Abstract

Seiring dengan tingginya tingkat mobilisasi dan kebutuhan sarana transportasi yang cepat dan aman, tingkat permintaan pengguna transportasi udara, yakni pesawat terbang semakin meningkat. Meningkatnya jumlah penumpang pesawat tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada di bandar udara terutama fasilitas sisi udara. Peramalan jumlah penumpang dimasa mendatang dilakukan dengan 3 model metode prakiraan yaitu model Trend Analysis, model Ekonometrik dan model Market Share. Dari ketiga model tersebut didapat model prakiraan terbaik yaitu model Ekonometrik. Dari hasil Prakiraan didapat jumlah penumpang pada tahun 2020 adalah 438 penumpang/hari. Dalam studi ini pesawat rencana adalah ATR-72, untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan 438 penumpang/hari maka diperlukan jumlah pesawat sebanyak 6 pesawat/hari untuk dapat mengangkut penumpang tersebut.Analisis fasilitas sisi udara menggunakan metode ICAO. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa panjang runway analisis adalah 1.600 m, lebih panjang dari runwayeksisting (1.400 m) dan lebih pendek dari rencana pengembangan tahap II (1.800 m) kebutuhan lebar runway adalah 30 m, lebih kecil dari lebar runwayeksisting dan rencana pembengembangan tahap II (45 m). Panjang Taxiway analisis adalah 148 m, lebih pendek dari panjang taxiwayeksisting dan rencana penembangan tahap II yaitu 150 m. Lebar taxiway analisis adalah 18 m lebih kecil dari lebar eksisting dan rencana penembangan tahap II yaitu 23 m. Analisis kebutuhan Apron yaitu seluas 142 m x 51 m lebih kecil daripada aproneksisting dan rencana pengembangan tahap II yaitu seluas 150 m x 90 m. Rencana pengembangan tahap II Rencana Induk Bandara Tebelian dapat memenuhi kebutuhan fasilitas sisi udara hasil analisis atau dengan kata lain belum diperlukan pengembangan tahap III lebih cepat pada tahun 2020.   Kata kunci: jumlah penumpang, pesawat rencana, runway, taxiway, apron

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of compensation, motivation, work stress and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Bima Regency Social Service, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative research design to look for causal relationships between independent and dependent variables. The respondents for this research were 43 employees of the Bima Regency Social Service. The research instrument is a questionnaire developed from each research variable. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The research results show that employee work compensation is relatively high, as well as high employee work motivation, but there are several aspects that need to be improved. Employee work stress is relatively low, however, several employees experienced work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. Employee job satisfaction is also high, which has an impact on high performance. Hypothesis testing shows that compensation, motivation, work stress and job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide special attention to the Bima Regency Social Service to handle employee work stress quickly and accurately. Apart from that, improving employee performance also requires attention to compensation, motivation and job satisfaction. Future researchers are expected to be able to conduct a more in-depth study regarding the appropriateness of the compensation received by employees compared to prices which continue to experience inflation from year to year, which is not commensurate with the increase in compensation received by employees, thus causing low motivation and high work stress due to the pressure of high demands. and low employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The government's active role in improving national development is by exploring national and regional revenues to be able to finance government activities and programs to support the entire development process. Bima Regency is one of the regions in West Nusa Tenggara that has not been optimal in implementing development. For this reason, the focus of this research is the influence of private sector involvement seen from indicators of gross regional domestic product, while the objectives of this research are (a) to know and analyze the influence of the General Alakosi Fund partially on the Human Development Index, (b) to know and analyze the influence of the Special Alakosi Fund partially on the Human Development Index, (c) knowing and analyzing the influence of the General Alakosi Fund and the Special Allocation Fund integrally on the Human Development Index. (d) knowing and analyzing the biggest influence of the special allocation fund on the human development index. This research uses a quantitative paradigm. This type of research is comparative causal research. The population in this research consists of secondary data regarding DAU and DAK reports during the establishment of the Bima Regency Government, especially in the implementation of regional autonomy and Human Development Index Data, sampling was carried out based on Purposive Cluster Sampling. Data Analysis Methods and Techniques used classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and statistical significance test analysis. The research results show that (1) there is an influence of general allocation funds from the variables calculated on the human development index. (2) there is a negative influence of allocation funds specifically on the human development index. (3) there is a simultaneous influence between general allocation funds and special allocation funds on the human development index. Conclusion. The results of data calculations using calculation methods that are in accordance with research show that there is a significant influence on general allocation funds and special allocation to the human development index in Bima district. This research not only provides practical recommendations for local governments, but also enriches the academic literature with new findings that are relevant for regional economic and development studies.

Abstract

The amount of Employee Additional Income (TPP) depends on regional financial capacity, whereas previously the amount was determined by the central government. Before the implementation of the TPP honorarium was received based on the amount of time the output was worked on, the TPP was more about equal distribution according to group and class of position. This study aims to examine how Additional Employee Income (TPP) influences performance via job satisfaction among employees of the Bima City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). The research employs a quantitative approach with associative research methods. A total of 61 employees from Bima City BPKD participated in the study in 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire based on a Likert scale. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings revealed that Additional Employee Income (TPP) did not significantly impact the performance of Bima City BPKAD employees. TPP is awarded based on output, yet the level of output produced does not influence the amount of TPP received. Consequently, this does not significantly affect employee performance. However, Additional Employee Income (TPP) positively and significantly influences the job satisfaction of Bima City BPKAD employees. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of these employees. As job satisfaction increases, so does employee performance. Additionally, TPP significantly affects performance through job satisfaction among Bima City BPKAD employees, indicating that TPP will be effective if employee job satisfaction rises, subsequently enhancing work discipline, responsibility, and productivity. The government needs to pay attention to assessment indicators as a condition for obtaining additional employee income based on quality and quantity as well as the timeliness of output. The higher the quality and quantity of output produced, the higher the TPP received.

Abstract

Information Retrieval is one of the IR techniques that will be used to present the dummy profile is the vector space model where n is the sum of all the terms in the list. To overcome this problem, one technique that can be used is to classify the text of the document in accordance with characteristics, features, and classes based on the standard rules of the language to be processed. In this study, Indonesian is the language used as a reference source. The object of this research is the Indonesian Language Text document. This study will test the application of text classification engine of Indonesian language using Stemming Nazief Andriani algorithm, K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and Vector Space Model Model based on frequency weighting of TFIDF number of words and Simpson functions. By using document news as document learning, as many as 15 (fifteen) documents with 3 (three) categories, yielding the average value of Precision and Recall of 81.33%.

Abstract

Weighting based on the term with stemming techniques to get the basic word form term in question. This will the application of the Indonesian language text classification machine using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and the Vector Space Model method on the TFIDF frequency weighting of the number of words and the Euclidean Distance function. comparison between the test documents and the test sample collection Using news documents as learning documents, a total of 10 (10) documents with 3 (three) categories, produces an Precision and Recall 90.00% for k = 5 using frequency weighting in words with the Euclidean Distance function.

Abstract

Kampanye tumbler telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dan komunitas sekolah tentang dampak negatif limbah plastik terhadap lingkungan. Melalui kampanye ini, pola konsumsi siswa dan seluruh entitas sekolah mengalami perubahan positif, dengan lebih banyak orang beralih dari penggunaan plastik sekali pakai ke penggunaan tumbler yang ramah lingkungan. Komitmen siswa terhadap penggunaan tumbler mencapai 93%, yang membuktikan pentingnya pendidikan dalam membentuk perilaku berkelanjutan dan gaya hidup ramah lingkungan. Kampanye ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya tumbler sebagai alternatif pengganti plastik sekali pakai, serta diharapkan dapat mendorong sekolah untuk menerapkan kebijakan pengurangan limbah plastik di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan integrasi kampanye tumbler dalam dunia pendidikan, di mana sekolah memiliki kesempatan untuk melibatkan siswa sebagai agen perubahan. Melalui edukasi yang menyeluruh, siswa dapat memahami dampak besar dari perubahan kecil yang mereka lakukan, seperti beralih menggunakan tumbler. Namun, dampak kampanye ini belum dapat diukur secara menyeluruh karena hanya melibatkan dua kelas (X-XI). Agar kegiatan ini dapat berkelanjutan, partisipasi aktif dari guru sangat diperlukan. Kampanye selanjutnya dapat melibatkan orang tua dan masyarakat sekitar sekolah, serta menggunakan konten visual yang menarik untuk menyampaikan pesan lebih efektif.

Abstract

Industri baja memiliki peran krusial dalam berbagai sektor, menjadi faktor kunci dalam memastikan integritas struktural produk akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan menerapkan algoritma Bagging dalam prediksi cacat lempeng baja. Hasil model training dengan kurva ROC dengan nilai AUC 99% dab logloss 0,14. Pengukuran precision, recall, dan f1 score untuk 7 jenis cacat baja memperoleh prosentase yang sangat baik (lebih dari 90%). Confusion Matrix menunjukan korelasi yang kuat antara jenis cacat ke 6 dan ke 5. Sedangkan validasi, antara jenis cacat ke 4 dan ke 0 terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Classification report menunjukan nilai precision, recall, dan f1 score terbaik (lebih dari 80%) untuk jenis cacat ke 1, 2, dan 3. Nilai AUC yang cukup baik yaitu 88% dan Logloss yang cukup besar yaitu 3,13. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat fokus untuk meningkatkan nilai logloss yang masih harus diperbaiki untuk proses validasi.

Abstract

Abstrak Gangguan tidur merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang berdampak pada produktivitas, kesehatan fisik, dan kesejahteraan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi gangguan tidur dengan membandingkan kinerja algoritma Logistic Regression dan Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost). Data diperoleh dari survei National Sleep Foundation (NSF) dan melalui tahap pra-pemrosesan sebelum digunakan untuk pemodelan. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, Recall, dan F1-score, serta interpretabilitas model ditingkatkan dengan metode SHAP (SHAPley Additive exPlanations). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa XGBoost unggul dengan akurasi, presisi, Recall, dan F1-score sebesar 100%, sedangkan Logistic Regression hanya mencapai 70%. Analisis SHAP mengungkapkan bahwa pola tidur (±1,9), usia (±1,5), konsumsi kafein (±1,3), dan aktivitas fisik (±1,25) merupakan faktor dominan, sementara kondisi kesehatan umum berpengaruh sedang (±1,1), dan jenis kelamin (±0,15) serta kesehatan subjektif (±0,05) berkontribusi minimal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa gaya hidup dan kebiasaan harian menjadi penentu utama kualitas tidur. Ke depan, penelitian dapat diperluas dengan dataset yang lebih besar dan integrasi data fisiologis real-time dari wearable device untuk menghasilkan sistem prediksi yang lebih generalis dan aplikatif dalam memberikan rekomendasi personal terkait pola tidur sehat.
