Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of dividend policy, liquidity, profitability, and firm size on capital structure. This research also examines the influence of capital structure on the value of listed companies in IDX period 2012-2016. The data used are Indonesia Capital Market Directory 2015 and Financial Report as of December 31, 2016 that are sampled. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method with 33 companies listed in IDX. Data types used are secondary data which is panel data, because it is a combination of time series and cross section data. The analysis method used is fixed effect model estimation method and random effect model. The selection of estimation method was based on hausman test. The result of research showed that DPR, CR, ROE, and SIZE had a negative effect on DER. DPR and SIZE variables have no significant effect while CR and ROE are significant. DER has a negative effect not significantly on PBV. This study found no influence on capital structure of its independent variables. Abstract

the value of the company is the perception of investor toward the company, which is often linked to the share price. The high share price makes the value of a company is also high.the stock price is the price that occurs when stock in trade in the market, this study only examined four variable, which are institutional ownership, capital structure, profitability and firm size. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of institutional ownership, capital structure (DER), profitability (ROA) and firm size (Total Aset) on value of company. The sampel was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on period of 2014-2016 as much as 36 companies by using purposive sampling method. Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The result showed the institutional ownership and profitability affect the value of the company, while the capital structure and firm size does not affect the falue of company. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Equity, Net Interest Margin, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loan of Capital Adequacy Ratio Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Excange. In this study, researchers used purposive sampling and sample size 110 companies obtain convensional bank in Indonesia, Bank Indonesia registered in the year 2012 to 2016. Hypothesis tesing using t - test with a significance level of 5%. The result showed that Return On Equity have negative significant, Net Interest Margin have positive and significant, Loan to Deposit Ratio have negative and not significant, and Non Performing Loan have negative and not significant to Capital Adequacy Ratio.Key Words : ROE, NIM, LDR, NPL and CAR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Capital Adquacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Perfoming Loan, and Size of Net Interest Margin on Bank’s go public in Indonesian Stock Exchane year 2012-2016.This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are all Bank’s listed in Indonesia Stock Exchane year 2012-2016. The Sample in this study using puposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research proves that, CAR positive and not significant effect on Net Interest Margin, LDR positive and significan effect on Net Interest Margin, NPL positive and not significan effect on Net Interest Margin, and Size negative and not significant on Net Interest Margin. Adjusted R Square Volue is 0,132 this means that 13,2 of the dependet variable can be explaned by other causes outside the model. So far there have been many studies on earnings growth, because profit growth is an important thing and noticed by many parties, both investors and creditors, which affect profit growth in investing their capital. This study examines the effect of institutional ownership, debt to equity ratio, liquidity, and firm size on profit growth. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The sample in this study were 160 companies. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of institutional ownership have no effect on profit growth. Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on profit growth. Liquidity affects earnings growth. Company size affects profit growth. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of non-performing loans, loan-deposit ratio, return on assets, size of the adequacy of capital. This research conducted by using secondary data. Population in this study was conducted with less using secondary data. Population in this research is the company commercial bank listed on the stock exchange Indonesia from 2010-2014. This sampel retrieval metho by using purposive sampling. There are 16 commercial banks company studied. This tudy uses multiple methods of analysis regression. Studies show that non-performing loan and no significant negative effect on capital adequacy, loan-deposit ratio and significant negative effect on capital adequacy, return on assets and a significant positive effect on capital adequacy, size and significant positive effect on capital adequacy. Adjusted R square value is 0,419 this means that 41,9% dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 58,1 % is explained by the variable-orher variables outside the research model. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh net Interest Margin, deposito, kredit dan ukuran bank terhadap tingkat kecukupan modal bank. Pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 28 anggota sampel per tahun untuk selama periode 3 tahun. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah bank yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia dan menyajikan laporan keuangan setiap tahun selama tiga tahun berturut-turut. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Net Interest Margin (NIM) berpengaruh positif terhadap kecukupan modal (CAR), Pengaruh deposito terhadap CAR adalah negaif namun tidak signifikan, Kredit berpengaruh terhadap CAR, dan ukuran bank (Size) tidak berbengaruh signifikan terhadap kecukupan modal bank (CAR) Kata Kunci: Net Interest Margin (NIM), Deposit (DEP), Kredit (LOA), and Ukuran Bank(Size) dan kecukupan Modal bank (CAR).

Abstract

This study aims about loan quality determinants. Loan quality is determinant which used know health of bank. Bigand small of cost inefficiency and CAR can influance loan quality. The fundamental factors which used in this studycost inefficiency, CAR, diversification, size, and profitability. This study sampled using a pusposive sampling andobtain data of 123 samples. This study is not free from the normality test but free from the classical assumptiontest.These result indicate that cost inefficiency has a negative and significant impact on loan quality. CAR has anegative an significant impact on loan quality. Diversification has a positive and not significant impact on loanquality. Size has a negative and not significant impact on loan quality. Profitability has negative and not significantimpact on loan quality.Key word: Loan quality, cost inefficiency, diversification, size, and profitability
