Abstract

Manusia merupakan mahluk yang paling sempurna ciptaan Tuhan karena dibekali akal dan fikiran dalam bertindak dan tiap manusia mengalami perkembangan dalam hidupnya mlai dari masa bayi sampai masa lanjut usia dan setiap perkembangan pasti seseorang akan menjadi tua. Kesepian adalah kondisi menyedihkan yang merupakan akibat dari kurangnya hubungan yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran rasa kesepian padaa lansia di panti Jati Adulam Ministry. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 lansia yang berstatus dititipkan keluarga dan 2 karyawan yang bekerja di panti Jati Adulam Ministry. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan metode interview/wawancara dan observasi guna untuk mendapat informasi tentang “rasa kesepian pada lansia di panti Jati Adulam Ministry”. Lansia merasa kesepian saat tinggal dipanti dikarenakan rindu dengan keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rasa kesepian lansia di panti Jati Adulam bisa diidentifikasi dari cara mereka kesepian. Dalam hal kesepian, pada lansia dikatakan kurang baik karena kurangnya perhatiaan dari keluarga yang tidak pernah menjenguk dan menanyakan kabar kepada lansia yang tinggal di panti Jati Adulam Minstry.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how psychology can be used to overcome barriers to teamwork and improve overall organizational performance. Teamwork is an important element in various contexts, from the business world to academic and social environments. Effective teamwork not only contributes to achieving common goals but also strengthens interpersonal relationships, increases job satisfaction, and optimizes productivity. Through a qualitative research approach and data collection from various literature sources, this article presents an in-depth analysis of the role of psychology in improving the quality of teamwork. The results of this research show that psychology has an important role in improving the quality of teamwork and has a significant influence. By understanding and overcoming obstacles in group dynamics, developing effective communication skills, and promoting coordination, balance of contribution, mutual support, effort, and cohesion in teams, psychology can assist in creating a work environment that is conducive to successfully achieving shared goals.

Abstract

In a dynamic modern era, organizational teams are an important concept in various fields of life, including in the world of work and group activities. The work environment and organizational culture can influence individual behavior, including the emergence of machiavellianism behavior. Machiavellianism is a trait that tends to be manipulative and lacks empathy for others. This study aims to explore the influence of environment on machiavellianism behavior in organizational teams. Using a desk study method, this research concludes that Machiavellianism can affect team dynamics, performance, and relationships between team members. Some of the key factors that influence Machiavellianism include aggression, egoism and manipulation. It is important for individuals with machiavellianism traits to avoid its negative impact and improve performance and collaboration in social and professional interactions.

Abstract

This activity aims to find out the forms of toxic relationships in dating, the factors that cause toxic relationships in dating and the impact of toxic relationships on adolescent victims of toxic relationships in re-establishing relationships with the opposite sex. This activity uses presentation and question and answer methods with the aim of exploring and examining the experiences of adolescents who have been in toxic relationships in dating. The results of this activity on adolescents who have experienced toxic relationships in dating show that first, the factors that cause toxic relationships in adolescents at Smkn 7 Surakarta Class 11, namely internal factors such as unstable emotional state, immature way of thinking and victims of dependence on their partners while external factors such as the influence of the social environment, jealousy, cheating and disobedience. Second, the impact experienced by students who have experienced toxic relationships in dating, when re-establishing relationships with the opposite sex is a psychological impact such as the emergence of fear and trauma to re-establish relationships with the opposite sex. However, during the question and answer session, there were informants who claimed to have difficulty getting to know new people and finally chose to return to their toxic past on the grounds that their past loved them more than new people.
