Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership and teacher performance on the internal quality qualifications of the Lampanah Aceh Besar State Elementary School cluster. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of causality research because it wants to see cause and effect or influence between variables, namely the influence of principal leadership and teacher performance on the internal quality qualifications of the Lampanah Aceh Besar State Elementary School Cluster. The research sample amounted to 41 respondents who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test and t test. Based on the results of the study, the leadership of the principal and teacher performance simultaneously have a significant impact on internal quality qualifications in the Lampanah Aceh Besar State Elementary School Cluster.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media powerpoint terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 21 Sungai Raya. Eksperimen, dengan bentuk quasy eksperimental design, desain eksperimen non-equivalent control grup design. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 21 Sungai Raya. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari kelas VI A (28 siswa) sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VI B (27 siswa) sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengukuran. Instrumen yang digunakan berbentuk pilihan ganda dengan jumlah 45 soal. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan t-test ( polled varians) diperoleh thitung = 2,766 sedangkan dk ( 28+27-2=53) dengan taraf signifikan ? = 5% diperoleh ttabel = 1,6785, yang berarti thitung > ttabel, maka Ha diterima, ini membuktikan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media powerpoint terhadap hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 21 Sungai Raya. Hasil perhitungan effect size (ES) diperoleh sebesar 0,52 yang termasuk kriteria sedang, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media powerpoint memberikan pengaruh sedang terhadap hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 21 Sungai Raya.
