Abstract

Schemes in the management of agricultural land are very diverse, ranging from self-management and cooperation through mukhabarah, muzara'ah contracts to rental systems. This paper aims to precisely determine the scheme of cooperation in the management of agricultural land in Tumpang District. The most frequently used of the several land management cooperation schemes is mukhabarah, which benefits both landowners and smallholders. The approach used is qualitative, with a case study method. The population in this study were all agricultural landowners in Tumpang District, and the sample used was landowners who used the mukhabarah scheme. Then, the instrument in this study was in-depth interviews conducted on smallholders and landowners. This study indicates that the mukhabarah scheme provides higher income to landowners compared to the rental system. Meanwhile, from the side of smallholders, the mukhabarah scheme provides and opens job opportunities and increases income from land management. Another trivial thing but becomes an important point is that landowners and sharecroppers can still share agricultural products with residents/neighbors through this scheme.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of Islamic banks institution financial programs encourages the Indonesia's real economy. The financing variable is explained in more detail through the type of financing channeled, namely productive financing, consumptive financing, third-party funds (ID) as one of the sources of funds for financing distribution by Islamic banks, and gross fixed capital formation (GFCF) variables as control variables. Panel data regression is used in this research to investigate the influence of variables in 33 provinces in Indonesia in the period 2013-2023. It was found that the growth of productive financing, third-party funds, and GFCF had a significant positive effect on GRDP growth partially, while the consumptive financing growth variable had an insignificant negative impact. Simultaneously, all four independent variables successfully influence the dependent variable significantly. According to this study findings, researchers urge Islamic bank institutions to encourage the distribution of productive type financing to increase the productivity of economic activities in Indonesia, considering that most of the Islamic financing channeled is consumptive.

Abstract

Abstract

This research analyzes the factors that influence Generation Z's intention to give zakat through digital platforms by integrating the variables of Zakat Literacy, Social Influence, Trust and Convenience into the development of TPB theory. Data for this study was collected by distributing questionnaires online through Google Form to 196 respondents in Malang City. Respondents were selected by applying purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, the collected data were processed by applying the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method using the SmartPLS version 4.1.0.9 application.. The data were then analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Modeling (PLS SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS Ver 4.1.0.9 software. Based on statistical analysis, Zakat Literacy, Social Influence, Trust, and Convenience are proven to have a positive and significant impact on Generation Z's interest in giving zakat through digital platforms. The implications of these findings emphasise the importance for digital platform providers to improve the development of user friendly features and reduce barriers that may be faced by the public, especially generation Z in Malang City, when using the platform to do zakat. In addition, digital platform providers also need to focus on efforts to build and maintain public trust through transparency, security, and good customer service so that people feel comfortable and trust to use digital platforms. Attention is also needed on marketing strategies and digital campaigns involving influencers, scholars, or social communities.
