Abstract

The learning process in the Master of Arts Education Study Program during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced problems not being able to hold meetings offline. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the use of e-learning with a countenance stake model. This research uses a qualitative evaluation method with a countenance evaluation model by Stake. Matters evaluated include (1) Antecedent (context, input); (2) Transactions (processes) and (3) Outcomes (results) of curriculum implementation. The results showed that learning in the Master of Arts Education Study Program during the Covid-19 pandemic went smoothly. A total of 21.57% of the smooth learning process has the category of mostly smooth meetings. The suitability of student learning outcomes with CPL was 88.46%. CPL Based on the results of the questionnaire, data was obtained that the achievement of appropriate student learning outcomes (80-100%) was 83.33%. These results illustrate that student learning outcomes are fulfilling the aspect of achievement. Keywords: Art learning, evaluation, countenance stake Evaluasi pemanfaatan e-learning dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model “countenance stake” di era pandemi Covid 19AbstrakProses pembelajaran di Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Seni masa pandemi covid-19 mengalami kendala tidak bisa melakukan pertemuan secara luring. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan e-learning dengan model countenance stake. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi kualitatif dengan model countenance evaluation oleh Stake. Hal-hal yang di evaluasi meliputi (1) Antecedent (konteks, input); (2) Transaction (proses) dan (3) Outcomes (hasil) pelaksanaan kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran di Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Seni masa pandemi covid-19 berjalan lancar. Sejumlah 21,57% kelancaran proses pembelajaran memiliki kategori sebagian besar pertemuan lancar. Kesesuaian hasil belajar mahasiswa dengan CPL sebesar 88,46%. CPL Berdasarkan hasil angket diperoleh data bahwa ketercapaian hasil belajar mahasiswa yang sesuai (80-100%) sejumlah 83,33%. Hasil tersebut menggambarkan hasil belajar mahasiswa terlah memenuhi aspek ketercapaian. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Seni, evaluasi, countenance stake

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Seni Budaya di SMA Kabu-paten Lombok Timur. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran Seni Budaya dideskripsikan sesuai Permendiknas No.41 Tahun 2007, yang meliputi empat komponen, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, dan pengawasan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan Model Evaluasi Kesenjangan terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap telaah standar, tahap deskripsi penampakan di lapangan, dan tahap komparasi penampakan dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 5 sekolah negeri dan 3 sekolah swasta di Kabupaten Lombok Timur, dengan jumlah responden 256 orang, terdiri atas 8 guru Seni Budaya, 8 Kepala Sekolah, dan 240 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, dan analisis dokumen. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari lembar observasi, angket, dan lembar dokumentasi. Validasi instrumen dilakukan dengan metode Expert Judgement, dan uji reliabilitas instrumen angket menggunakan estimasi Alpha Cronbach dengan koefisien sebesar 0,725. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut. (1) Perencanaan proses pembelajaran kurang baik; (2) Pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran kurang baik; (3) Penilaian proses pembelajaran cukup baik; (4) Pengawasan proses pembelajaran kurang baik; (5) Secara keseluruhan, ada kesenjangan antara pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran Seni Budaya SMA di Kabupaten Lombok Timur dengan standar minimal Permendiknas No.41 Tahun 2007.Kata kunci: seni budaya______________________________________________________________AN EVALUATION OF CULTURAL ARTS LEARNING PROCESS AT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN LOMBOK TIMUR REGENCY, NTB Abstract This study aims at describing the Cultural Arts learning at senior high schools in East Lombok district. The Cultural Arts learning was described based on the Decree of Minister of National Education No. 41 of 2007, which involves four components, i.e. planning, implementation, assessment, and supervision of the learning process. The study was an evaluation research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The evaluation model used in this research was discrepancy evaluation model with three phases: standard analysis, description of the actual performances in the field, and comparison between the actual performances and the established standards. The samples were 5 public and 3 private schools in East Lombok Regency with 256 respondents, consisting of 8 Cultural Art teachers, 8 school principals, and 240 students. The data were collected by using observation technique, questionnaire, and documentation. The data collection instruments were observation sheets, questionnaires, and documentation sheets. Validation of the instrument was conducted by using expert judgement. To test the questionnaire reliability, this study used Alpha Cronbach estimation with a coefficient of 0.725. The collected data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques. The results are as follows. (1) The planning of learning is not yet maximum; (2) The learning process is not yet maximum; (3) The assessment of the learning processes is quite good; (4) The supervision of the learning process also is not yet optimal; (5) In general, there is a discrepancy between the implementation of the learning process and the minimum standards which have been set in the Decree of the Minister of National Education No.41 of 2007.Keyword: cultural arts

Abstract

Internship programs play an important role in developing student competencies to meet the expectations of the working world. Internship programs need to be evaluated to maintain or improve their quality. This study aims to evaluate the achievement of the objectives of the Internship programs in the Automotive Engineering Education Department Faculty of Engineering Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. This research is included in goal-oriented evaluation research (goal oriented model).  The respondents to this study are students of the Automotive Engineering Education Study Program who have implemented industrial practices in 2022. Data was collected by questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaires are used to measure the achievement of industrial practice objectives while interviews are used for qualitative deepening of the results obtained from quantitative data. Quantitative data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics while qualitative data is summarized and synthesized and then spelled out clearly, and concisely. The results of the evaluation show that, 1) The objectives of Internship programs in general is included into the category of sufficient achievement; 2) There are 4 goals out of a total of 8 goals that included into the category of sufficient achievement, and 4 other goals fall into the category of high achievement; 3) A very significant factor causing the non-achievement of internship program goals is the Covid-19 pandemic which causes lectures to be carried out online so that student competencies are not sufficient to follow internship program.
