pillars namely Faith, Islam, Ihsan, in the pattern of Sufism put forward Sufism amali oriented to Tazkiyyah annafsh (cleansing of the soul) tashfiyah al-qalb (building a positive character), and tahdzib al-akhlaq (building akhlakul karimah) trying to instill a positive character for the santri. One of the efforts to handle santri not be deceived by the world is with cultivation of sufistic values guided directly by Mursyid Tarekat Idrisiyyah namely Sheikh Akbar Muhammad Fathurrahman. Dhikr gives meaning to self-awareness which then encourages him consciously and with full responsibility to continue his dynamic life mission of giving meaning through righteous deeds.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the hadith of the Prophet SAW. about cleanliness. This research method is qualitative through the approach of takhrij and sharah hadith with chemical analysis. The result and discussion of this research are to maintain environmental cleanliness by reducing plastic waste so that it can reduce the occurrence of environmental pollution. This research concludes that keeping the environment clean is highly recommended by the Prophet SAW. based on takhrij and sharah hadith. This study recommends developing efforts to maintain environmental cleanliness by reducing plastic waste.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the readiness of cooperatives at the Al-Mu'awanah Islamic Boarding School in applying for halal certification for each of their goods. The results of the knowledge of cooperative management about UUJPH are 81% in the good category, SJH knowledge is 90% in the good category, and HACCP knowledge is 85% in the good category, measuring the level of adaptation of cooperatives to halal-certified cooperatives at the Al-Mu'awannah Islamic Boarding School, with 85% in the good category and ready for halal certification. With this readiness, Al-Mu'awannah Islamic Boarding School is believed to be able to provide the best halal product services to customers and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Tumbuhan kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata L.) telah dikenal masyarakat sebagai gulma yang digunakan untuk obat tradisional. Tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae ini mengandung terpenoid dan steroid yang bersifat larvasida. Senyawa bioaktif yang terkandung dalam tumbuhan kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata L.)  diduga dapat memberikan efek larvasida terhadap Aedes aegypti, sehingga dilakukan ekstraksi dan fraksinasi terhadap daun kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata L.) untuk pengujian larvasida. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan adalah maserasi menggunakan n-heksana, ekstrak yang didapat difraksinasi menggunakan metode KVC, KKG, KLT dan hasil fraksinasi (B2-G3) diidentifikasi dengan FTIR. Pengujian larvasida terhadap Aedes aegypti dilakukan pada hasil ekstraksi (Crude) dan fraksi B2-G3 sebagai sampel uji. Data mortalitas Aedes aegypti dianalisis probit dengan SPSS 16,00 untuk menentukan nilai LC50 selama 72 jam. Sampel uji dikategorikan toksik jika menunjukkan nilai LC50< 1000 ppm. Hasil analisis probit menunjukkan nilai LC50 fraksi B2-G3 adalah 738,938 ppm yang menunjukkan fraksi tersebut berpotensi sebagai larvasida terhadap Aedes aegypti. Sedangkan nilai LC50 dari ekstrak n-heksana (Crude) adalah 16358,825 ppm yang menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak n-heksana dari daun kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata L.) tidak berpotensi sebagai larvasida terhadap Aedes aegypti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas sistem akuntansi pada sektor usaha informal. Metode dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitis dan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dihimpun merupakan data primer dan sekunder melalui wawancara langsung secara terstruktur dan melalui kajian pustaka. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 70% pelaku usaha informal belum melakukan pencatatan akuntansi sesuai standar yang berlaku. Sebagian besar baru melakukan sistem akuntansi yang sangat sederhana, karena sistem akuntansi tersebut masih dianggap rumit bagi mereka. Catatan akuntansi yang sudah dipahami dan mampu dilakukan serta dibutuhkan sesuai situasi kondisi responden adalah: catatan arus kas, catatan persediaan dan laporan laba rugi. Hasil penelitian ini sebagian besar telah menjawab beberapa rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, meskipun masih ada satu rekomendasi yang belum terjawab sehingga menjadi keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini, yakni: belum tersedianya buku panduan pembukuan bagi sektor informal. Atas dasar hal tersebut, maka direkomendasikan agar diselenggarakannya sosialisasi mengenai pelatihan akuntansi bagi para pelaku usaha informal sesuai standar sehingga diharapkan akan ada pengenalan, pembiasaan, pengetahuan dan kegiatan akuntansi yang disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi para pelaku usaha informal di lapangan.
