Abstract

This study was conducted by applying a research and development design with the aim of producing a learning tool in the form of Artificial Intelligence robot module and kit based on Contextual Teaching and Learning at the Department of Electrical Engineering to improve the students’ skills. This was a development research adopting 4-D model, proposed by Thiagarajan and Semmel (1974) that consisted of four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Data of the Indonesia Robot Contest during the period 2009-2015 reveals that the developed modules have reached the fourth stage of 4-D research model that is dissemination thus, the module is considered perfect, ready to be duplicated and distributed as a learning device for Artificial Intelligence robotics courses. While, the developed module was validated with the average assessment score of 3.34.  The module is expected to be able to produce Artificial Intelligence Robot Tool for teaching based on Contextual Teaching and Learning to improve the students’ skills to be applied in the field. In the results, students also showed positive responses on the robotics module and Contextual Teaching and Learning strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas pembelajaran daring menggunakan media e-learning terhadap prestasi siswa selama pandemi covid-19 pada mata pelajaran teknologi informasi. Metode penelitian penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian yakni seluruh peserta didik MTs Ihyaul Ulum yang diajar pada mata pelajaran teknologi informasi menggunakan metode daring. Sampel penelitian yakni peserta didik kelas VII MTs Ihyaul Ulum yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pembelajaran daring. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan peserta didik menilai pembelajaran teknologi informasi menggunakan media e-learning yaitu baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran ARIAS dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian quasi eksperiment ini menggunakan rancangan faktorial 2x2nonequivalent control group design. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen tes dan angket motivasi berprestasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran ARIAS dibanding siswa dengan model direct instruction pada mata pelajaran IPS; (2) ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswamotivasi berprestasi tinggi dengan siswa motivasi berprestasi rendah; (3) terdapat interaksi antara penerapan model pembelajaran dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the culture of learning, management functions, and the learning process of the Quran with the Tilawati model, as well as to determine the character development by learning the Quran with the Tilawati model at Junior High School Al Muslim of Sidoarjo, Islamic Junior High School of 1 Surabaya and Junior High School of 34 Surabaya. This study used a multi-case study research method with a purposive sampling technique with the research subjects, namely 3 schools. The collection is done by giving questions related to culture, learning management, and the learning process in the three schools. From the research it can be concluded that 1) The culture of learning Al-Quran with the Tilawati model provides a fairly good contribution to fostering student character, 2) The use of management science principles in the implementation of the Tilawati model of Al Quran learning program is very appropriate, 3) The learning process of the Al-Quran model consists of interrelated components, including; graduation targets about quality and quantity, curriculum, management of learning Al-Quran with the Tilawati model, 4) To foster 25 student characters through learning the Tilawati Al-Quran model is done by designing learning with syntax or learning stages that are systematically arranged. This research implies that it can be used as material to improve the implementation of the Al-Quran learning culture by developing modern learning management principles.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has created intense competition in the world of education and has transformed the focus of education management from a simple way to serve the institutional education process, to a way to transform users of education services (user education) into customer education (customer education). Private educational institutions experienced a decrease in the number of students for the 2021-2022 school year due to the pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic tested the marketing strategies of every educational institution. Schools that have the opportunity to survive are those that have strategies to create competitive and sustainable advantages. This research uses a qualitative approach with the design of case studies. The subjects of this study consisted of the Principal, Deputy Principal, teachers, administrative staff, parents of students and students. Data collection techniques include documentation studies, field observations and in-depth interviews. In this study to analyze data using Creswell's data analysis model. Partnership marketing strategies are considered the most appropriate to support school targets in acquiring new customers of educational services in the 2021/2022 school year. The school strives to embrace and establish partner relationships with the community as a front liner marketing school education services

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning tools using the Two Stay Two Stray Cooperative Model Based on the Benyaru Ceremony Tradition to Improve Participants' Competence. This study uses a development design adopted from 4D design, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The results of the development show that the progress achieved on the LKS instrument has produced teaching materials and lesson plans that meet the criteria. valid and can be used as a learning tool. The results of the research attitude competency test show an increase in learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Long Ikis (which is used as an exam school) as well as at SMPN 2 Long Ikis and SMPN 5 Long Ikis. The knowledge competency research shows better learning outcomes both at SMPN 1 Long Ikis, as well as at SMPN 2 Long Ikis and SMPN 5 Long Ikis, this supports this. This is clear because the attitude scores and learning outcomes have exceeded the KKM. Based on the attitude competency test, learning outcomes have increased at SMPN 1 Long Ikis (which was used as a trial school) as well as at SMPN 2 Long Ikis and SMPN 5 Long Ikis.
