Abstract

The growing potential of large Moslem tourists has not been fully worked out by Indonesian tourism actors. This opportunity has been anticipated by several neighboring countries by developing seriously halal tourism. Therefore, efforts are needed to develop halal tourism destination in addition to existing public tourism destinations to attract tourists and foreign tourists. The potential of foreign tourists who have not been optimized is a homework that needs to be solved together by tourism stakeholders. This research is intended to examine the structural relationship between the image of Lombok Island as a halal tourist destination, tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty. The study was conducted in Lombok Island which has been awarded as a halal tourism destination in 2015. Data collection was done through the spreading of questionnaires to 150 tourists who visited the island of Lombok during the period of research conducted. The research findings show the image of Lombok Island as a halal tourism destination affecting the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists who visit it.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of profitability on capital structure, the influence of capital structure on firm value, the effect of profitability on firm value and analyze the effect of profitability on firm value through capital structure on finance companies on the IDX. Data analysis technique in this study is Path Analysis and tools of analysis used are IBM SPSS 23. The results of the study show that (1) profitability has a positive and not significant effect on capital structure (2) capital structure has a positive and not significant effect on firm value (3 ) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value (4) capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value.

Abstract

The challenge of education in delivering high quality and highly competitive human resources is increasingly, so teachers are required to always improve their performance in the world of education. Nanmu to achieve the high teacher's performance is required in-depth studies for the factors that affect the teacher's performance in carrying out its duties. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the influence of Transformational leadership style and the commitment of the Organization to the performance of teachers in SMA Model in East Lombok district. Analysis carried out using a qualitative, ununionized approach, conducted using structural equation Modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS), using 97 respondents. The results of this study show that the Transformational leadership style has a positive influence on the teacher's performance at SMA Model in East Lombok. Organizational commitment has a positive but insignificant relationship to the performance of teachers in SMA Model East Lombok District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction on the effect of work from home on performance during the COVID-19 pandemic for private employees in Mataram City. The research approach used in this research is to use quantitative research methods. This study intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the influence between one variable and another so that the direct and indirect relationship between the variables of WFH, job satisfaction and performance is known. The population in this study is an unknown number of private employees in Mataram City who have done WFH during the covid-19 pandemic. The data collection method used is the survey method. The questionnaire consists of 39 statements distributed to 78 samples, namely private employees who meet predetermined criteria, namely private employees in the city of Mataram, employees who have done WFH during the Covid-19 pandemic and are 19-60 years old. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results showed that: 1). The WFH variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. 2). The WFH variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3). Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, and 4). Job satisfaction variable does not mediate the effect of WFH on.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan penerapan prinsip-prinsip standar layanan Covid 19 terhadap mutu pelayanan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bima. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bima tahun 2021 yang berjumlah 67 orang pada tahun 2021. Metode pengumpulan data dalam peneltian ini yaitu angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis ganda menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi dan penerapan prinsip-prinsip standar layanan Covid 19 berpengaruh signifikan secara silmultan terhadap mutu pelayanan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bima.

Abstract

In an organization, employee discipline is crucial for carrying out work effectively, especially in determining the direction and goals of the organization. The purpose of this research is to directly examine the influence of sanctions on work motivation, the influence of work motivation on employee discipline, the influence of sanctions on work discipline, and the influence of sanctions on employee discipline in the Regional Government Agencies (OPD) in West Lombok Regency through work motivation. The research method used is quantitative research with a population of 712 civil servant employees from 10 OPD in West Lombok Regency, and a sample size of 100 civil servant employees using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The research results show significant direct effects between the imposition of sanctions and work motivation, work motivation and employee discipline, the imposition of sanctions and work discipline, and the imposition of sanctions on employee discipline in the OPD in West Lombok Regency through work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of compensation, motivation, work stress and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Bima Regency Social Service, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative research design to look for causal relationships between independent and dependent variables. The respondents for this research were 43 employees of the Bima Regency Social Service. The research instrument is a questionnaire developed from each research variable. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The research results show that employee work compensation is relatively high, as well as high employee work motivation, but there are several aspects that need to be improved. Employee work stress is relatively low, however, several employees experienced work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. Employee job satisfaction is also high, which has an impact on high performance. Hypothesis testing shows that compensation, motivation, work stress and job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide special attention to the Bima Regency Social Service to handle employee work stress quickly and accurately. Apart from that, improving employee performance also requires attention to compensation, motivation and job satisfaction. Future researchers are expected to be able to conduct a more in-depth study regarding the appropriateness of the compensation received by employees compared to prices which continue to experience inflation from year to year, which is not commensurate with the increase in compensation received by employees, thus causing low motivation and high work stress due to the pressure of high demands. and low employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of transformational leadership, work discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of public vocational school teachers in Bima City. Utilizing a quantitative associative research paradigm, the study sampled 108 teachers from a population of 381 using probabilistic random sampling. Data were analyzed through classical assumption testing, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25. Results indicate that transformational leadership significantly enhances teacher performance, characterized by leaders with clear vision, creativity encouragement, and individual support. Work discipline also positively affects performance, ensuring order and optimal task execution. Job satisfaction similarly has a significant positive impact, with higher satisfaction leading to improved performance. Combined, transformational leadership, work discipline, and job satisfaction account for a significant portion of the variance in teacher performance. The findings confirm that effective leadership, robust discipline, and job satisfaction are critical for enhancing teacher performance, emphasizing a multidimensional approach in educational management. This research contributes to the literature by integrating these three variables, highlighting their combined impact in the educational context of Bima City. Future research should explore additional factors influencing performance to further optimize educational outcomes.
