Tujuan dilakukan Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 Agustus 2022 ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan mengenai sumber-sumber dana dan alokasi dana agar peserta lebih bijak dalam merencanakan keuangan keluarga. Pengabdian ini merupakan kerjasama antara tim dosen Fakultas Bisnis dan Akuntansi dengan Komisi Keluarga Dekanat I Keuskupan Agung Palembang. Metode pemberian materi berupa ceramah, video, diskusi, simulasi dan latihan. Target peserta kegiatan pengabdian adalah pasangan muda yang dalam waktu dekat akan membangun keluarga. Pencapaian dari kegiatan ini (berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan), peserta sudah menggunakan uang sesuai kebutuhan memiliki kecenderungan yang positif dalam mengelola keuangan mereka dan para peserta juga bersedia untuk berkomunikasi dengan pasangannya dalam hal melakukan perencaan keuangan rumah tangga yang akan mereka bina. Peserta juga merasakan manfaat dari kegiatan ini.

Community Service activities are carried out in collaboration with the Palembang Archdiocese's1st Dean Family Commission, who entrusted this material to a team of lecturers from the Facultyof Business and Accounting, Musi Charitas Catholic University Palembang. The method ofproviding material in the form of lectures, videos, simulations and exercises. Participants who takepart in this activity are those who plan in the near future to carry out Catholic marriages. Thenumber of participants was 65 people, followed by 49% men and 51% women, most of theparticipants had an undergraduate degree (66%), with ages ranging from 23-27 years (74%), withincome levels ranging from 2-4 million (45% ). Providing material on "Financial PlanningTraining: Beautiful Retirement Periods" is needed for the participants of this training, so thatparticipants are wiser in planning their retirement.

Community Service Activities are carried out by the team and partners in an online form using zoom. The zoom link is prepared by the partner. Providing material on "Financial Planning Training: The Importance of Family Financial Education" is important considering that one of the problems in the family is financial problems. The partner of this service, namely the Family Commission of the Dean 1 of the Archdiocese of Palembang, entrusted this material to a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Business and Accounting, Musi Charitas Catholic University, Palembang. This training was attended by 56 participants from various parishes, but 45 participants filled out the questionnaire distributed by the team. Financial Planning Training: The Importance of Family Financial Education has been going well, and partners also expressed their gratitude for holding this activity, and hoped that similar activities would be held again. The targets (output targets) in this activity were also quite achieved, with an increase in correct answers after participants attended the training.

The activities of the Marriage Preparation Course are under the coordination of the 1st Deanof Palembang Archdiocese. Family Commission Dean 1 Palembang Archdiocese is a partnerin community service activities with a family financial planning training program. The numberof participants in this activity was 35 people, 52% male and 48% female, mostly aged 23-27years (49%), and most of them had incomes ranging from IDR 2,000,000 – IDR 4,000,000(35%). Participants are young couples who plan to have a Catholic wedding. This activity hasthe theme of Financial Planning Training: Family Financial Health. The purpose of thisactivity is so that KPP participants have the skills to prepare balance sheets and cash flowreports for family finances. Through financial management skills, participants are expected tobe able to realize family financial health. During the activity, participants were asked to identifysources of funds and allocation of funds that have been carried out so far and carry outfinancial health checks based on patterns of financial management. The training processcovers several stages namely Awareness, Knowledge, and Simulation Activities. Through thisactivity, participants gain insight into good family financial planning. Participants also knowthe level of health related to the current condition of family financial management.

This study has the aim of empirically testing whether CEO narcissism has a correlation with CSR activities. Upper Echelon Theory is used to explain CEO narcissism can correlate with CSR activity. Measurement of CEO narcissism focuses on the company's annual report which in this case the development of previous research instruments. The CSR variable in this study was measured using the Sri Kehati index. In this case, companies that enter the Sri Kehati index are companies whose CSR performance is good. The research sample was IDX issuers who entered the LQ45 index in the period 2017 - 2019. Hypothesis testing using the Chi Square correlation test with PSPP applications. The results of hypothesis testing concluded that CEO narcissism correlated with CSR policy.

Abstrak: Socially Resposible Investing (SRI) dan Kinerja Saham Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin menguji secara empiris perbedaan kinerja saham berdasarkan nilai return dan risiko dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang melakukan Social Responsibility Investment (SRI) melalui perhitungan indeks SRI-KEHATI dan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) dengan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG).Periode pengamatan dalam penelitian iniselama 7 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik analisa yaitu independent sample t-test dengan menggunakan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian perbedaan return adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan antara return IHSG dengan return JII, return IHSG dengan return SRI-KEHATI, dan return JII dengan return SRI-KEHATI. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian perbedaan risiko adalah terdapat perbedaan risiko antara risiko IHSG dengan risiko JII, risiko IHSG dengan risiko SRI-KEHATI, dan tidak ditemukan perbedaan antara risiko JII dengan risiko SRI-KEHATI. Kata kunci : socially responsible investing, kinerja saham.

Abstrak: Omset Usaha dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada Usaha Pempek di Palembang. Dalam dekade terakhir, Palembang sering menjadi tempat penyelenggaraan kompetisi olahraga tingkat nasional dan internasional. Hal ini berdampak meningkatnya popularitas salah satu makanan khas Palembang yaitu Pempek. Kondisi ini berpengaruh signifikan pada perkembangan usaha pempek di Kota Palembang. Meningkatnya omset usaha memiliki dampak pada meningkatnya kompleksitas pengelolaan transaksi. Berdasarkan fenomena ini, penelitian ini bertujuan menguji secara empiris pengaruh omset usaha terhadap penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi. Penelitian empiris dilakukan dengan menggunakan data dari 100 usaha pempek di Kota Palembang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasilnya adalah omset usaha berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi. Temuan ini mendukung teori kontingensi dalam penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi. Semakin besar omset usaha berdampak pada peningkatan kompleksitas pengelolaan transaksi bisnis. Kondisi ini mendorong munculnya kebutuhan pemilik usaha pempek untuk menerapkan sisitem informasi akuntansi. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi praktik untuk usaha pempek terkait dengan siklus akuntansi apa yang memerlukan penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi baik pada usaha dengan omset yang relatif kecil dan usaha dengan omset yang relatif besar.Kata kunci: omset usaha, sistem informasi akuntansi, dan usaha pempek Abstract: Business Turnover and Accounting Information Systems at Pempek Business in Palembang. In the last decade, Palembang has often been the venue for national and international sports competitions. This has an impact on the growing popularity of one of Palembang's typical foods, Pempek. This condition has a significant impact on the development of the pempek business in Palembang City. Increased business turnover can have an impact on increasing the complexity of managing transactions. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to empirically examine the effect of business turnover on the application of accounting information systems. An empirical study was conducted using data from 100 pempek businesses in Palembang City. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The result is business turnover that significantly positively affects the implementation of accounting information systems. These results support the contingency theory in the implementation of accounting information systems. The greater turnover of a business has an impact on the increasing complexity of managing business transactions. This research has practical implications for Pempek businesses related to the accounting cycle that requires the application of accounting information systems both in businesses with relatively small turnover and businesses with relatively large turnover.Keywords: business turnover, accounting information systems, pempek business
