Abstract

Manusia merupakan mahluk yang paling sempurna ciptaan Tuhan karena dibekali akal dan fikiran dalam bertindak dan tiap manusia mengalami perkembangan dalam hidupnya mlai dari masa bayi sampai masa lanjut usia dan setiap perkembangan pasti seseorang akan menjadi tua. Kesepian adalah kondisi menyedihkan yang merupakan akibat dari kurangnya hubungan yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran rasa kesepian padaa lansia di panti Jati Adulam Ministry. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 lansia yang berstatus dititipkan keluarga dan 2 karyawan yang bekerja di panti Jati Adulam Ministry. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan metode interview/wawancara dan observasi guna untuk mendapat informasi tentang “rasa kesepian pada lansia di panti Jati Adulam Ministry”. Lansia merasa kesepian saat tinggal dipanti dikarenakan rindu dengan keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rasa kesepian lansia di panti Jati Adulam bisa diidentifikasi dari cara mereka kesepian. Dalam hal kesepian, pada lansia dikatakan kurang baik karena kurangnya perhatiaan dari keluarga yang tidak pernah menjenguk dan menanyakan kabar kepada lansia yang tinggal di panti Jati Adulam Minstry.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how psychology can be used to overcome barriers to teamwork and improve overall organizational performance. Teamwork is an important element in various contexts, from the business world to academic and social environments. Effective teamwork not only contributes to achieving common goals but also strengthens interpersonal relationships, increases job satisfaction, and optimizes productivity. Through a qualitative research approach and data collection from various literature sources, this article presents an in-depth analysis of the role of psychology in improving the quality of teamwork. The results of this research show that psychology has an important role in improving the quality of teamwork and has a significant influence. By understanding and overcoming obstacles in group dynamics, developing effective communication skills, and promoting coordination, balance of contribution, mutual support, effort, and cohesion in teams, psychology can assist in creating a work environment that is conducive to successfully achieving shared goals.

Abstract

In a dynamic modern era, organizational teams are an important concept in various fields of life, including in the world of work and group activities. The work environment and organizational culture can influence individual behavior, including the emergence of machiavellianism behavior. Machiavellianism is a trait that tends to be manipulative and lacks empathy for others. This study aims to explore the influence of environment on machiavellianism behavior in organizational teams. Using a desk study method, this research concludes that Machiavellianism can affect team dynamics, performance, and relationships between team members. Some of the key factors that influence Machiavellianism include aggression, egoism and manipulation. It is important for individuals with machiavellianism traits to avoid its negative impact and improve performance and collaboration in social and professional interactions.

Abstract

This activity aims to find out the forms of toxic relationships in dating, the factors that cause toxic relationships in dating and the impact of toxic relationships on adolescent victims of toxic relationships in re-establishing relationships with the opposite sex. This activity uses presentation and question and answer methods with the aim of exploring and examining the experiences of adolescents who have been in toxic relationships in dating. The results of this activity on adolescents who have experienced toxic relationships in dating show that first, the factors that cause toxic relationships in adolescents at Smkn 7 Surakarta Class 11, namely internal factors such as unstable emotional state, immature way of thinking and victims of dependence on their partners while external factors such as the influence of the social environment, jealousy, cheating and disobedience. Second, the impact experienced by students who have experienced toxic relationships in dating, when re-establishing relationships with the opposite sex is a psychological impact such as the emergence of fear and trauma to re-establish relationships with the opposite sex. However, during the question and answer session, there were informants who claimed to have difficulty getting to know new people and finally chose to return to their toxic past on the grounds that their past loved them more than new people.

Abstract

Hubungan romantis yang berakhir dapat menimbulkan distres emosional yang signifikan, terutama pada individu dengan pola kelekatan tidak aman dan keterampilan regulasi emosi yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas intervensi konseling eklektik yang mengombinasikan pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) dan humanistik dalam menangani kasus mahasiswa perempuan berusia 20 tahun yang mengalami distres emosional pasca putus hubungan romantis jarak jauh. Klien menunjukkan pola perilaku manipulatif, self-blame berlebihan, dan gejala fisik berupa penurunan berat badan 5 kg tanpa diet. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis studi kasus tunggal. Intervensi dilakukan melalui sesi konseling peer-to-peer via media chat dengan menerapkan teknik cognitive restructuring, normalisasi, behavioral analysis, dan psychoeducation. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan insight klien tentang dinamika hubungannya, berkurangnya self-blame, dan munculnya motivasi untuk recovery. Klien menunjukkan perspective shift dari external locus of control menuju internal locus of control yang lebih sehat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang aplikasi konseling eklektik dalam setting informal dan efektivitas peer counseling dalam menangani distres emosional akut. Abstract

Abstract Decreased motivation to study after a holiday is a common phenomenon experienced by students, especially due to the influence of internal factors such as negative thoughts and external factors such as technological distractions and social isolation. This study aims to explore the application of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in overcoming decreased motivation to study in psychology students. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a subject of a 21-year-old female student who showed symptoms of procrastination and difficulty focusing after a semester break. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and counseling notes. Interventions were carried out through three main CBT techniques: cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and goal setting. The results showed an increase in self-awareness, changes in negative thought patterns, and the formation of healthier study routines. These findings indicate that CBT is effective as a psychological intervention strategy to restore and improve students' motivation to study during the academic transition period.   Penurunan motivasi belajar pasca-liburan merupakan fenomena umum yang dialami oleh mahasiswa, terutama akibat pengaruh faktor internal seperti pikiran negatif dan faktor eksternal seperti distraksi teknologi serta isolasi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) dalam mengatasi penurunan motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa psikologi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek seorang mahasiswi berusia 21 tahun yang menunjukkan gejala prokrastinasi dan kesulitan fokus setelah liburan semester. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan catatan konseling. Intervensi dilakukan melalui tiga teknik CBT utama: restrukturisasi kognitif, aktivasi perilaku, dan penetapan tujuan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran diri, perubahan pola pikir negatif, serta terbentuknya rutinitas belajar yang lebih sehat. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa CBT efektif sebagai strategi intervensi psikologis untuk mengembalikan dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa di masa transisi akademik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi resiliensi mahasiswa difabel dalam menjalani perkuliahan di Universitas Sahid Surakarta. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan individu untuk bangkit dari kesulitan dan beradaptasi dengan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam kehidupan. Mahasiswa difabel menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi, baik dari aspek akademik, sosial, maupun psikologis. Meskipun demikian, sebagian dari mereka mampu menunjukkan ketahanan diri yang kuat dalam menghadapi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam kepada 6 informan utama (mahasiswa difabel) dan 2 informan pendukung. Wawancara dilakukan secara lisan maupun bantuan media tulisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi mahasiswa difabel terbentuk melalui tiga aspek utama berdasarkan teori Grotberg (1999), yaitu I Have (dukungan sosial dan fasilitas), I Am (penerimaan diri dan motivasi internal), dan I Can (kemampuan mengelola emosi dan memecahkan masalah). Faktor lingkungan kampus yang inklusif, dukungan dari keluarga dan teman, serta motivasi pribadi menjadi penentu utama dalam membentuk ketahanan diri mereka. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan inklusif yang tidak hanya bersifat struktural, tetapi juga emosional dan sosial, guna mendukung keberhasilan mahasiswa difabel dalam menempuh pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

Prior research has demonstrated that bullying at Islamic boarding schools is a concerning issue, since it can hinder the psychological, social, and spiritual growth of students. Islamic boarding schools continue to report numerous incidents of bullying, encompassing verbal, physical, and social manifestations, despite their recognition as institutions that promote Islamic values. This study implemented a program to reduce bullying behaviour in a boarding school. This experimental study utilised both quantitative and qualitative methods, notably implementing a pretest-posttest design. Researchers selected a total of 30 students. The researchers gathered data by distributing a questionnaire designed to quantify the bullying variable. Following the data collection, the researchers implemented an intervention. Before the Ta'awun training intervention, researchers conducted a pretest to assess the students' baseline comprehension of bullying. Researchers utilised the pretest data to delineate the participants' status before the intervention. Researchers conducted a posttest in the last phase to evaluate the participants' knowledge of bullying following the intervention. The results indicated an 8.33% improvement in kids' comprehension of anti-bullying Ta'awun. The students successfully developed posters displaying the words "no bullying", accompanied by relevant drawings as a means of anti-bullying expression. Students preferred the Ta'awun anti-bullying program due to its comprehensive and collaborative approach, grounded in Islamic teachings. The students appreciated the Ta'awun anti-bullying initiative for its thorough and cooperative methodology, which is grounded in Islamic principles. Ta'awun training is designed with the student's well-being and the institution's needs in mind, so that participants can carry out their role as anti-bullying ambassadors with enthusiasm and without feeling burdened.

Abstract

The integration of Islamic values into science and mathematics instruction in madrasahs remains a persistent challenge in Classroom practice. While prior studies on Lesson Study have demonstrated improvements in instructional quality and collaborative reflection, limited attention has been given to how such professional learning structures can support the enactment of value-based pedagogies. This study addresses that gap by examining a modified Lesson Study model grounded in the Ulul Albab framework within a school-based action research design conducted over two cycles at a Madrasah Aliyah in Indonesia. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and lesson plan analysis. The findings indicate that the model contributed to measurable shifts in teachers' pedagogical practices, particularly in the design of inquiry-based lessons that integrated reflective and ethical dimensions alongside scientific reasoning. However, the integration process was not uniform; some teachers initially reverted to symbolic or add-on approaches before gradually developing more coherent alignment between content and values. Compared to conventional Lesson Study implementations, the Ulul Albab-based model explicitly structures reflective dialogue around the epistemic and ethical dimensions of the subject matter, thereby extending the scope of collaborative inquiry beyond pedagogical techniques. These findings suggest that Lesson Study can function not only as a mechanism for improving instructional strategies but also as a structured space for negotiating the pedagogical meaning of value integration. The study contributes an empirically grounded professional development model that demonstrates both the possibilities and the practical challenges of translating faith-science integration into Classroom practice.

Abstract

Profesi pengajar daycare menuntut stabilitas emosi yang tinggi, namun mereka juga rentan terhadap tekanan psikologis dari penggunaan media sosial, seperti kecemasan yang dipicu oleh perbandingan sosial dan kelelahan digital. Sayangnya, kelompok profesi ini sering terabaikan dalam program intervensi kesehatan mental. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui program edukasi "Cerdas Digital, Sehat Mental" dengan pendekatan community development pada pengajar di Daycare Al-Ghazi. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahap: asesmen awal melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan pengukuran tingkat kecemasan (pre-test) menggunakan skala GAD-7; intervensi berupa workshop interaktif mengenai literasi digital kritis dan strategi manajemen stres; serta pemberdayaan melalui fasilitasi peer support group. Hasil program menunjukkan adanya penurunan skor rata-rata kecemasan yang signifikan secara statistik (p < 0.001) dari level sedang (M=11.87) pada pre-test menjadi level ringan (M=6.40) pada post-test. Temuan kualitatif juga mengonfirmasi adanya pergeseran kesadaran dari pengguna pasif menjadi pengguna media yang lebih kritis dan berdaya. Program ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa edukasi literasi digital kritis yang dikombinasikan dengan pemberdayaan komunitas efektif sebagai strategi preventif untuk menurunkan kecemasan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis pengajar, yang pada akhirnya berinvestasi pada kualitas lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini.
