Abstract

In an increasingly sophisticated era, the development of technology has made major changes in the business world. One of them is on social media which is increasingly developing and facilitating communication. Communication in business is very important. So it is necessary to achieve the existing conveniences and need to be used as well as possible. This form of utilization can be accepted by MSME actors in Indonesia, especially MSMEs in Jombang District. By using the interview method to thoroughly discuss the use of social media in their business, and using supporting questions, the results of the study show that the use of social media can be made to facilitate media promotion, so as to improve the development of MSMEs themselves. The sales rate is getting faster and automatically increases in other aspects of the business. The increase that occurred has made MSME players feel benefited and facilitated by the current sophistication of technology. The positive benefits obtained by MSME players are expanding market networks, facilitating interaction with consumers, and increasing product sales.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of Dividends per Share (DPS) and profitability on the stock prices of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. From a population of 92 companies, 7 were selected as research samples through purposive sampling based on specific eligibility criteria. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative design to examine the relationship between the variables. Secondary data were obtained from published financial statements, and the analysis was conducted using panel data regression with E-Views 12 software. The results reveal that DPS exerts a significant positive influence on stock prices, indicating that dividend distribution is a key factor in attracting investor interest and enhancing market value in the property and real estate sector. Conversely, profitability, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), does not significantly affect stock prices, suggesting that investors may place greater emphasis on dividend policies rather than operational profitability when making investment decisions in this industry. These findings contribute to the literature on capital market behavior in emerging economies and offer practical implications for corporate managers in formulating dividend strategies to strengthen investor confidence and market performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam efektivitas strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital yang diimplementasikan oleh Bahagia Bersama Wedding Planner di Bandung melalui pemanfaatan unit Wedding Content Creator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap pemilik perusahaan serta para calon pengantin yang telah menggunakan jasa tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menerapkan kerangka teori Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) untuk membedah bagaimana pesan pemasaran diproses oleh calon pengantin. Temuan utama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bahagia Bersama Wedding Planner berhasil mengintegrasikan rute perifer dan rute sentral secara harmonis dalam menarik minat pelanggan. Isyarat perifer dimanfaatkan melalui estetika visual Instagram yang menarik untuk memicu atensi awal, sementara rute sentral diperkuat melalui proposisi nilai berupa layanan Wedding Content Creator gratis yang efektif dalam memitigasi isu sensitivitas harga serta memberikan nilai ekonomi tambahan yang signifikan. Implementasi dokumentasi instan ini merupakan respon inovatif terhadap perubahan perilaku konsumen generasi milenial dan Gen Z yang memposisikan konten media sosial sebagai kebutuhan primer. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan komunikasi pemasaran digital di industri jasa pernikahan sangat bergantung pada kemampuan vendor dalam menyelaraskan daya tarik visual dengan argumentasi logis yang mampu membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan di tengah saturasi pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure and operational efficiency on the profitability of national private banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. Capital structure is proxied by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), while operational efficiency is measured using the Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) ratio. Bank profitability is represented by Return on Assets (ROA). This research adopts a quantitative approach employing multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of five national private banks selected through purposive sampling. The analysis procedures include descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, partial hypothesis testing, simultaneous testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results indicate that CAR has a positive but insignificant effect on ROA, suggesting that the level of capital adequacy has not been optimally utilized to directly enhance bank profitability. In contrast, BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA, indicating that higher operating expenses tend to reduce profitability. Simultaneously, CAR and BOPO significantly affect ROA with a coefficient of determination of 0.714. These findings highlight that operational efficiency plays a more dominant role than capital structure in determining the profitability of national private banks during the study period.
