Abstract

Utilization and optimization of service facilities at the PPI Tanjung Limau Bontang in supporting fishing businesses and strategies for developing service facilities in increasing fishing business activities that utilize the PPI Tanjung Limau Bontang. In this regard, an analysis is carried out to achieve priority alternative strategies. So that the achievement of service optimization can be carried out properly and sustainably. The aim of the study was to analyze the optimization of the utilization of available facilities and to analyze the strategy for optimizing the PPI Tanjung Limau to be applied in developing services under current conditions. the results of calculating the optimal utilization of service facilities, namely the TPI Building, Mooring Pier, Port Administration Office, Meeting Hall, Guard Post, IPAL, Kiosk or Shop and Parking Area. Meanwhile, service facilities whose utilization rate is not optimal are land 87%, Wharf unloading 50%, SPBN 80%, clean water tank 66.67%, electrical installation 20.67%, MCK (toilet) 66.67%, shipping lanes 65, 38% and anchorage pond 19.43%. The results of the SWOT analysis showed that the coordinate X value on the Cartesius diagram 0.77 and the coordinate Y 0.36 and the implementation of the strategy S-O (Strength-opportunity).

Abstract

Model pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar sehingga mendorongnya untuk mencapai tujuan belajar. Project-based learning (PjBL) menjadi salah satu model yang direkomendasikan. Namun demikian, belum ada kajian spesifik yang membahas bagaimana PjBL online dapat menggugah motivasi belajar siswa SD pada pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PjBL online terhadap motivasi belajar IPA siswa kelas 5 SD. Quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian one-group pretest-posttest design digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Sebanyak 18 siswa SD kelas 5 di Yogyakarta terpilih sebagai sampel secara random. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif (mean, standard eviasi, dan persentase) serta statistic inferensial (paired sample t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata motivasi naik dari skor 61 ke 65. Kategori motivasi dari pretes ke postes naik dari kriteria sedang, tinggi, sangat tinggi menjadi tinggi-sangat tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan sig.2-tailed sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak (ada pengaruh signifikan dari PjBL online terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SD pada subjek IPA. Model PjBL online terbukti melibatkan siswa sejak awal sintaks pembelajaran. Ini juga menuntut kemandirian siswa secara individu dan kelompok dalam menyelesaikan tantangan dan dari guru. Melalui PjBL online, siswa diharapkan mampu memaksimalkan potensinya untuk menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual melalui keterlibatannya secara aktif di dalam kelas.

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan logam aluminium yang memproduksi berbagai jenis aluminium profil sesuai dengan kebutuhan atau pesanan dari customer yang terletak di Bekasi Utara. Posisi kantor dengan area extrusion beban 880 ton berada pada satu area yang sama sering menimbulkan suara bising dari mesin-mesin yang mengganggu kinerja para pekerja kantor. Alasan lainnya adalah penempatan fasilitas yang baik akan menunjang kenyamanan operator, kinerja operator meningkat, dan memudahkan dalam pengawasan sehingga produk yang dihasilkan akan lebih baik dari segi kualitas. Penempatan-penempatan fasilitas produksi kurang efisien karena memiliki nilai efisiensi layout awal yaitu 79% dengan nilai OMH (Ongkos Material Handling) sebesar Rp 41.701. Maka dilakukan perbaikan layout usulan dengan menggunakan metode Algoritma BLOCPLAN dan Algoritma CORELAP. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Algoritma BLOCPLAN diperoleh nilai efisiensi 88% dan nilai OMH Rp 21.205. Sedangkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan Algoritma CORELAP memperoleh nilai efisiensi sebesar 86% dengan nilai OMH yaitu Rp 22.236. Layout alternatif yang dipilih adalah layout yang diolah dengan metode Algoritma BLOCPLAN karena menghasilkan nilai efisiensi sebesar 88% dan nilai OMH sebesar Rp 21.205.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perception of UINSU Communication Science students class of 2020 towards persuasive communication carried out through the Shopee Live feature and its impact on buyer decisions. The research was conducted by collecting data through interviews conducted with UINSU Communication Science students who actively use the Shopee platform and have participated in live events organized by sellers on the platform. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and regression analysis to determine the relationship between persuasive communication through Shopee Live and buyer decisions. Based on the results of research, the majority of the Communication Science students class of 2020 UINSU have a positive perception of persuasive communication delivered through the Shopee Live feature. The use of appropriate persuasive communication techniques in this feature has the potential to influence purchasing decisions, encouraging consumers to buy products offered by sellers in Shopee Live sessions.

Abstract

Hipertensi, atau tekanan darah tinggi, adalah kondisi medis serius yang ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik di atas 140 mmHg dan diastolik di atas 90 mmHg. Sebagai salah satu penyebab utama kematian di dunia, hipertensi mempengaruhi sekitar 1,13 miliar orang secara global pada tahun 2015, dan menjadi masalah kesehatan signifikan di Indonesia dengan prevalensi 25,8%. Berbagai faktor, seperti usia, pola makan tidak sehat, obesitas, stres, dan kebiasaan merokok, berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan risiko hipertensi. Pencegahan dan pengelolaan hipertensi sangat penting untuk mengurangi risiko komplikasi seperti penyakit jantung dan stroke. Program edukasi kesehatan, termasuk penyuluhan tentang hipertensi dan demonstrasi terapi komplementer seperti foot massage, telah terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Oleh karena itu, meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai hipertensi dan pencegahannya melalui program edukasi yang terintegrasi sangatlah penting. Dengan meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat, diharapkan angka kejadian hipertensi dapat ditekan, serta kualitas hidup penderita dapat ditingkatkan. Secara keseluruhan, pendekatan multidimensi diperlukan dalam pengelolaan hipertensi, yang mencakup edukasi, intervensi fisik, dan dukungan sosial.

Abstract

Tilapia and catfish are some of the freshwater fisheries commodities that occupy the top rank in terms of the amount of production produced. Disease attacks in Tilapia and Catfish cultivation such as Motile Aeromonas Septicemia (MAS) can be detrimental to fish farmers. Motile Aeromonas Septicemia (MAS) disease is caused by the bacteria Aeromonas hydrophilla. This research aims to determine the differences in the physical condition of Tilapia and Catfish which were injected with Aeromonas hydrophilla bacteria and had been treated using the Koch Postulate method four times to reach 50% fish mortality. In this study, the Tilapia and Catfish samples used were 6-8 cm in size with a bacterial infection dose of 0.1ml/fish. Tilapia showed clinical symptoms of thin fins and the injection site began to become inflamed, while catfish experienced bleeding and wounds. Catfish tend to experience more serious injuries after exposure to A. hydrophilla compared to Tilapia due to differences in response to disease symptoms. Tilapia fish show symptoms of loose scales due to bacterial infections such as Aeromonas dhakensis, Pseudomonas mosselii, and Microbacterium paraoxydans.

Abstract

Es krim merupakan suatu produk yang terbuat dari bahan dasar susu baik hewani ataupun nabati. Es krim nabati merupakan es krim dengan kandungan lemak yang lebih rendah. Alternatif bahan yaitu sari kecambah kedelai hitam. Pengemulsi merupakan salah satu bahan tambahan yang membantu tersuspensinya suatu cairan ke dalam cairan lain dengan polaritas berbeda. Kuning telur mengandung lesitin dan lesitoprotein yang secara aktif bertindak sebagai pengemulsi. Lesitin kedelai digunakan sebagai pengemulsi dalam pengolahan makanan. Ester sukrosa adalah pengemulsi molekul kecil mengandung gugus sukrosa hidrofilik dan gugus asam lemak lipofilik. Mono-digliserida (MDGS) adalah pengemulsi yang banyak digunakan pada produk pangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sifat fisikokimia dan organoleptik es krim sari kecambah kedelai hitam dengan penambahan variasi pengemulsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan. Metode pembuatan es krim yang digunakan adalah metode konvensional dengan memanfaatkan mixer. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode one way ANOVA menggunakan SPSS, dilanjutkan dengan uji menggunakan DMRT dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Pengemulsi ester sukrosa dan MDGS berpengaruh positif pada sifat fisikokimia overrun, daya leleh, viskositas, warna, kadar protein, kadar lemak, dan kadar karbohidrat es krim sari kecambah kedelai. Sedangkan sifat organoleptik dari parameter warna, aroma, rasa, mouthfeel, dan aftertaste es krim yang menggunakan pengemulsi MDGS lebih disukai panelis.   Ice cream made from animal or plant-based milk. Plant-based ice cream is ice cream with a lower fat content. An alternative ingredient is black soybean sprout juice. Emulsifiers are one of the additives that help the suspension of a liquid into another liquid with a different polarity. Egg yolk contains lecithin and lecithoproteins that actively act as emulsifiers. Soy lecithin is used as an emulsifier in food processing. Sucrose esters are small-molecule emulsifiers containing hydrophilic sucrose groups and lipophilic fatty acid groups. Mono-diglycerides (MDGS) are emulsifiers that are widely used in food products. The purpose of this study was to determine the physicochemical and organoleptic properties of black soybean sprout juice ice cream with the addition of emulsifier variations. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 levels of treatment. The conventional method of making ice cream is using a mixer. The results were analyzed using one ANOVA method using SPSS, followed by a DMRT test with a significant level of 0.05. Sucrose ester emulsifier and MDGS positively affected the physicochemical properties of overrun, melting power, viscosity, colour, protein content, fat content, and carbohydrate content of soybean sprout juice ice cream. The organoleptic properties of colour, aroma, taste, mouthfeel, and aftertaste parameters of ice cream using MDGS emulsifiers are preferred by panellists.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility of problem-based learning (PBL) e-Modules in improving students' critical thinking skills. The research carried out is a type of R&D (Research and Development) research that follows the 4D development model. This research was carried out at the Al-Ikhlas Taliwang Islamic Boarding School for class XI students. This research will last for three months, starting from December to February 2023/2024. Determination of the sample in this research was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 26 students from class XI. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The research instrument consists of a material expert validity test questionnaire, a media expert validity test questionnaire, and an e-module readability test questionnaire by students. The data analysis technique uses the average percentage score formula from the validation results of material experts and media experts, and the results of e-module readability tests by students. From the results of the material expert validation, a score of 3.3 was obtained from validator 1 and 3.6 from validator 2, an average score of 3.45 with good criteria. Then the media expert validation results obtained a score of 3.5 from validator 1 and 3.4 from validator 2 with an average score of 3.45 with good criteria. Based on the results of the e-module readability test assessment by students, it shows that the results of the class . So it can be said that the e-module that is being developed is practical for use in learning.

Abstract

Rumput laut Caulerpa racemosa berpotensi sebagai bahan baku kosmetik, yaitu masker wajah karena mengandung antioksidan. Jenis biota laut yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi dan kaya peptida adalah siput gonggong (Laevistrombus turturella). Ekstrak siput gonggong memiliki aktivitas antioksidan dan peptida antimikrob yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Stapylococcus aureus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan formula wash-off mask terbaik dari C. racemosa dengan penambahan peptida gonggong (L. turturella). Formulasi masker wajah wash-off menggunakan formula tetap hasil optimasi (penambahan 15% rumput laut C. racemosa), menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan penambahan peptida gonggong, yaitu A1 (15%), A2 (10%), dan A3 (5%). Produk wash-off mask dianalisis organoleptik, total plate count (TPC), nilai pH, uji iritasi, uji lama mengering dan aktivitas antioksidan dengan metode DPPH. Rumput laut C. racemosa segar memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang kuat, yaitu 71,42 µg/mL. Masker wash-off dengan formula terbaik adalah formula penambahan peptida gonggong 5% dengan nilai hedonik parameter aroma 6 (agak suka), warna 7 (suka) dan tekstur 7 (suka). Uji scoring memiliki nilai 7 (bagus) pada setiap parameter. Formula terpilih memenuhi syarat SNI 16-6070-1999 pada nilai TPC, yaitu 4,1×102 CFU/mL dan nilai pH 6,5. Masker yang dihasilkan tidak menimbulkan reaksi iritasi dan mengering pada waktu 14,8 menit dan mengandung antioksidan 186,98±0,01 µg/mL. Produk masker wash-off ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif masker wajah.

Abstract

Tilapia is one of the freshwater fish that is widely cultivated because of its economic value and also one of the fishery commodities that is quite popular and very popular with the public because it is a superior commodity of freshwater fish. Tilapia has a comparative advantage because of its distinctive and savory meat flavor with a fairly high omega and nutritional content, fast growth. The obstacles that are often experienced by farmers are bacteria, viruses, and fungi. One of them is MAS (Motil aeromonas septicemia) disease caused by Aeromonas hydrophilla bacteria. The way of overcoming which is often done by cultivators is by means of treatment with chemicals which if given on a larger scale will be at high risk. This research aims to provide an alternative in treating fish infected with Aeromonas hydrophilla bacteria with herbal ingredients, one of which is lime leaf extract.  In this study, the sample of Tilapia used was 80 fish measuring 6-8 cm while the dose of bacteria used was 0.1ml / tail, the fish was injected in the intramuscular part of the fish.
